Der Check-In erfolgte durch die Großeltern. Aufgrund fehlender Sprachkenntnisse konnten wir uns leider nicht mit den beiden unterhalten, jedoch ging es schließlich mit Händen und Füßen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Schränke rochen etwas muffelig und der Strom fällt ab und an für paar Minuten aus. Allerdings nichts, was großartig gestört hat. Wir hatten uns zuvor ein Mietauto geholt und konnten dadurch die bergige Landschaft gut erkunden und im nahe gelegenen Nationalpark einige Wandertouren bestreiten. Die Kommunikation mit Marsela ging schnell und unkompliziert. Für eine Woche Aufenthalt hat es uns dort an nichts gefehlt. Der Garten lädt zum verweilen ein-gerade in der Mittagssonne. Die Gastfreundschaft war wundervoll. So wurden wir von den Großeltern mit frischen Obst versorgt und auf den einen oder anderen Kaffee eingeladen. Durch die dörfliche Idylle konnten wir sehr gut abschalten und den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Kleas Unterkunft! Alles war sauber, die Unterkunft war gemütlich eingerichtet und wir haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Mit vier Schlafzimmern und vier angrenzenden Bädern war der Aufenthalt perfekt für unseren Familientrip (7 Personen). Der zusätzliche Grill sowie die gute Ausstattung der Küche haben die Selbstverpflegung erleichtert und alles war zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Klea war unkompliziert und freundlich. Nothing short of amazing! First, the host: Olgen was super responsive and quickly responded to any questions or concerns we had. Was super helpful when we checked in and often communicated to make sure we were good during our week stay. He even accommodated an extra pull out bed for an additional person that stayed with us for a few nights. Second, the space: super spacious and had enough room for 6-8 people to comfortably stay. Great outdoor area as well. There is parking space as well which was a plus. Bedrooms were comfortable and the 2 bathrooms were a plus for our group. This place had everything we were looking for and would 100000% recommend anyone that wants to visit Green Coast. We will definitely be coming back.

Bij aankomst in het dorp dachten we… bij het openen van het hek een heerlijk huis. Het is er lekker rustig en het huis brandschoon Een goed locatie voor uitstapjes naar Butrint, blue eye en Gjirokaster. Daar een toprestaurant ontdekt waar we 2x gegeten hebben en ook als vegetariër was het een freestyle. Ga dit doen: The Barrels Ms. Daar zit je tussen de druifranken te eten met uitzicht op de kippetjes . Elke avond en ochtend een kudde schapen door het straatje, ook super leuk en heerlijk dat dorps gevoel. De host was flexibel en reageerde vlot op onze vragen. Houd je van rust en nog het authentieke, dan raden we dit zeker aan. Wat ook leuk was, de beneden buurvrouw begroette ons elke dag als we op stap gingen met Hey Hey Kalimera. En ze was supertrots dat we een foto van haar maakten . Het was al met al een fijn verblijf

Estancia súper recomendada, muy moderno y limpio, el patio grande y lugar súper tranquilo. Los anfitriones no pudieron ser más agradables, buena gente y buena estancia!

Es ist ein herrlicher Ort! Oben am Berg mit einer noch echten Nachbarschaft. Wenig Gehminuten in die City von Ksamil. Der Blick ist sensationell. Abends geht die Sonne über dem Meer unter, morgens über dem See auf. Und die extrem großzügige Dachterrasse eröffnet alle Blickrichtungen. Wir sind extra zwei Stunden früher vom Strand zurück gekommen, um die Terrasse und den Ausblick zu genießen. Das Zimmer und das Bad sind schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Küche ist mit zwei Herdplatten ok ausgestattet, so dass wir super zuhause frühstücken und eine kleine Meeresfrüchte Pfanne zubereiten konnten. Es gibt hier wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Der Aufenthalt war toll. Und man hat sich sehr nett um uns gekümmert. Tolle Kommunikation! Sehr, sehr empfohlen!!!

This place was a gem. The pool is amazing and well cared for. There was more than enough space for our family of five. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. The only thing to consider is if there is some construction in the area which didn’t bother us as we had a car and went to a few beaches/towns nearby.

La casa es genial ! Sin dudas la mejor edificación de Sarandë. El trato es muy bueno y la vista inmejorable. El equipamiento de la casa está muy bien. Para pasar los días no recomiendo las playas de Ksamil o Sarande , mucha gente y pocos servicios , es mejor viajar más y alejarse. Lo mejor fueron la zona de Himare y desde allí los tour en Barco a las playas. Mas lindas , menos gente y buenos restaurantes. Sin dudas el tiempo que pasamos dentro de la casa fue muy relajante y divertido, diríamos que hasta mejor que el que pasamos por las playas que las cercanas no las recomiendo.

Good house. It was off season so the nearby area felt a little quiet (and there was too much rubbish) but the weather was nice, the orange trees were full of fruit and it was very comfortable.

