I recently stayed at Julie's place and had an exceptional experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the caretakers of the cabin. They were there to make sure everything was ready for our stay. Their dedication to ensuring an enjoyable stay was incredible. The property itself was exactly as described, clean, and well-maintained. The host's attention to detail and commitment to providing a comfortable environment made my stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights of my stay was the thoughtful touches the host added to make me feel welcome. It was our anniversary for which we received a very sweet card and a bag of chocolates! Oh, and a wonderful recommendation for dinner. It was clear that they genuinely cared about our experience. Their warmth and hospitality made me feel right at home. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay.

We had a family reunion on one day of our week long stay and this place was PERFECT for that!! Everyone in our family was comfortable, had plenty of space to move around plus plenty of seating for 20 people... they didnt all stay there, but the day was filled with fun, family and a great place to spend it in....We really enjoyed the dock and close proximity to renting pontoon boats to go out on the lake or river for fishing.... We hope to enjoy this property again in the future for some relaxing family time... Thanks Megan for everything!!

My friends and I do an annual kayak road trip and this is the 4th year and we all have to admit this was the nicest house so far and we have stayed in some nice ones. The kitchen was great for our evening meals and the dining areas inside and out are more than roomy enough for eating and for games afterwards. We really enjoyed the large screened in pool area and spent a lot of time out there not being bothered by bugs. We were able to launch our kayaks down by the waterfront (we were on look out for gators) and paddle out to the lake from the house. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. Each time I contacted Kahui, she responded back immediately. Thank you for making us feel welcomed and comfortable!

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary here first of April. Beautiful sunset , the house was perfect right on the river , access to the dock , boat ramp is a few docks down. Restaurant was a great atmosphere & good food. Springs just a short trip down in the boat. We will be back

This is hands down the nicest place I have stayed in Daytona over the years and we will be returning! Loie was so nice and helpful and made the whole experience extremely pleasant! Nick, the property manager was also super nice and helpful! I cannot praise them all enough! Gorgeous views from the balconies, every amenity you could possibly need, and super clean and well kept. Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. It felt like being at home!

Had a great stay over the weekend, was the perfect spot to walk everywhere and adorable ! The host were great and super easy to communicate with. Would stay again very soon!

If you are a young family w children, or grandparents w grandchildren, this condo is exactly where ya need to stay! From the crib, to a pac n play, to a closet full of beach toys and chairs and sun umbrellas…. To an entire closet stocked w games, puzzles and a kids karaoke machine. The giant and spacious outdoor deck was the icing on the cake. The jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower were enjoyed by all. The beach is a few steps across the street (the street has a crossing light for further safety) and behind the entire complex is a wooden boardwalk safe for kids, with secret fairy gardens embedded along the route. Everyone was so kind . Our property managers Daniel and Cindy went above and beyond! My son accidentally broke off the storage key in the door lock, and maintenance was there within five minutes to assist.. very responsive and caring. The condo was stocked w essentials until we could get supplies We can’t wait to return! Thank you ! 10 star review

The unit was incredible and the location terrific. We were right on the intercoastal and were able to view dolphins swimming just off the dock, along with magnificent sunsets. Michael is a great host and whenever we had a question, he immediately responded. This is a great place to stay and we would return.

Very quiet little place. It was super clean. The pics show a lot of the St. Johns river, but this is not waterfront. There is a place very close (1.5 miles) called Renegades with a working boat ramp, great restaurant, marina, and live music.

Our stay at this delightful and extremely comfortable home was made even more pleasurable by the presence of Suzanne and Jan. They made sure we didn't just stay in 5 Star accomodation, but they made us feel like 5 Star guest. Their attention to details was impressive, nothing was overlooked, it could not feel more like a home if it were our own home. We highly recommend this Mt Dora gem, will certainly be returning. Stephen was a pleasure to work with, very responsive and flexible as possible. He was proactive in letting us know that the check-in time was available sooner than listed. His keyless entry made it very easy to access his house and made it easy for all in my party to come and go as they pleased. His house was very clean and you could tell that as soon as you walked in the door. Everything worked well, his AC system provided arctic level cooling, his pool and hot tube was ready for use, his screened in game room was fun and actually stayed cool throughout the day, his outside gathering areas had plenty of seating, and his dock provided plenty of room to fish. This location on the canal was beautiful and easily accessible to St John's River. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone who wants a cool place to stay, relax and have fun. Thank you, Stephen, for your allowing us to stay at your house it was well worth the cost.

Maria's home is located on a canal that connects to the Tomoka River, and the kayak adventures are not to be missed! We enjoyed the wonderful Florida wildlife a short paddle away (manatees, gators, so many birds!). For the less adventurous, the backyard is perfect for relaxing in the sun and outdoor dining, very private with lots of comfy seating. The house inside was very clean and well stocked, with great restaurants and shopping at nearbyTrails Shopping Center. Maria was very responsive to any questions we had, and our two-week stay at her place was the perfect "snowbird escape" for us!

Deanna and Rabbit were by far the most friendly and accommodating people. Communication was very prompt and helpful. Very helpful. We felt right at home. The home was comfortable and clean with plenty of room for our family. We had a great time and I highly recommend to anyone. Already looking at dates to return!

We really enjoyed our stay at this adorable little cottage. They've thought of so many details in the house and that makes it even more comfortable.

I stayed for a month with my two dogs after coming to Mount Dora to celebrate my Mom’s 90th birthday. The backyard is perfect for pets - fully fenced with a 6-ft privacy fence. The firepit and screened in patio are fabulous! The home itself is cozy, clean, and well-appointed. When I checked in, I was a bit concerned about noise and safety since there is a single level apartment complex right next door. With the exception of festive music played on weekend nights, my concerns were unfounded. An easy walk to downtown was the icing on the cake - highly recommended.

Beautifully setup place, had all the amenities one would need. Clear instructions and very reasonable requests for checkout/ cleaning. LarryKaren were proactive and checked in if we needed anything. They accommodated our request to readjust the dates as we had change of plans. The patio setup was amazing, unfortunately was too cold at the time for us. Hoping to stay here again on our next visit.
