This home was beautiful! Plenty of space for the seven of us for our girls' trip. Helen was an excellent host. She was very responsive to any questions we had. The property was well-stocked with towels and linen, and had a washer and dryer in case you needed to do laundry. The backyard is beautiful. Extremely flexible check-in/check-out options. I would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Peter’s place. It was well located for our needs and provided us great access for sight seeing. The space was accommodating and welcoming for our group of 6!

Rosa's cottage was the perfect home base for a brilliant week in Encinitas. My partner, mom, three young kids and I stayed there. What a gorgeous, relaxing and thoughtfully designed place. We enjoyed the fresh citrus, herbs, flowers and avocados and the extensive succulent and houseplant collection. We all slept so well in the cloudlike beds after our beach, garden and boating adventures. I left feeling inspired and grateful and we all are looking forward to returning for another stay!

Nima’s Airbnb is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the tranquility and beauty of the space. We absolutely loved our stay! We were in the Fallbrook area for a wedding. The house was in a private location but still convenient. The kitchen was amazing and we loved sitting outside by the fireplace during the cooler nights. Agnes was an amazing host and made us feel right at home! If we ever find ourselves in the Fallbrook area again we will definitely be staying here again!

We had an amazing time during our stay. The house is beautiful with great views. There are many windows and glass doors to embrace the outdoors. The house is very homey and the decor is very nice. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens are very soft. We had everything we needed for the whole weekend, the house is fully stocked. The hot tub was a hit! We wish we could have stay longer.

Our stay in Murrieta was an amazing and somewhat a very magical experience! We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the unique property. It was peaceful and the surroundings were stunning. The biggest highlights of all were the beautiful Great Pyrenees’ Zinnia and Ivy, the guardian dogs protecting the ranch, they were so sweet and we loved having the opportunity to give them some snuggles and pets. Christopher was gracious enough to also let us see the working horse ranch and to get a tour of all the animals they had. The house was beautifully decorated, spotless and extremely comfortable. I actually can’t wait to book another stay here!

Great spot for a weekend getaway! Dawn was helpful and responsive to all my questions. Perfect little cozy fireplace inside, first room you walk into is wonderfully welcoming. and the space is split into a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette style set up. Loved the beautiful tile mural in the shower. Clean bathroom! Just 3 helpful notes for curious travelers: 1) Dawn gave perfect instructions for arrival, use them! I would advise arriving during daylight hours because the last mile on the farm is a bit of a narrow wraparound. 2) We ran into a few other folks on the working farm, no big deal! Be advised that there are multiple units on the property and animals that like to say hello! Specifically, whimsical unit has three units attached (each private) but if you’re looking for absolute isolation just note you have neighbors upstairs and might have some on your left. Not a problem for us! 3) If cooking your own food note you’ve got a smaller compact fridge not a full commercial!

Easy walk to the beach, simple check in and good location for our needs. However, only one bed is really comfortable. The other beds are good for kids. But the complex is very secure and such an easy walk to beach. We drove to nearby restaurants but that didn’t bother us-we still thought it was a good location.

As they say - location, location, location. This townhome, a block from the beach is a one-of-a-kind location - what's there not to like? We went on many walks on the beach and around the quaint little town. Enjoyed many fabulous sunsets at the beach. We stayed during the winter but the Del Mar weather is mild nonetheless. The townhome is rustic and charming, with many unique features. Don't expect a five star Ritz Carlton experience, but we felt right at home during our three month stay. The hosts are very responsive and friendly, beach community casual which is wonderful. Overall, we felt very welcomed and delighted to stay at this special place.

We loved the location and view! And the space was wonderful as well. So pretty much perfect all around. If I had to make a small complaint, you can hear some of the noise from the 2nd floor residence but I guess that is to be expected since the room is on the 1st floor.

