Ringrazio di cuore sia Giovanna che Riccardo per avermi offerto il loro appartamento E stato come essere a casa e, soprattutto, ho avuto la comodità di avere tutto a pochi passi Ho avuto un'esperienza fantastica nel visitare la città di Firenze e spero tanto di ritornare presto

L’alloggio di Chiara corrisponde alla descrizione. È pulito ed in una ottima posizione, molto vicina alla fermata del tram che porta in pochi minuti alla stazione dei treni e quindi al centro città. Appartamento in un contesto di recente costruzione e tranquillo. Ottimo il parcheggio a disposizione dell’appartamento. Chiara è una host molto gentile e disponibile. La comunicazione con lei è ottima e fornisce consigli molto utili sia per quanto riguarda i ristoranti che le attività da fare. Consigliata!

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare con altre mie 8 amiche presso l'appartamento di Dani, per una notte. L'appartamento è in una posizione veramente comodissima per visitare Firenze a Piedi (si trovano diversi locali per i pasti e parcheggi a pochi minuti da casa)! La descrizione e le foto dell'annuncio sono molto precise e corrispondono alla realtà dell'alloggio. Dani si è dimostrata fin da subito cordiale, disponibile e reattiva nei tempi di risposta. Nel complesso ci siamo trovate davvero molto bene e se dovessimo ricapita a Firenze avremmo piacere di soggiornare di nuovo da lei!

We had a wonderful time in Florence and the apartment was a great location within easy 15 minutes walk of the main sites. The accommodation was spacious clean and a truly traditional Italian experience with high ceilings marble floors and tall shuttered windows. Beds were comfortable and no street noise at night. The kitchen was very well equiped and we had everything needed to cook meals in the evenings. we enjoyed the bottle of Chianti. thank you!!! Federico was a perfect host with great suggestions for museums, sites and food. We recommend l'ritrovino de servi for amazing lunchtime food near the Duomo and we enjoyed Trattoria Baldini for an evening meal. great welcome at both of these. Thank you Federico for a perfect stay. We hope to return!

Die perfekte Unterkunft für uns auf unserer Radtour! Wir konnten die Räder in einem abgeschlossenen Hof parken, über Nacht brachte sie Latif sogar in einem Raum unter. Die Wohnung war sauber, die beiden Schlafzimmer waren genau richtig für Eltern und (erwachsene) Kinder, die Betten bequem. Latif war freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und immer gut erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen!

El departamento muy lindo con una ubicación privilegiada, a demás tiene una vista preciosa, luana siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros, la cama muy comoda y con todo lo necesario, buenos restaurantes cerca, los puntos principales están a unos pasos.

Mein Aufenthalt bei Rosi war perfekt und ich werde in Florenz nirgendwo anders wohnen wollen. Die Lage zur Straßenbahn T2 ist fast direkt an der Haustür und nur 4 Haltestellen von der historischen Altstadt entfernt. Das Appartement ist super schön, alles sehr sauber und modern. Die Kommunikation mit Rosi war perfekt. Alle wichtigen Informationen wurden anschaulich gesendet. Freu mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch.

Muy buen alojamiento. es realmente céntrico y de una distancia fácilmente caminable de las atracciones de la ciudad. De fácil acceso desde el Aeropuerto. Todo limpio, todo super bien.

Lorenza and Nelly are wonderful hosts. They were waiting for my arrival at 9pm which was extremely generous. Their welcome and helpful tour of the property after a long day of travel was warm and inviting. The house itself is peaceful, private and extremely comfortable. I was visiting to enjoy the Strade Bianche bicycle race around siena and the location was perfect. I had some problems with the stove at one point, however Lorenza was communicative and very helpful. Overall staying at the property was lovely. A Beautiful wood fire every evening surrounded by peaceful nature really helped to make my stay relaxing. And the welcome gift of cake didn’t survive long either. Gratzie Mille Lorenza and Nello.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Patrizia‘s. The house and surroundings are so peaceful and quite. Patrizia was so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed as well as very knowledgeable about the area. We truly thank her for a wonderful Tuscan experience.

Alcova romantica a due passi dal centro città ma con i pregi della casa di campagna, silenziosa e ritirata. Bella struttura dove abbiamo passato una settimana di relax e che abbiamo usato come base per visitare Pistoia e l’Appennino. La signora Gianna ospite impeccabile. La consiglio

The apartment was very nice and well equipped for a comfortable stay. It gave the feeling of a house and you feel like staying as someone's guest. The host was very helpful and responsive. We had a smooth check-in and stay. The kitchen, apartment and the washrooms had everything that you may need during the stay. Especially fully equipped kitchen made our lives very easy. The apartment is close to grocery stores and the beach. There is parking available in from of the house. I did not understand the presence of so many bells in the apartment 🙂. Overall it was a great experience apart from the fact that there were a lot of decorative pieces so we had to be careful not to mix or lose our stuff in it 🙂. I would definitely recommend it and would book it again if we visited the area again.

We loved our 5 night stay in this traditional Tuscan home! The views are stunning and we enjoyed getting up with the sunrise to take it all in. Nice, peaceful surroundings, and the soaker tub was a treat each night. Easy day trips (you will need a vehicle) to several beautiful towns. We did Volterra, San Gimigiano and Siena as well as some closer drives. Recommend Dario’s food truck in Panzano on the Chiantigiana drive for lunch. Was delicious!

