Perfect location on Lake LBJ. House was clean, fully stocked with cook ware, bath towels, bed sheets and bathroom amenities. Sleeps 8 with 2 bedrooms and a den that has 2 twin sleepers. Perfect number for my family. Nice lake access, medium size swimming pool and kid play area. We had a wonderful stay.

The lake house was wonderful for my wife, son and I. We swam, fished and enjoyed the starlit dock. David was very helpful and welcoming. We will certainly be back soon!

We had a fantastic stay at Cris & Michelle’s place! The home was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described. The hosts were communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. What a beautiful and peaceful location. Easy and beautiful drive to/from Fredericksburg. The house was amazing; extremely comfortable, well furnished, very clean, and larger than outside appearance. Great hosts with good communication. Highly recommend.

We loved experiencing the country life in this AirBnb. We enjoyed walking out to peaceful and beautiful views ( stargazing was amazing) seeing horses and longhorns and making friends with Walter the hound dog! Just what we needed ! Thanks Melissa!!

Beautiful location and home. We felt right at home. Everything was great and we would definitely stay there again next time we are in the area.

We really enjoyed our weekend at Kevin's place. The view was beautiful, the kids had fun running around and exploring the property. The Rv was equipped with everything we needed, the kids enjoyed some movies while it rained and there were a lot of games to choose from. Kevin was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Great communication. We will be back when we are in the area again.

We visited during the Llano annual international rock stacking competition! (L.E.A.F) Our second time to attend and first time to stay for the weekend. We loved interacting with the locals in the small Texas town and experience the feel of the culture. (We’re city Texans ourselves.) The festival had a definite “hippie” vibe which a local resident characterized as “hippie-redneck” kind of small town culture. Very friendly folks all around! Thoroughly enjoyed our visit and the property. Our host was very responsive to our needs. It was so nice being away from the noise of the city life. I loved listening to the birds in the mornings. My bird app recognized 11 different bird songs, three of which I’d not previously encountered! I definitely would enjoy repeating our stay. Highly recommend!