Hard to find the HOA office upon first visit, but once you check in with security it was very easy. Great location, nice unit for an older complex, and prime area extremely close to the beach. Key pick up and drop off was simple, however the parking for this specific unit is very very tight. Thankfully our rental car was small, but it was between a support column and the wall. We loved that that they had chairs, beach equipment and towels available. We had a great stay and would recommend this unit for your stay in Oceanside. Conveniently located to Legoland (15 mins w/ traffic) and very close to some very excellent restaurants.

We came to Roy and Stella’s place 3 years ago, since then we always wanted to come back! It’s a magical place, fantastic view, diverse weather, so close to the nature! Lots of plants, trees thoughtfully planted around the house, many hummingbirds and other birds came to the feeder, unbelievable sunset everyday, we like to take a private and quite walk after sunset then soak in the hot tub to stare at the valley or stargazing. Kitchen has everything we need, we usually eat on the deck with very colorful plates. We took the private mile long trail as well, its well maintained especially considering its a private trail with limited foot traffic. During the day i like to sit on the deck (plenty of shade) and experience the breeze from the valley. A few times fogs came all the way in, if thats the case morning is gorgeous at sunrise, the mountain will gradually shows up when fog subsides. The water fountain runs during the day, it’s so tranquil, time stops. A superb experience!

This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

The house is very nice and has everything you need; in fact, it has more than what is listed on the website. Dan is a very good host; he answers and helps you with whatever you need immediately. I definitely hope to return to this house; I loved it. I would only make 1 suggestion: the hose that cleans the pool during the day is very uncomfortable for swimming. I would suggest cleaning it only at night. Thank you Dan

This stay was beyond my expectations. The comfort of the home, the surrounding area, the beautiful views and peacefulness. It was all amazing, didn’t want it to end.

Life is about making wonderful memories for yourself and others. And Vita Bella certainly did that for us and our families. Sue and Dennis were terrific throughout our stay and were very accommodating to our requests. The property was outstanding from the house itself to the backyard oasis to the front porch sunsets. Absolutely stunning.

A true gem! Melinda and Neal’s house was a touch of heaven on earth. The house is an amazing adobe sits in a quiet neighborhood in Fallbrook and has a remarkable view! The house location, easy living layout and style alone is more worthy. Now add the most thoughtfully, serene, warm decor and you have this home! Even detail is thoughtfully curated. From the art to the books to the pillows and blankets. From the coffee makers - yes plural to the coffee left by the host. Nothing was not considered. We just wish we had more time to just enjoy! We will be back! Thank you, Melinda and Neal. Just what we needed. ❤️

Sheila’s beautiful villa was absolutely what we needed after a long exhausting day with two toddlers at Legoland. We had stayed at a residence before here so we knew the layout and amenities more or less. It’s exactly what we expected and more. The beautiful pools (with a baby friendly pool), the kids club, the beautiful views, the delicious on-site restaurants, complimentary fruit-infused water, the adorable stuffed animal seals for the kids, and more. We loved that the kids could stay in the living room. Sheila had provided two cribs that were already set up prior to our arrival. The check-in was super smooth! We communicated for days before our arrival and we felt really happy with everything!!! We loved the amenities and after Legoland, we needed a bit of luxury and rest for ourselves. Thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely villa.

My girlfriend and I decided we needed a retreat from the world. Elaine's place felt like it could be the right place. it was actually above and beyond! the view is to die for! watching the sun set from the hot tub was absolutely incredible! enjoying a morning coffee on the patio, and not having to hear anything, other than the wind and wildlife, brought a sense of peace to my life that I haven't felt in years! The kitchen is well stocked with usable pots and pans. it made for an amazing romantic dinner! the beds were definitely built for comfort! my only problem was that I have a bulging disc in my back. I was so lucky that there was an amazingly comfortable futon in the living room. we actually liked being in the living room more than anywhere else, so this bed suited us perfectly! I can't wait to go back and enjoy more private serenity! this place is perfect!!!!