Francesca and Giovannis home was probably the best most authentic to the area airbnb we have stayed in to date. The view is the selling point. With hill top views of the surrounding area and vineyards you get to take in what the Tuscan lifestyle has to offer. The deck and the hot tub, along with plenty of seating, outdoor grill and plenty to privacy are the main selling points for this home. The home is a refurbished barn that has been in the family and you can feel the authenticity in this home. francesca gave great recommendations for restaurants in the area, arranged a car for hotel transfer and arranged for us to go to their family winery for a tasting and to help harvest the grapes! Once in a life time experience! Their winery sits a top a mountain with the most breathtaking views and her husband is so nice and welcoming. The winery is called Il Colle. There were also fresh charcuterie boards, wine and treats that were waiting for us when we got to the home. Please stay here!!!!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Cristinas Haus in Fabbiano verbracht und dort unsere Auszeit vom Alltag sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön in den kleinen, ruhigen, sehr romantischen Ort eingebunden. Man geniest vom Garten aus einen wunderbaren Blick in das Tal und die Berge und kann vom Haus aus auch gleich eine schöne Wanderung aus unternehmen. Cristinas Empfang war sehr herzlich und gab uns das Gefühl, uns in ihrem Haus wirklich willkommen zu fühlen. Wir konnten sie jederzeit fragen, wenn wir Rat benötigten. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Leider war es für den Pool schon zu kalt. Dafür haben wir den Kamin sehr genossen. Trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters haben wir viel unternommen denn das Haus liegt zentral zwischen Meer, den Bergen und einiger sehr schöner Städte (z.B. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte sich auch unser Hund die ganze Zeit frei bewegen. Für kleine Familien, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben, ist das Haus ideal

Lorenzo was a great host! He provided us such great instructions on the stay, going around and how to get public transport. He was very responsive and took great care of us. The apartment was very good. We had an amazing stay and all of our needs were met. Everything in the house was very well thought of. We loved it! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Florence!

L'appartamento di Giada si contraddistingue per la sua pulizia, ordine e bellezza. Siamo state accolte con gentilezza e chiarezza nelle indicazioni. Si vede che i proprietari ci tengono a far sentire a proprio agio i loro ospiti. Da consigliare assolutamente! Speriamo di tornare presto!

Logement idéal pour rayonner dans le centre de la Toscane. La petite terrasse très agréable pour des apéritifs le soir quand comme nous , on a le bonheur d'avoir beau temps en Mars. Grâce aux conseils de Filippo, nous avons évité des erreurs de circulation ( comme prendre le train pour Pise alors que grâce aux conseils de Filippo nous y sommes allés en voiture et trouvé un parking (un peu cher mais tellement pratique) a proximité de la tour et des monuments ( 6mn a pieds) . Pareil pour la gare pour Florence a moins de 20 minutes de l'appartement. Plus quelques belles surprises en matière de restauration ( un peu cher pour certains) mais un rapport qualité - prix très intéressant pour cette zone touristique. Petite note drôle pour les varois Gambassi Terme est jumelée avec la Croix Valmer. Logement super , nous le recommandons sans problème.

דירה מהממת, במיקום מעולה, קרוב לרכבת הקלה, מסעדות, בארים, סופרמרקט. מרחק הליכה של 20 דקות ממרכז העיר ההומה. דירה מרווחת, נקייה ומזמינה. מארחים ידידותיים מאוד. מטבח מאובזר, חימום מעולה, מים חמים כל הזמן, מכונת כביסה. יש מרפסת נעימה, בצד האחורי של הבניין כך שמאוד שקט. דירה מושלמת לשהייה ארוכה עם כל הצרכים, הרגשתי בבית. בטוח אחזור לדירה.

Cecilia è una persona davvero gentile e premurosa. La sua casa è molto grande e luminosa, gli spazi sono divisi molto bene e arredati in modo funzionale. In casa non manca nulla e c'è l''aria condizionata! a causa del grande caldo non abbiamo sfruttato il grande terrazzo attrezzato, era meglio stare dentro casa al fresco! la casa è posizionata in una zona tranquilla, proprio di fronte ad un grande parcheggio a pagamento (25 euro settimanali), con una passeggiata di 10 Min lungo si arriva sulla passeggiata del lungomare e agli stabilimenti balneari (consigliamo bagno Amedeo) e a pochi minuti si trovano tanti supermercati e negozi di ogni genere. Siamo soddisfatti al 100% del ns soggiorno e il prossimo anno torneremo sicuramente! Grazie Cecilia

The terrace is absolutely magical! One of the highlights of our trip was just sitting out there and looking out at Florence. The stairs are rough, but it’s worth it. Book it!!!

Casa in una posizione strategica, molto vicina alla stazione. I monumenti principali sono raggiungibili facilmente e comodamente a piedi, in ogni caso ce il tram molto vicino. Essendo vicina alla stazione per la sera è un po’ meno comodo prendere mezzi o muoversi a piedi ma il tratto è percorribile con il taxi a basso prezzo. La casa si presenta come nelle foto: molto pulita, spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort sembra di stare nella propria casa. L’host è ottimo, amichevole, dispobile e offre un ottima comunicazione. Ho trascorso un ottimo soggiorno, vivamente consigliato
