Loved the lay out for sharing with our son and his family they had one side and we enjoyed the privacy of the master suite. Pool is a bit chilly in late February but we all got in. It was the perfect location for our activities and close enough to theme parks too. We would definitely suggest this home.

We enjoyed our stay at Maria's place. The home was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. We especially enjoyed sitting in the screened in porch in the evenings. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Came to Florida for a family reunion and needed a small place to stay that was comfortable and close to family. China’s place was everything that she said it was and more. Was very elegant and comfortable at the same time. The backyard was lit up at night and it felt like you were in your own little resort. Only a 10 minute ride to New Smyrna Beach with all kinds of activities and restaurants. Will definitely be telling my friends and family about this and hopefully we’ll be back soon.!

The house was very clean and open. Our dogs loved the fenced in backyard to run around. Everything was new. We also like the garage being big to pull in our vehicle in. It's not far at all from Downtown Sanford with great local shops and food.

Chris had a fantastic response time and was overall a pleasure to work with. The house was fairly difficult to find but that didn’t take away from the place. Great experience all together.

There was a little mix up as to what room we were staying in but after that it was great.

The location was wonderful. Right on the beach, beautiful neighborhood, and could walk to so many places; including the start line of the half marathon I ran (so convenient). I also loved the turtles in the neighborhood and met some friendly residents in our short 2 days there.

Perfect location! As described. Next time we will book a longer stay. It’s a great Airbnb in a perfect area - walking distance to everything. Beautifully decorated too!

We loved staying here! It was amazing to enjoy our morning coffee on the balcony, overlooking the ocean. We loved time on the beach and our kids were thankful for the skim boards and other beach toys that were provided. What an amazing weekend away for us!

This is a great accommodation experience. The layout and design of the room are very unique and tasteful. The lighting bulbs in the courtyard at night are beautifully designed. The only thing is that the bathroom space is a bit small , which may seem limited to overweighted people. However, the living room, dining room and kitchen are all very spacious. The communication with the host is very smooth. It is worth staying here again.

Lovely accommodation. Felt at home with great appliances and fully stocked kitchen. Great ocean and pool view. Highly recommend to all seeking relaxation. Good vibes with beachy decor. Sharon was indeed an excellent host.

Amy’s place was very welcoming and cozy. It was exactly as she described it and the pictures don’t do it justice. View of the ocean, the beach is right there, place was immaculate, grounds were beautifully kept and the pool was always clean. Lots to do and see around the area. Many great restaurants, recommend Northwood Treehouse, so delicious. Lots of lounge chairs and shuffleboard available as well. Amy was amazing, responded quickly to messages, answered all our questions and had a nice welcome surprise for us. She provided everything, including chairs for the beach and beach towels. I would absolutely recommend Amy’s place to everyone and we will definitely be back. Thank you Amy for an amazing vacation, felt like home away from home. Mark and Shirley

Kelly was so communicative. She really cared about or safety and experience. She was very down to earth. Really enjoyed being right on the beach and it was a reasonable price.

We loved our stay at Peck Plaza! Carrie was very responsive and we had everything we needed to make it a comfortable visit. The place is very clean and you and can’t beat the view. The kids loved the heated pool and we loved the accessibility to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here and would come back again!

I really enjoyed this airbnb. It had everything I needed and was clean and updated. I will be booking again in the near future. Plenty of room, very quiet. Great stay!

Enrico was extremely nice and helpful from the beginning to the end. He was very responsive and answered any questions quickly. Lisa helped us get into the place and was right there to meet us. Easy and quick plus directions and instructions and made sure we did not have any questions. This place is in a beautiful area with the most beautiful views you could ever imagine. The place was very clean (spotless)and made you feel very much at home. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! 😍 Only wish we could have stayed there longer to enjoy ourselves. 😎 The restaurant at the top is also a must to enjoy the sunset and delicious food. This was our 2nd time staying at The Fountain. We love the area and feel very safe here. The beach access is amazing and all of the amenities offered. This place was spacious and very well maintained which we appreciate when staying a long stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

A slice of paradise! We spent 4 weeks here. Secure building, great location, good free parking, nice pool, sauna and exercise room. The pool was wonderful, and the beach is stunning. Grocery and wine stores under a 5 minute drive. 20 minute drives to 4 public golf courses. Apartment clean, and very comfortable. Great bed, shower and kitchen, highly recommend!
