Soggiorno piacevole con meravigliosa vista sul lago. Host sempre disponibile e reattivo. Consiglio questo alloggio.

Super séjour dans la maisonnette, confortable, très bien chauffée, très bien située. En plus du village de Bracciano, vivant en charmant, ses restaurants et commerces, en plus du lac (à 20 min à pied), l'accessibilité de la gare et la fréquence des trains permet aussi de profiter de Rome à souhait, tout en séjournant au calme. J'ai pu me garer à quelques mètres à chaque fois (toute une partie de la rue est à stationnement gratuit). Le wifi n'aurait pas permis de visioconférence, mais était bien suffisant pour un usage basique et du streaming. Les propriétaires habitent le même bâtiment, et si le 1er portail est partagé, le logement et sa petite cour ont leur propre petit portail qui permet de se sentir chez soi. Je les ai rencontrés brièvement, ils ont été plus que sympathiques, me proposant même de les rejoindre pour le réveillon. Et enfin, Marco, Marco, qui a tout fait pour faciliter mon séjour, qui a toujours été disponible, et dans la bonne humeur. Je recommande vivement !

centrale che più centrale non si può. nel centro medioevale di Viterbo e tutto sommato vicino ai parcheggi pubblici (liberi e a pagamento). padrona di casa gentile e precisa, disponibile, locali ottimi vicino casa. tutto perfetto per un soggiorno comodo in quel di Viterbo.

Alessia e’ stata un host cordiale e premurosa veloce nella conversazione. L appartamento pulitissimo e’ ben disposto e dotato di molto confort .. al centro del paese e sulla via principale… consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questa splendida location

Andrea konaklama konusunda hem öngörülü kibar yardımsever ve sorun çözme konusunda yardımcı oldu. Pellet ısıtma temizlik bakımından sorun yeşkil etmesine rağmen uzaktan kımanda ile sorunları öngördü ve yardımcı oldu. Tek sıkıntı soba çok gazla kir doluydu. Kendisi girişimizden çıkışa kadar sürekli ilgi ve alakalı bir ev sahipliği sundu bu konuda teşekkür ederim

Great location close to Orvieto. Great communication with host. Great space with many amenities and sweet treats in the kitchen. Check in process was a bit complex compared to other AirBnbs. And the shower wasn’t quite as clean as we would have liked. Overall, we had a nice time and would recommend the space.

Una bella casa comoda, ampia e pulita. miranda e suo figlio sono stati molto disponibili e gentili. La vista sul mare splendida, area tranquilla in un ottima posizione.

Nous recommandons chaudement le logement de Gloria, dans un décor enchanteur, tellement bien aménagé, confortable, et parfaitement équipé. Tout y était, le feu paisible pour les fins de soirée, les étoiles par milliers visibles grace à l’emplacement isolé, un espace pour jouer au soccer avec le but et même un ballon pour le bonheur de notre garçon, la balançoire sous les oliviers pour notre fille qui vivait un enchantement!!! Même des produits locaux à déguster, qui nous ont séduit dès la première bouchée. Nous garderons un souvenir impérissable de ce logement, des images à couper le souffle et des moments en famille d’une qualité exceptionnelle. Nous avons eu du mal à quitter ce paradis et vous remercions pour tout, je n’hésitera pas à recommander ce paradis à tous les voyageurs! Merci encore, vous nous avez fait découvrir la Toscane avec appétit et douceur Vous êtes des hôtes parfaits!

Très bon logement à la campagne pour découvrir Rome en famille. Rome est accessible à 30min via le train de Cesano. Maison spacieuse et propre dans un quartier paisible. Hôte très accueillante et très réactive. Nous recommandons

Sono arrivato secondo la mia comodità e sebbene Alice non abbia immediatamente risposto al telefono (mi ha richiamato dopo 5 minuti), ho bussato al citofono ed è venuta ad aprirmi la sorella. Questa l'unica "pecca" del soggiorno. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione, c'è un supermercato a meno di 10 minuti di auto, è tranquilla ed ha tutto ciò che serve per cucinare. All'arrivo ho trovato una bottiglia d'acqua fresca in frigo (ne avevo proprio bisogno).

Pietro’s house was a home from home! It’s a lovely family home with a kitchen that is well stocked. It rained a lot while we were staying and the table tennis was a big hit with the kids. His instructions were clear and he was very responsive

Posto fantastico a due passi da Roma .. tranquillità e relax abbiamo fatto cena con brace esterna enorme !! Appartamento appena ristrutturato bagni fantastici cucina rifornitissima..Lavinia molto reattiva per spiegazioni e consigli !! Abbiamo giocato a pallavolo e a calcio su campo in erba che pare wembley!!!! Toppp ! I bambini sono stati felicissimi con mille Cose da fare . Il signor Silvio (il guardiano ) è molto premuroso e pronto in ogni occasione per consigli ed aiuti ( ci ha aiutato ad accendere la brace esterna e ci ha portato le uova appena covate dalle galline !!! ). Ci torneremo sicuramente !! Grazie

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

Ho consciuto persone meravigliose e sono stata come a casa mia. Ci torneremo sicuramente e nelle vicinanze c'è tutto quello che si desidera compreso un lago meraviglioso!

We stayed here for two nights while taking a rest day on the Via Francigena. The apartment is large enough that with just three of us, we all had lots of personal space. The hosts were kind enough to get us fans to deal with the heat, which was very much appreciated! It’s a neat spot with great outdoor spaces.

Appartamento accogliente e comodo a 2 passi da Roma, il check in online molto intuitivo e facile, l'appartamento è ben arredato e veramente ben fornito e con tutti i comfort, wifi, macchinetta del caffè, 3 televisori asciugamani, aria condizionata etc. ampio balconcino con tavolo e sedie, bagno moderno e box doccia molto largo. Simone è stato molto gentile e disponibile per le comunicazioni. Consigliatissimo

l' appartamento è molto piacevole : silenzioso e molto fresco nonostante le alte temperature del periodo. Non abbiamo neanche accesso l' aria condizionata. La piscina è condivisa soltanto con gli ospiti dell'altro appartamento presente nell'agriturismo. Anna è stata sempre gentilissima e ci ha " coccolati" regalandoci molti prodotti del luogo e dolci fatto in casa.

I had a lovely stay at this charming apartment in Anguillare. The place is very new and beautifully maintained, with a cute garden. It’s conveniently located within walking distance to shops, including grocery. The bed was super comfortable and the internet was impressively fast, which was a big plus for me as I was working from home. Overall, a fantastic spot that I would happily recommend! Thanks Manuel who was a fantastic host.

Stefania and Alessandro are super welcoming hosts, always available for recommendations and a good chat. Our daughters absolutely loved their dog :). The accommodation is as described , plenty of space and a yard and patio. We first spent three days in the center of Rome and then used this place as a starting point to visit other worthwhile places by car in the larger Rome area. Worked out perfectly. We also went back to the city center one day, took us about an hour everything included to get there using a combination of our car and bus. Thanks, Stefania and Alessandro. We would gladly return!
