A really good place. The whole fortress is a trip in the past. People are very chill. We left some mess behind but Serena is very nice and we got along well. Somebody else would have made a big deal out of it but we could continue our travel through Italy in peace. The apartment is a destination in itself. This is much, when you see it's on the rooftop of a medieval fortress kept as lively as humans can. Lots of places to go, each with its own specific and personality. There's even a place for punk concerts.

We had the most incredible time in Giove! Michele was so helpful before our stay, answering all of our many questions, and his parents Ornella and Marco were such wonderful hosts. Marco showed us around his art studio (he is an incredible painter) and Ornella baked us the most delicious cake! They were both friendly and helpful, but also they left us privacy and space to relax. We have to also mention the cats, who we were very sad to say goodbye to! We were 4 girls looking for a relaxing escape from London and we were so pleased we chose to stay here. We decided on the upper apartment which had the most incredible views of the area and was just a stones throw from the swimming pool. The views were incredible, the local town was beautiful and we can't recommend the place enough for a relaxing, Italian stay in the country.

Upon entry, you immediately realize you are stepping into someplace truly special. The entryway and staircase have been carefully renovated, giving an authentic, powerful sense of history and space. This medieval structure has been beautifully restored with meticulous attention to detail, blending historical charm with a clean, contemporary feel. The furnishings are luxurious and comfortable, creating an open, airy atmosphere that perfectly complements the building’s magnificence. The attention to detail is apparent everywhere. Throughout the apartment, you’ll find precious drawings and tasteful paintings that add a unique, personal touch. Both beds were incredibly comfortable with fresh-smelling linens, making for very restful nights. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, making it feel like a home away from home. The views from the windows, with fog drifting through the valley, are simply breathtaking. This is a truly remarkable place to stay!

Sono stato ospite in questa deliziosa casa per un breve viaggio di lavoro, e sicuramente ci tornerò!

Appartamento delizioso e accogliente. Posizione perfetta per tutto. Sei nel cuore di Pitigliano e la vista dalle terrazze è impagabile. Host disponibilissimo e molto reattivo. Ottimo il consiglio del ristorante sotto casa. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Abbiamo soggiornato per un mese e ci siamo trovati molto bene, questa era la seconda volta che soggiornavamo in questo immobile e non ci ha mai delusi. I proprietari sono stati sempre super disponibili e super gentili in tutto.

La casa di Serena è spaziosa, pulita e arredata con gusto, creando un ambiente accogliente e rilassante. La posizione, nel cuore del centro storico medievale, è perfetta per visitare la città ed è anche molto silenziosa. La terrazza al piano di sopra offre una vista incantevole. Ringrazio Serena per la sua gentilezza e ospitalità, sempre disponibile e pronta a fornire consigli utili. Spero di poter tornarci presto!

Nous avons passé 2 semaine excellente a Riano. Roberto a été a l’écoute de nos demandes et extrêmement réactif. La villa est parfaite, la piscine est encore plus grande que sur les photos, tres bien situé mais le déplacement en voiture est recommandé ! Des magasins sont à proximité pour faire les courses, des meme que certains petits restaurants. En espérant revenir au plus vite des que possible pour profiter du charme de l’Italie.

Wow, what an incredible holiday we had here. Not only is this 200 year old villa beautiful, but it also boasts a huge amount of bedrooms and bathrooms and dining areas. The absolute highlight of our trip was Marco, the incredible host at the villa. He was basically on call for the 4 days we were there and was so helpful organising taxi transfers, big shops, activities, and anything else we needed at the villa. Such amazing views and ridiculously gorgeous vineyard nearby. In the evening you can relax and not worry about neighbours. We had a party and watched the fireflies!

Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

We had a wonderful stay at Piero’s house. The location is gorgeous and the house was spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. We hope to be back!

Sono arrivato secondo la mia comodità e sebbene Alice non abbia immediatamente risposto al telefono (mi ha richiamato dopo 5 minuti), ho bussato al citofono ed è venuta ad aprirmi la sorella. Questa l'unica "pecca" del soggiorno. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione, c'è un supermercato a meno di 10 minuti di auto, è tranquilla ed ha tutto ciò che serve per cucinare. All'arrivo ho trovato una bottiglia d'acqua fresca in frigo (ne avevo proprio bisogno).

Bella villetta in campagna, tenuta molto bene, bel giardino che circonda la casa, personale molto gentile e presente per qualsiasi esigenza.

Ha sido una estadía genial, todo fue perfecto y ha superado nuestras expectativas. ¡Muchas gracias Lucía!

Il B&B di Stefania a Terni è perfetto per chi cerca un soggiorno davvero senza pensieri. L’appuntamento è impeccabile, ben arredato, dotato di ogni comfort e pulitissimo. Stefania è una host attenta e cortese, il B&B è situato in una zona tranquilla nel centro città e vicina a tutti i punti di interesse. Torneremo senz’altro!

soggiorno piacevolissimo in questo appartamentino situato proprio al centro dell'affascinante città di Narni. Mira è stata disponibilissima per tutto e l'immobile è molto pulito, caldo e dotato di ogni confort. particolare merito spetta al balconcino in camera, alla doccia spaziosa e all'accogliente soggiorno all'ingresso! davvero una bella esperienza!

Roberta si è messa subito a disposizione. La casa è accogliente e la zona è perfetta per chi non vuole utilizzare l'auto per visitare Roma. Ve lo consiglio per il rapporto qualità/prezzo! d'altronde un vero posto auto sotto casa di questi tempi nella capitale non si trova!

Passei a virada do ano nessa acomodação junto aos meus familiares e foi tudo perfeito. Os anfitriões foram super solícitos, nos ajudando com indicações de lugares para conhecer e foram muito gentis em todos os momentos. Casa super organizada e limpa. Voltarei com certeza! Me senti muito bem e em casa. Recomendo para quem quer um lugar tranquilo em meio a belas paisagens.

Everything was great! Alessia was very helpful during the whole stay. Perfect apartment for a couple with lots of bar, restaurants and a big shopping centre just 5 mins walk. There is also a nice park a transport to get to the city centre are very close.

Stefania was so helpful, communicative and quick to respond. Her place is charming. The location is perfect. I wish we had longer to stay. (We are here for a cruise.) Close to everything we needed. If you want to explore, chill, spend time by/ in the water or people watch, a great place stay.
