Vitaljina : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

Cet appartement est incroyable sur tous les plans. Je suis restée 28 jours et je n’ai jamais regretté cette location ! Sa localisation est parfaite ! Il suffit de descendre et quitter le bâtiment pour accéder à tous les services proposés dans les alentours (restaurants, boulangerie, boutiques…). À mon arrivée, le logement était chauffé et très propre. Les chauffages fonctionnent très bien ! La cuisine est fonctionnelle. Il y a de quoi faire le ménage, beaucoup de linges de lit et de serviettes. Il y a un étendoir et une machine à laver. Vos vêtements sèchent très vite grâce au chauffage. Bref, tous les éléments ont été réunis afin que je passe un excellent séjour à Tivat !

Pržno je malinké a čisto turistické stredisko. Apartman je čistý a veľmi pekný, všetko fungovalo až na teplú vodu, ktorá občas nešla. Nádherný výhľad, čisto a vybavenie všetko čo potrebujete. Milena je veľmi milá, bola nám každý deň k dispozícii. V auguste boli pláže preplnené, lehátka na pláži 30€ / deň, v Pržne nieje nič iba reštaurácie a potraviny. Autobus do Budvy premáva každých 15min. Peši 5 minút z Przna sa dostanete na skvelé a lepšie pláže až po Sv. Štefan 20 min peši veľmi peknými chodnickami v tieni. My sme chodili na tieto pláže aj 2 krát denne. Pobyt je podľa mňa vhodný pre tých, ktorý si chcúužiť more, pre rodiny s deťmi, oddýchnuť. Boli sme s deťmi aj starými rodičmi, sme spokojní.

Couldn’t recommend Jessica’s place more highly! The balcony view over the ocean is gorgeous. The location is perfect, less than 5 minutes walking to two grocery stores as well as the beach. The wifi worked perfectly for video calls (digital nomad recommended) and the air conditioning is strong. Jessica is a wonderful host; communicating promptly and providing both local recommendations as well as clean laundry for the unit. Whenever I’m in Dubrovnik, I will be staying here.

Nenad is such a lovely host. The studio flat is spotless, conveniently located and very peaceful, very nice view from the balcony. Nenad's recommendations for places to eat were spot on and he also helped us with the airport transfers. We had a very interesting conversation about the history of Montenegro too :)

Wir waren 14 Tage in dieser tollen Wohnung. Das Meer ist toll und man kann zu jeder Zeit einfach reinspringen. Die Nachbarn sind meist Einheimische und machen dort mit ihren Familien Urlaub. Alle sehr nett und entspannt. Kinderlieb! Filip war immer erreichbar für uns und seine Mama ist ein Schatz. Sie brachte Gemüse, Krebse aus dem Meer zum Anschauen und fragte stets, ob sie etwas für uns tun kann. Jederzeit kommen wir gerne wieder. Danke für alles!

It's a great new apartment. Free parking outside of the building was easy to find and use. The apartment is in a central location. It is a ten-minute walk to the beach, fifteen minutes by foot to Old Town, and a ten-minute walk to the Mega Mart at the Mega Mall (Aroma and Idea markets are closer along with a butcher and produce market also in the general vicinity) with everything you could want or need in the area. The kitchen has what you would expect. The balcony is great. It is big enough to hang out on and put your washing out there to dry. The Internet was fast. The host was very responsive, friendly and communicative throughout the four-week stay. Great value for money too. I highly recommend this unit. It is free from clutter. There is lots of construction in the area but you can't hear anything from the apartment. The climate control, both heat and air conditioning works great too. No issues, only a positive experience. We enjoyed our stay! The place was conveniently located in a more private area, but also a several minute walk to the tourist scene. Through all of the tourists, we felt more tucked away with the locals, which was so nice. This was the one place we really debated on extending our trip for! Ivona communicated exactly the steps to get to our location and provided tons of great restaurants, activities, and attractions!

Our stay at the River House was great. It was surrounded by nature and very private. Katarina was very helpful and responsive. Her mom treated us with some of her specialties and they were delicious. There were a few beaches around that we visited. Dubrovnik was about 15 minutes drive from there and it’s always nice to visit. I would recommend the river house for a summer vacation,

We just returned from a 3-week stay at Irena's apartment & have so many things to rave about. First, the space itself: as many have mentioned, the view is spectacular, with a spacious & comfortable balcony AND a smaller front door table & chair set to enjoy it from. We had some unexpected health issues that forced us indoors more than we'd expected & that view, so grand & serene, really saved us during those times. The apartment itself was perfect for my husband and I. It's maintained in pristine condition, had everything we needed, and is incredibly cozy and comfortable (OMG, that bed and that leather sofa--SO comfortable!), and having rented a car, I can tell you, having free parking included was invaluable. Lastly, we have met many hosts over the years, but Irena is in a class by herself. Never have we met anyone so warm, accommodating, responsive, and helpful. She was our local angel and just so incredibly kind. If there is an Airbnb Hall of Fame she should definitely be in it!

