The place was absolutely stunning—even better than the pictures—with breathtaking views, a jacuzzi and sauna that made the experience extra special, and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for unwinding. The apartment was super clean, beautifully designed, and well-maintained. The hosts, who live in the upper apartment, were amazingly kind and helpful—always available when needed but never intrusive. They even gave great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. The next towns, with grocery stores and dining options, are just a 10-minute drive away, making everything easily accessible. We 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. The combination of stunning nature, thoughtful hospitality, and top-notch amenities made it an experience we can’t wait to repeat!

Hello, my experience: Very positive Mr. Vida is so far best provider I’ve met yet. Very fast replies, very friendly and communicative, mr. Vida did wait for us before arrival to be sure that we will get to the correct appartment. And he did even more for us, what I really apreciate. House met our expectations, beautyfull view even from the bed, everything written about this place and house is correct.

Sauberes Appartment mit allem was man braucht und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Sehr liebe Gastgeber und eine super Lage oben auf dem Berg mit herrlichem Ausblick. Die Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt mit Trampolin, Sandkasten und den Stallbesuchen. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft von Gert-Jan & Michaela! Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt, die Kommunikation war auch top. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man hat eine tolle Sicht auf die Burg Mauterndorf. Wir haben jeden Tag die private Sauna genutzt und der Spa-Raum ist auch sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Very enjoyable stay. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very reachable. The house was as advertised - clean, warm and comfortable with lovely views from the balcony. Very nice bathroom and shower. Walkable to the town and lake, and even closer to a big supermarket while still being in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy parking.

We had a great stay! The apartment is close to Lake Bled but also just far enough away for a peaceful stay in a beautiful village. The apartment was spotless with lots of space, many amenities, and you can tell a lot of love and attention to detail went into this place to make it perfect for guests. We also met Darja and Saso and they were lovely.

Zeer vriendelijke host en een heel fijn en schoon appartement. Appartement ligt heel strategisch met restaurants, cafés en winkels op paar minuten loopafstand. Appartement is gelegen in een redelijk groot en anoniem complex. Heel fijn dat er ook een parkeergarage is met een eigen plek. Ik zou de host en zijn appartement zeker aanraden.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung in Kärnten. Die vorherige Kommunikation & der Check-In war sehr verständlich und umfangreich. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und groß, mit einer wirklich tollen Aussicht auf die Berge & den See. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt hat. Bei einem kleinen Problem unsererseits wurde uns sofort geholfen & das Problem gelöst. Sehr zuvorkommend. Wir waren allgemein sehr zufrieden.

Perfectly as described. A great place to stay near Lake Bled. The location and surroundings are beautiful and Judita was lovely. She went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable. In the barn outside the house there are hammocks, bikes to use and some children's toys. A small stream runs right behind the house and adds to the sense of serenity. We loved staying there as a family and would definitely recommend.

The apartment was beautiful! It had everything could possibly need and then some. It was absolutely spotless! The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Wir hatten noch nie ein Appartement wo Toilettenpapier, Seife, Duschgel für die ganze Woche vorhanden war. Es gab sogar in der einen Woche nochmal frische Handtücher und noch Kaffeetabs und Tee zur Verfügung gestellt. In der Küche war alles was man braucht. Das Bett war auch wirklich groß und hat eine super Matratze. DANKE, es war echt toll.

I couldn't recommend this place more highly, the area is peaceful and so beautiful, you can easily walk to the lake, and lots of cafes and restaurants an easy drive. Miha greeted us warmly and did everything possible to enable us to have a great stay!

Michael è un host super reattivo e disponibile l’alloggio rispecchiava pienamente la descrizione e la vista sul lago era superba penso ritorneremo . Inoltre per chi ama sciare è vicinissimo all’ovovia e a 5 min a piedi c’è una pista di pattinaggio e una riserva naturale per chi ama il bird watch con bellissimi esemplari . L’unico suggerimento che vorrei dare a Michael riguarda le porte delle stanze da letto che sono in vetro trasparente e non sono il massimo per la privacy magari una tapparella carina potrebbe aiutare . Comunque grazie di tutto e a presto .

Very cosy and homely. The place was very well-kept and we like the location a lot (good views, walkable to supermarket and restaurants). Anita was very responsive and we appreciate the clear/helpful instructions. The place was exactly as described in the listing!

Anja's apartment is beyond wonderful. Stunning view to the valley and other hills. It's like you are above the clouds. The apartment was super clean, and we also received very kind goodies in the fridge. She responded quickly every time and was especially helpful. Well-deserved 5 stars!

Tolles geräumiges Haus. Wir hatten mit 6 Leuten genug Platz. Auch die Terrasse und der eingezäunte Garten sind toll! Die Lage ist perfekt zum Wandern. Insbesondere mit Kindern gibt es viele tolle Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen und Ausflüge! Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank!!

Die Unterkunft war einfach traumhaft! Wir hatten sowohl Schnee als auch sonnige Tage. Konnten die wunderschöne Winterlandschaft von der Sauna aus genießen und bei schönem Wetter den Sonnenuntergang auf der großen Terasse vom Bett aus bestaunen. Das Bergpanorama aus jedem Fenster ist atemberaubend. Das Chalet ist großartig gebaut, jeder Raum ist sinnvoll genutzt. Der Baustil etwas ganz besonderes mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, konnten wunderbar entspannen und die Ruhe in der Natur genießen. War ein sehr gemütliches Wochenende. Auf die Stromabrechnung nicht vergessen, die wird am Ende extra abgerechnet. Die könnte bei Sauna und Infrarotheizung saftiger ausfallen. Mit dem Holzofen zu heizen geht aber sehr gut und es gibt kostenlos jede menge Buchenholz zum Heizen und wir haben vom Verwalter auch einen Sack voll Kiefernholz zum Anheizen bekommen. Kontakt mit Vermieter und Unterstützung von Verwalter vor Ort was sehr gut und unkompliziert. Dankeschön

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft, die in echt noch viel schöner ist als auf den Fotos. Wir hatten hier einen perfekten Urlaub!
