Honestly not enough good things to say about the stay, it’s the perfect decent sized room for a couple trying to get away for a week or so. David was NOTHING but helpful when we got a little confused. not to mention how perfect the location is for food, the daytona speedway and a bunch of fun things you can do. 10/10 amazing stay

We enjoyed our stay at Ashley’s place. Our group was comfortable and felt right at home. The beds were very comfortable. We were right off of the main highway, but didn’t feel it, with the trees surrounding us. The access to the beach was key. Thank you Ashley, we will definitely consider your place when visiting Florida again.

Just to start Michael was a great host always replied back. Easy check-in everything was just like it showed in the ad. Beach was in walking distance. So many things to do we was there nine days and still didn’t get everything done. Would love to return.

We loved staying here! It was amazing to enjoy our morning coffee on the balcony, overlooking the ocean. We loved time on the beach and our kids were thankful for the skim boards and other beach toys that were provided. What an amazing weekend away for us!

Our stay at this delightful and extremely comfortable home was made even more pleasurable by the presence of Suzanne and Jan. They made sure we didn't just stay in 5 Star accomodation, but they made us feel like 5 Star guest. Their attention to details was impressive, nothing was overlooked, it could not feel more like a home if it were our own home. We highly recommend this Mt Dora gem, will certainly be returning. Awesome apartment in an old church building. Great location walkable to downtown. Arriving later in the evening it was especially nice to be able to walk downstairs to the Chapel Tap and relax in the courtyard with a cold brew! Would most definitely stay again if in DeLand. Thanks for the hospitality!

This place was freaking amazing. The biggest thing I have to mention is just how clean everything was. My fiance and I have like allergies so bad we take multiple prescription strength antihistamines, and travel with an air purifier. We didn't even get the air purifier out the entire time we were there because we didn't have to. And it is way closer to the beach than it looks unlike the maps and pictures and it was so easy to just walk to the beach. And you're literally within reasonable walking distance to like Flagler and so many good places. If it had been available we would have definitely stayed longer.

This is a super cute place in a quiet neighborhood with lots of walking paths and playgrounds. The house was adorable. It had a very spacious living room and a fully functioning kitchen to make a variety of meals. The beach and downtown are a short drive away. I would highly recommend this home!

Alberto’s place was amazing. he was also very responsive, i would definitely stay again!

We loved the screened in porch & backyard. I was a little disappointed that a “service charge” was added on top of the pet fee- seemed a little excessive. Also the couch is a little worn out. But we loved having a well stocked kitchen & enjoyed using the grill a few times. The neighbors were having trees removed from the backyard & that started super early one morning. Also the weather was nice & we walked our dog twice a day. A man up the street asked my adult son if he lived on the street. When he told the man No; the man started asking him why he was walking on the street. I’m pretty sure it’s legal to take walks even on streets where you don’t live

Glenn's place was great! It was extremely clean and all the essentials were available. We loved the swing on the porch and the quality linens. The kiddo said "5 stars!"

This house is amazing! Perfect for my family of 6. Kids had a great time in the pool and relaxing outside. Perfect location! Beach not to far away, if you would like to go to Daytona it’s a quick ride right down 95.

Amazing view, beach accessible. The elevator situation a little unfortunate. But would definitely stay again and hope to!!

Amy’s place was very welcoming and cozy. It was exactly as she described it and the pictures don’t do it justice. View of the ocean, the beach is right there, place was immaculate, grounds were beautifully kept and the pool was always clean. Lots to do and see around the area. Many great restaurants, recommend Northwood Treehouse, so delicious. Lots of lounge chairs and shuffleboard available as well. Amy was amazing, responded quickly to messages, answered all our questions and had a nice welcome surprise for us. She provided everything, including chairs for the beach and beach towels. I would absolutely recommend Amy’s place to everyone and we will definitely be back. Thank you Amy for an amazing vacation, felt like home away from home. Mark and Shirley

Frida and Denver were perfect hosts! The condo was exactly what we were hoping for. The hosts were extremely friendly and wanted to make sure all of our needs were accomodated. They were very quick with responses. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Daytona!!

The location was perfect! Right on the beach and close to where we needed to go. I like that it was farther away from the Daytona pier so it wasn’t a crowded area. There are 2 great homemade ice cream shops within walking distance. The elevator was kind of a pain at times but I think they’ll be back to 2 elevators soon. Lisa, the building manager was very helpful and responsive as well as Melanie and Fuller. The condo had a beautiful view, was clean and had everything we needed.

Enrico was extremely nice and helpful from the beginning to the end. He was very responsive and answered any questions quickly. Lisa helped us get into the place and was right there to meet us. Easy and quick plus directions and instructions and made sure we did not have any questions. This place is in a beautiful area with the most beautiful views you could ever imagine. The place was very clean (spotless)and made you feel very much at home. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! 😍 Only wish we could have stayed there longer to enjoy ourselves. 😎 The restaurant at the top is also a must to enjoy the sunset and delicious food. This was our 2nd time staying at The Fountain. We love the area and feel very safe here. The beach access is amazing and all of the amenities offered. This place was spacious and very well maintained which we appreciate when staying a long stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

A slice of paradise! We spent 4 weeks here. Secure building, great location, good free parking, nice pool, sauna and exercise room. The pool was wonderful, and the beach is stunning. Grocery and wine stores under a 5 minute drive. 20 minute drives to 4 public golf courses. Apartment clean, and very comfortable. Great bed, shower and kitchen, highly recommend!
