The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect and the host was friendly, helpful and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless. Everything I needed was provided, and I truly felt at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Ivan the owner, and Goran were super hosts. They helped us with every small thing we needed, and make sure we are getting the most from our vacation. This Villa is a must for every belgrad visitor, especially groups. Once again, thanks Ivan and Goran! Our trip was 10/10, and most probably we will come back!

Staying at Vanja's apartment was a great experience. The apartment is centrally located on the pedestrian zone, making all the main sights in the city center easily accessible on foot. There are numerous bars, cafés, and restaurants nearby. Communication with Vanja was very pleasant—she was always quick to respond and took care of everything. We would definitely love to come back!

This is the second time that we have stayed with Dragana at house of owls and the place did not disappoint. We all absolutely love the space and instantly feel right at home. We never want to leave but Dragana was so helpful in showing us the local area and making some suggestions on what to do. The house is decorated all over in amazing maximalist style with so many well chosen pieces and colour. I would highly recommend a stay here for complete relaxation.

Отличная чистая квартира, находится в тихом месте, при том очень удобно добираться до всех достопримечательностей. Особенно хочется отметить наличие всех необходимых мелочей: от беруш для сна - до различной посуды для приготовления еды. Очень здорово , что есть жалюзи на окнах электроприводе, утром можно комфортно спать не переживая о том, что будет слишком светло. Много места для хранения вещей. Также хотели бы отметить , что было очень тепло в квартире и не было душно. Мы очень довольны квартирой и общением с хозяином , он очень дружелюбный, отвечает довольно быстро, спасибо большое за пребывание!

Tobias is a great host with an amazing apartment! The apartment's location was great, right next to the city center. The apartment was pristine and fully furnished and had all the needed amenities. I would highly recommend and book when visiting Novi Sad again!

I lived in this apartment for 1 month. Everything was great. The apartment had everything I needed for a long life. Dusan is a nice and helpful guy. Quiet neighborhood, with many supermarkets, fast food and restaurants nearby. Stable and fast wifi-connection for work. The bike that Dusan gave me made my stay in Novi Sad more comfortable and colorful. I recommend the place for a long term stay. I enjoyed it, and next time definitely will try to stay in this place again. Thank you, Dusan!

Unlike a hotel room or most other apartments, Milica's place has lots of character. Maybe an older building but inside there's plenty of space, all amenities and more. Location's great, in centre, just 100m to main pedestrian zone. Hosts were friendly, helpful and happy to give suggestions on Belgrade.

We where 8 friends traveling in a group. Adrian's apartment had everything we needed for the weekend. public transport is nearby. restaurants and bars in walking distance. we had a great weekend, thanks for a great stay.