The property itself is gorgeous, with amazing views that we thoroughly enjoyed. The hosts were very responsive to our requests for missing essentials like dish wash etc. which was much appreciated. They were also helpful in arranging a driver and having caretakers around to clean. However, there were a few drawbacks. The air conditioning didn't work too well which was slightly uncomfortable. Additionally, the upstairs room could have been cleaner. Overall a beautiful place to stay!

Our family stayed for 3 nights at Ardi’s. It is located in a gated community complex on the pristine Green Coast. The place was clean, new furnishings and spacious - great bathrooms as well. There was ample parking and outdoor space. About 5 minutes walk to the beaches with a super clean public beach and about 7-10 beach clubs lined along the coast. The beach had some of the clearest waters I’ve ever been in and waters were relatively calm. Pebble beaches so water shoes are recommended. We came in September a little outside of peak season so some of the restaurants were closed/didn’t have all food available - but it’s a developing area (lots of new complexes and shops being built) so I’m sure will get busier/lively as time goes by even in off season. You could rent a golf cart or there are golf cart shuttles available if you have accessibility issues (my grandma can’t walk very far) to get to the beaches. Ardi was very responsive and helpful when communicating. Great stay.

Our extended family (8 total) had a wonderful time in Dhermi. The villa is ideally located within a short walk to the beach. The villa itself is an end until, which made the stay even more private, especially while enjoying the pool. The kids loved using the pool when it was too hot to be in the beach, and even more so in the evening. The house has all the amenities needed to enjoy the stay. Several great restaurant options nearby with Mediterranean cuisine, many of which also deliver to the villa for just €1. The beach has one assigned umbrella to the villa, but during our stay (weekdays) there were other open umbrellas that the residence employees can help you use for the day. Nicolas was highly responsive before and during our stay and ensured that we had all our questions answered and provided several local recommendations. Would highly recommend this villa for a relaxing and peaceful stay in Dhermi.

We had a lovely stay at Angelo’s. He was friendly and very hospitable. The view was spectacular, the pool at the hotel was lovely, and the location was very convenient and close to everything. We were very happy and would be happy to recommend his place to travellers!

Fijne overnachtingsplek, voor gezin, modern ingericht, waar voor je geld. Jammer dat er camera’s staan opgesteld bij het zwembad, er is geen privacy. Je moet een lange weg naar beneden lopen naar het strand, vooral terug erg vermoeiend

We - my family and I - spent one week in Villa Kadara and enjoyed our stay to the fullest! The house is beautiful, so is the pool area and its stunning view. It‘s a steep car ride up to the house, but manageable - and the reason for the view! ;) Mihal was supernice and uncomplicated, he answered fast and made nice suggestions for local restaurant - if you‘re there go visit taverna fevan, AMAZING <3 - also the stuff which came cleaning every day, all very nice people! Def recommended, from all our family!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene,appartamento perfettamente come in foto , tutto nuovo e pulito , piscina del complesso fantastica. Conoscevo già la zona per questo l’abbiamo scelta e ne vale la pena, vicinissimo a supermercati e ristoranti inoltre a due passi al marina bay . Area sorvegliata privata e tranquilla . L’unica piccola cosa che avrei da considerare sono i condizionatori che perdono un po’ d’acqua, ma niente di che non gli abbiamo dato neanche peso in quanto funzionavano perfettamente . Soddisfatti

Lovely complex of apartments. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast every morning by the pool was lovely. The hosts were excellent at communicating and making sure everything was ok with the stay. The apartment was spotless, and well equipped. It is is easy walking distance of most of the major beaches in Ksmail, and the area is safe and well lit at night. Would absolutely recommend.

The place was clean and exceeded our expectations!

Alisa ist eine sehr kommunikative, freundliche und zuverlässige Gastgeberin, die uns wunderbar empfangen hat. Ihr Haus liegt ruhig und sehr idyllisch im oberen, alten Ortsteil von Qeparo. Der touristische Rummel bleibt im unteren Dorf am Strand. Bis dahin sind es mit dem Auto nur 10 Minuten, allerdings auch 300 Höhenmeter über eine kurvenreiche, steile Straße. Die ist mit einem normalen PKW problemlos zu bewältigen, Gegenverkehr macht aber häufig rangieren notwendig. Das Haus selbst ist erst vor kurzem sehr stil- und geschmackvoll von Grund auf neu aufgebaut worden und bewahrt die Seele eines alten, hundertjährigen Dorfhauses. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber komplett, und alles war sehr freundlich und sauber. Manches ist noch in Arbeit - so führt ein falsches Bodengefälle derzeit noch unweigerlich zu Duschüberschwemmungen im ganzen Bad. Das wird sicher noch abgestellt. Perfekt ist die Klimaanlage in beiden Räumen, Mückengitter und der schöne, private Hof mit zwei Terassen.
