הבית היה חמוד מאוד, בשכונה שקטה. בסיס נח לשלל כיווני הנסיעה במזרח פיליון. יש לקחת בחשבון שלכל מקום צריך רכב. נקי מאוד. יש מגבות וסדינים נוספים למקרה הצורך. 2 המיטות הזוגיות מאוד נוחות. מזגן בשניים מחדרי השינה. תגובה מהירה ויחס לבבי מהמארח שגם סיפק את הסברי הצ׳ק אין והמיקום של הבית באופן מדוייק. הבית מצויד לתפארת. אינטרנט מצויין. סביבות החוץ קסומה ונעימה עם סוכת גפנים חמודה. אנחנו מאוד נהנינו מהשהות בנכס וממליצים בחום.

Le logement de Dimitris est plein de charme situé au cœur du jardin planté d’agrumes...et en plus l'emplacement vous garanti un fabuleux coucher de soleil à admirer au choix : soit de la plage au bout du jardin !...soit depuis la terrasse privative ! ...que demander de plus ...nous avons passé 3 soirées magnifiques qui nous ont permis d'explorer le Pelion et de profiter du petit bourg d’Afissos et ses commodités facilement accessible à pieds depuis la maison... Dimitris est qui plus un hôte très sympa et trs attentionné parlant français !..une carresse aussi au chien de la maison Stella*** ;) ...si nous en avons a possibilité c'est certain nous reviendrons !!!

We had a wonderful stay! Dimitris was incredibly friendly and inviting. The view was just like the photos and were breathtaking. Everything was within walking distance and Dimitris recommended a couple of places for us to go to dinner, Krista was one of them and where we ended up going. The food was amazing and we sat out in the courtyard with a heater which was beautiful. Loved all the kitties coming to visit us on the front porch of the air bnb each morning. We would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a cozy cottage in the mountains with a stunning view.

Dear future travelers I had the privilege of staying at Yanis' wonderful Airbnb in Makrinitza Village during a massive thunderstorm in Greece, and I couldn't have asked for a better host. Yanis truly went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort during those challenging days. Not only did Yanis provide us with essential supplies like food, water, and gas when we were stranded, but he also made us feel secure in potentially dangerous situation. His warm hospitality and genuine concern for our well-being were truly remarkable. The house itself was a gem. Spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of nine people, it offered breathtaking views of the city of Volos. Even amidst the storm, the scenery was awe-inspiring. I whole heartedly recommend Yanis as a host for your stay in Makrinitza Village. His kindness, generosity, and the quality of his property will make your trip to Greece Unforgettable experience. Εξαιρετική εμπειρία διαμονής! Η διαμονή μας σε αυτό το κατάλυμα υπήρξε αψεγάδιαστη από κάθε άποψη. Ο χώρος, απαράμιλλης αισθητικής και υποδειγματικής καθαριότητας, παρείχε όλες τις ανέσεις που θα μπορούσε να επιθυμήσει κανείς. Ιδιαιτέρως αξιομνημόνευτη υπήρξε η εγκάρδια φιλοξενία της κυρίας Μαρίτας, η οποία, με λεπτότητα και προνοητικότητα, είχε μεριμνήσει να μας αφήσει πληθώρα εδεσμάτων, μία κίνηση που αναδείκνυε το γνήσιο πνεύμα φιλοξενίας της. Η εμπειρία μας υπερέβη κάθε προσδοκία, καθιστώντας το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα μία επιλογή αδιαμφισβήτητης αξίας για κάθε απαιτητικό ταξιδιώτη.

Εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης ο Βασίλης. Το σπίτι πανέμορφο, η θέα εκπληκτική. Πρόβλημα κανένα , όλα λειτούργησαν άψογα . Σίγουρα θα ξανά έμενα.!!!

Great apart with great views over the sea in a quite though close to the centre location.

Πολύ ωραίο σπίτι με ωραία διακόσμηση και όμορφο μπάνιο. Όλα κύλησαν ομαλά στην επικοινωνία.