Me and my 70year old mum had a great week at Markos house. The way is directly by the sea and you have to step over some rocks and might get wet if it's too windy.Also there are many stairs if you want to go to the store so you gotta be quite fit. Just be prepared for an adventure. If you're there, its beautiful! If it's not too windy you can easily swim directly in front of the house,the water is clear and you can watch the stars at night and listen to only the waves and nature,really peaceful. I've stayed at many airbnbs before and met many nice hosts but I have to say Marko was just perfect.He picked us up at the airport by car and got us and our luggage to the house by boat.Went grocery shopping for us 2 times.Picked us up at the middle of the beach and got us home when we got lost on our way back on our first evening.Always easy to reach.Always really nice.He really did everything to make it as beautiful as possible for us.Thank you so much, Marko! It was a great experience! :)

Nensi was so nice and helpful! The patio is gorgeous, and the space is very walkable to access all of Kotor. 10/10 - the best place I stayed on my trip.

Niko's place was very clean and well maintained. He was very responsive to my requests. His place is just across the street from the old city walls and the view from the living room window is breathtaking. I would highly recommend staying here.

Ado is a good host. His house is very close to the sea, clean, quiet. There is also free parking. He helped us with things to do locally and where to find what we needed. His English is not great but it is enough to communicate. The house is well maintained, you will not have any problems with heating and cooling. Even those with small children can visit comfortably. I went with my two sons. The house had everything we needed. If 3 people take a shower one after the other in a short time, the water starts to cool. Other than that, there is no problem. Wij zijn hier 5 jaar geleden al eerder geweest. De locatie aan het water is overweldigend mooi. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om je te verplaatsen. De woning is opgesplitst in twee losse units. je deelt de locatie dus met andere huurders. Wij vonden dit geen probleem. Wij hebben alleen maar leuke mensen ontmoet. Ik hoop nog eens een keer terug te komen!

wir waren schon das 2. mal da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. alles ist bestens zu erreichen und die wohnung ist sehr sauber. wir waren 10 tage dort und der platz hat absolut gereicht. ein kleines, feines apartment zum wohlfühlen

Charming and peaceful place to stay with amazing view and large rooms. We generously received an upgrade to a larger apartment. Very helpful and friendly hosts. We're grateful for everything and looking forward to visit again.

Öncelikle marija çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Konakladığımız yer anlatıldığı gibi çok temiz ve konforluydu. Marija hem kaldığımız süre boyunca yardımcı oldu hem de havaalanına gidiş- dönüş transferlerimize kadar düşünüp, ayarlamalar yaptı. Evde bir çok ikram düşünülmüştü. Yabancı bir ülkede olmamamıza rağmen evin mutfağının tüm soslara, baharatlara kadar donanımlı olması, banyoda çamaşır deterjanından kişisel hijyen malzemesine kadar her şeyin hazır olması tam bir ev konforu yaşattı. Ev çok merkezi, büyük marketlere, günlük Alışveriş dükkanlarına çok yakın. Sahile yürüyüş mesafesi. Konakladığımız süre boyunca bize hem rehberlik yaptı hem de irtibat halinde oldu. Bize ilk Airbnb deneyimini bu kadar yüksek çıtadan yaşattığı için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Gezmek istediğim yerlerin tam ortasındaydı o yüzden yolda vakit kaybetmediğimi hissettim 2 yaş bebekle bence mantıklı bir karardı. Fiyat performans açısından ev yeterliydi beklentilerimi fazlasıyla karşıladı. Manzara çok güzeldi

Bizim için güzel bir konaklamaydı. Her sabah uyanıp balkondan manzarayı izlemeyi iple çekeceksiniz. İlgisi için ev sahibine teşekkür ederim.

Şehir merkezine kotora çok yakın araba ile 7-8dk kadar merkezi bi yer, bi tık yukarıda olması körfez ve denizin manzarasını çok daha güzel seyretme olanağı tanıyor, gerçekten inanılmaz derece de güzel bir manzarası var evin balkonunda oturup o manzaraya karşı bir şeyler yiyip içmek bile çok mükemmeldi, otopark konusunda çok rahattı açık otoparkında her zaman yer mevcut, sessiz ve sakin bir yer huzur dolu akşamları, ev çok temizdi genel manada ve her imkan vardı kahve makinası bile vardı bu bizi ekstra mutlu etti
