Vltava : locations de vacances avec home cinéma

Me and a friend stayed at Dominiks place for a long weekend in Prague, it was exactly as described and felt like being at home, it was very walkable to the centre of Prague old town, around 20 minutes with plenty to see on the way, if we come back which I'm sure we will Dominiks place is the 1st thing we will book.

Είμαστε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι από τη διαμονή μας στου Marek! Τις πρώτες μέρες χρησιμοποιήσαμε το τραμ, που μέσα σε 25 με 30 λεπτά ήσουν στο κέντρο της πόλης, καθώς η στάση είναι ακριβώς κάτω απ το σπίτι. Αλλά και τις επόμενες που νοικιάσαμε αυτοκίνητο, ήταν εύκολο το παρκάρισμα στον από πίσω δρόμο. Ο οικοδεσπότης είχε φροντίσει να έχουμε αρκετές κάψουλες καφέ για τις ημέρες της διαμονής μας και η θέρμανση δεδομένου ότι είχε αρκετό κρύο τις μέρες που ήμασταν εκεί, λειτουργούσε άψογα. Ίσως θα θέλαμε γενικότερα κάποια παραπάνω έπιπλα για να ακουμπάμε πράγματα, αλλά αυτό με δεδομένο ότι εμείς μείναμε 10 μέρες και είχαμε αρκετά πράγματα. Για μια μικρότερη διαμονή φαντάζομαι είναι μια χαρά. Επίσης ο φωτισμός θα θέλαμε να είναι πιο έντονος, ιδιαίτερα στο σαλόνι. Το διαμέρισμα, αν και ήταν στον τρίτο όροφο χωρίς ασανσέρ, δεν μας δημιούργησε ποτέ πρόβλημα. Συνολικά είναι ένα κατάλυμα που θεωρούμε ότι αξιζε τα χρήματα που δώσαμε, ειδικά για την περίοδο των Χριστουγέννων!

Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum. Die Wohnung ist mit so viel Liebe eingerichtet worden dass man sich direkt wie Zuhause fühlt. Direkt nach Ankunft konnten wir Katrin und ihren Partner kennenlernen. So herzlich empfangen worden sind wir schon lange nicht mehr. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Es ist einfach ruhig, man kann sich von dem gewohnten Alltagstress einfach erholen. Der Whirlpool ist das Highlight. Nach so einem kurzen aber tollen Wochenende ist man trotzdem entspannt und erholt. 🙏🏽😇 Liebe Katrin, mach weiter so ♥️🙏🏽

The place was a seen in the photos, Iveta was very responsive and also allowed me to check in early as I reach earlier. The location is excellent walkable distance from the metro and old town. Overall it was well worth the money you pay for it. Excellent hosting by Iveta all in all. Would definitely recommend staying here while you are in prague.

One of the amazing places I have booked if I’m coming to Prague again I will try my best to book it again.

Квартира дуже простора і чиста, зручне ліжко і двоспальний диван, було дуже тепло , на кухні є все , що потрібно для приготування. Розташована центрально, пішки близько абсолютно до всьго (всі туристичні пам,ятки, театри, вокзали) поряд трамвайна зупинка, супермаркет лідл, в дворі будинку ресторани. Хоч розташована в центрі, але було дуже тихо, чудовий вид з великих вікон. Привітний господар, легка комунікація. Дуже рекомендую

Cozy and lovely place to stay when visiting Prague. The host is friendly and welcoming.

Our stay at this 14th-century master mill was nothing short of magical. The house itself is incredibly cosy, with a charming blend of historical character and modern comfort. It’s thoughtfully equipped with plenty of activities, which is a blessing when you’re tucked away in such a peaceful, remote location. One of the highlights for us was the delightful company of the resident cats and rabbits—they added such a warm and homely touch to the experience. We were also thrilled with the mill’s proximity to a beautiful castle and scenic hiking grounds, which provided the perfect opportunity to explore the surrounding area. We were fortunate enough to spend New Year’s Eve here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The atmosphere was serene and enchanting, making it a truly unforgettable way to start the year. If you’re looking for a unique, quiet retreat steeped in history, surrounded by nature, and with fantastic nearby landmarks, this is the place for you. Highly recommend!