Η διανομή μας ήταν φανταστική! Το σπίτι ήταν ολοκαίνουριο και πεντακάθαρο. Τα τρία υπνοδωμάτια ήταν ευρύχωρα. Το μέρος που βρισκόταν ήταν ήσυχο και σε ιδανικό μέρος για εξορμήσεις στον Βόλο και στο Πήλιο! Ο οικοδεσπότης μας έδωσε σωστές οδηγίες και ήταν εύκολα προσβάσιμος. Σίγουρα θα ξαναδιαλέξουμε το συγκεκριμένο σπίτι σε επόμενη εκδρομή μας!! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

My family and I had a great time at Panagiotis’ place! The house is so spacious, with all the amenities needed and at the best location in Volos. The host was very friendly and helpful. This place is highly recommended!

Παρά πολύ περιποιημένη κατοικία με φανταστική θέα σε όλο το Αιγαίο Πέλαγος. Άρτια εξοπλισμένη, κ μια κατοικία επιτέλους που πληροί όλα τα standards. Για όλο αυτό, ευθύνεται φυσικά η υπέροχη Κρυσταλλια μια κοσμοπολιτισα γεμάτη εμπειρίες που κάνει τη διαμονή πραγματική απόλαυση.

The apartment is lovely, the view stunning, and the location perfect for a quiet stay near the coast. However, what topped it all was the heartwarming welcome and care of the hosts. I can only recommend staying and enjoying the mix of Greek hospitality and beautiful nature.

Can't find the proper words to describe this wonderful accommodation! Magnificent view, ideal location (quiet and peaceful while close to everything, specifically only 15' from Volo's center and 10' from Portaria), beautiful house. Fully equipped, really spacious and clean, the perfect place for as many days as possible. Great network for remote working too. Kyriakos was extrwmely organized and thoughtful, kind and always available for questions / suggestions. Hope we are able to come back one day ❤️ Thank you for everything!!

Excellent location in Kissos. There are cafeterias, restaurants and mini markets for groceries. The nature around the house is amazing and the house itself is cozy, spacious and better than the photos. Nikos was more than friendly and accommodating. I would surely visit again and definitely recommend to everybody

We loved this villa, it had lots of space and, even though there were several of us staying there, it felt private and relaxing. We particularly liked the olive garden with its wonderful set up, we enjoyed a lunch and a nice evening there, it felt so much like a home away from home. Kyriakos and Vasso were wonderful, always responsive and caring, we thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them and their recommendations were excellent. Highly recommended for those seeking a bit of luxury and relaxation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at iris sea view. Thanos was a perfect host. Meeting us in the evening to direct us back to the house, smooth check in and delivering us oranges. Also received massage which was wonderful. The terrace is a beautiful sun spot in the afternoon, Afissos has a lovely beach. It was quiet as out of season, but the supermarket is open so you can get supplies. Lefokastro has a good taverna, still open in winter. I would love to come back again and stay for longer next time. Souzana was a wonderful host, very helpful and kind. The Vila is newly renovated with attention to details and has everything you need for your stay. Our family had a great time there. It is less than a minute walk to the beach! We highly recommend and hope to visit again.

Ένας υπέροχος χώρος, ζεστός διακοσμημένος με γούστο. Απίστευτη ησυχία και μαγευτική θέα. Η κυρία Δεσποινα μας υποδέχτηκε εγκάρδια, μας προσέφερε τοπικά εδέσματα για καλωσόρισμα. Ενώ η ευγενική κυρία Κορινα μας είχε δώσει αναλυτικές πληροφορίες άφιξης και περιήγησης της περιοχής. Το αποκορύφωμα ήταν ο χώρος που είχε το μπιλιάρδο και το Πινγκ πονγκ όπου εκεί μικροί και μεγάλοι περάσαμε ατέλειωτες ώρες χαλάρωσης και διασκέδασης!

Awesome villa! The home was magnificent and exactly as pictured. The added personal touches throughout the villa truly made for a delightful experience. In addition, Konstantinos arranged for a smooth transition to the villa from the parking area and also included a book filled with helpful tips about the home and Makrinitsa in general. Guests should understand that the path to the villa may be cumbersome for very small children or people with mobility issues. (We traveled with 2 small children ages 2 and 6 with no problems.) Konstantinos was quickly responsive to all communications, and available for any questions we had concerning travel arrangements. Overall the experience was amazing and I recommend staying here during your visit to Greece!
