Loved the view! Comfy beds (if you like a softer mattress). Great to have a kitchen for our stay.

We were very pleased with this house, beautiful, loved the dock to fish from and the neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We were a bit disappointed that there were only four towels and two wash clothes for six guests as well as we had to go buy toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags that were not stocked. Lorena did offer to bring them by but we had already purchased enough for the week. But overall it was a wonderful place to stay.

Gina is a wonderful host and is very kind and friendly, we became friend since the first day. The room and bathroom are really clean and the whole house is well designed. Definitely gonna visit again!

The owner noticed that the TV in the master bedroom was not working properly when she went to check the property before we checked in, so she went out and purchased a new one and set it up before we arrived! She answered any questions we had promptly and was very accommodating. Kitchen was very well stocked and even had spices and some other staples that we were not expecting. The pool as not heated and was a little chilly, because we were there in March, but our granddaughter didn’t mind a bit and had so much fun! The owner had beach towels, toys and chairs that we took to the beach with us. She has thought of everything! It was such a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Very relaxing ☀️😎

Great spot in a very quiet area. Great lap pool was heated. Kids swam while it was 40 degrees out and were comfortable. There was a ton of wildlife to see- sandhill cranes, alligators, turkeys, wood ducks, herons, rails, and plenty of fish. Very kind hosts went out of their way to make our stay as good as it could be. We would 100% stay there again.

Amazing place lived the internal structure of the place reminded me of Louisiana style houses. Hoping to coming back and staying again!

Large spacious property, as described, worked perfectly for our family. Large garden space, and great facilities. Cynthia very responsive with any support. Very comfortable stay & lovely peaceful neighbourhood.

The room was very clean and had everything I needed. Alberto was clear and prompt on instructions for check in and making sure I was comfortable. The hotel has access to beach and there is a grocery store and drug store directly across the street which is convenient. Only thing I would have negative to say would be all amenities were closed ( as described ) pools, gym, laundry, etc. Overall, room was easy to access, had a nice view and plenty of parking in adjacent lot next to resort.

The stay at Alberto’s place was non short of amazing. I had everything I needed for my stay. Anytime I asked questions Alberto made sure to respond in a timely manner. I’d recommend his home to anyone wanting to visit Daytona. It was definitely worth every dollar spent to stay there.

My family had a beautiful stay at this condo in the beach. The breath-taking views from my balcony was worth the money. Heather and Evolve were pro-active, exceptional hosts.

The space was very clean. Very neat and newly renovated. I would love to stay there again.

A couple of stains on the couch and hair on the shower wall, other than that, it was a great, very comfortable place. I would stay here again and do recommend this as an option for anyone's travels to Ormond Beach.