One of the coziest homes I've ever visited (and I've been to many). What sets it apart is that, upon entering, you feel as if you're living through the life of its owner alongside her — she clearly lives here with her children, and you could easily spend an entire day just admiring her paintings, books, and her children's crafts. After six hours there, I felt as if I'd known her for ages, and it was clear she’s a wonderful woman, awesome mother and a good person (and obviously cooks a lot)). The tuned guitar was a delightful touch. In short, this house has the soul of its owner, and I can say for sure that she is lovely. Separately, I would like to say that the design was clearly created by a person with taste, and looks much better in life - moreover, the light in the house is perfectly matched, which is rare in Airbnb offerings. So in the evening you can create the perfect atmosphere, which, together with the fireplace, will make you want to come back here again and again.

One of the best hosts that I have stayed. I really recommend this place. Monika and Adam are wonderful, kind hosts.

Good place very near train and bus station....big room...comfortable bed...very clean...fast WiFi....good kitchen.....posible made check inn with key box any time....walk distance to supermarkets,cash-machine and city center....Botham is great host simpatic and ever replay fast....highly recommended!!!

Honest reviews are crucial for me when choosing accommodation, and I can confidently say this was my best Airbnb experience! Monika and Adam are the epitome of hospitality. Upon my arrival in Prague without cellular data, they went above and beyond, picking me up from the airport. They respected my privacy as a digital nomad and were understanding of my early morning work calls. When I mentioned the mattress wasn’t comfortable, they immediately addressed it! Their care for guest comfort is unmatched. The house is fantastic: a spotless kitchen, spacious living area with a movie projector, bathroom with a bathtub and cozy, well-heated bedroom. We shared memorable moments like bonfires with their pet sheep and chickens and a magical mushroom-picking trip. Located in peaceful Orech, it offers tranquility with easy public transport access to Prague’s center (50~60 mins). M&A are fascinating, kind people, making this more than just a stay. I’ve extended my stay and highly recommend it!

Ubytování jsme využili na rozlučku se svobodou a byli jsme spokojení. Klidné místo s dobrým zázemím a stodolou, kde se dá využít velké plátno. Bohužel nás v noci před odjezdem zastihla silná bouřka, která vyhodila elektřinu, která se už nenahodila, ale šlo o mimořádnou událost, za kterou hostitel nemůže.

Tohle byl opravdu nezapomenutelný pobyt. Vše bylo naprosto perfektní a překonalo naše očekávání. Dům je prostornější a vzdušnější než se nám zdálo z fotek. Zahrádka malebná, vířivka nahřátá. Podlahové topení příjemné na nohy. Dřevo na zátop připravené pro oba krby. Ve spojení s projektorem a skvělým zvukem z velkých Homepodů ideální na útulné sledování filmů za dlouhých zimních večerů. To nejdůležitější ale je, že to evidentně není hotel / apartmán pro turisty, ale plnohodnotný DOMOV, budovaný s láskou a smyslem pro detail, který máte možnost poznat a zažít. Na ničem se rozhodně nešetřilo, spíše naopak. Vybavení je opravdu nadstandardní. Vše podtrhuje excelentní, rychlá a vřelá komunikace ze strany hostitelky. Rádi se sem vrátíme! :)

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im airbnb von Roman. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, schön hell und modern > Handtücher, Föhn, Bettwäsche, Küchenzeug, Waschmaschine etc. alles vorhanden! Und am wichtigsten: alles war sauber & ordentlich! 💯% Auch die Lage ist super praktisch mit Parkplatz in der Nähe. Außerdem ist Roman sehr bemüht und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Wir hatten also ein rundum angenehme Erfahrung und sagen DANKE!

Sehr schöne ruhige aber gute Lage. Viel es zu Fuß erreichbar. Jan hat immer sofort auf Fragen geantwortet. War sehr hilfsbereit such mit vielen Tipps für die Umgebung. Sehr modern und top ausgestattete Wohnung. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Byli jsme naprosto spokojeni. Sjezdovka se nachází 10 minut autem od ubytování, takže naprostý ideál. Byt je krásný a útulný, velmi se nám líbila kamna. Komunikace s Matějem naprosto skvělá, vše zařídil a rychle odpovídal. Rozhodně se sem v budoucnu vrátíme!

Wir haben kurzfristig das erste Mal bei Airbnb gebucht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und Infos von Dagmar kamen schnell und zuverlässig. Auch unsere Frage, ob wir unsere zwei E-Bikes unterstellen können wurde super von ihr beantwortet. Die Lage ist super, man hat toll eingerichtete neue Häuser und einen guten Parkplatz. In der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Coop Supermarkt wo ihr euch immer frische Sachen zum Frühstücken holen könnt. Die Dolce Gusto Kaffeemaschine in der Wohnung ist ebenfalls super.
