We truly enjoyed our stay at Jim's. It is a very nice house and well worth the money! Yoburt the cat is awesome company and a great host! Will go back again if we need a place to stay.

Let me start off with the host. Yohana was and is a great host. She made our trip easy and worry. She very attentive and will work with you. The property is in a great location, beautiful backyard with a pool . The moment we opened the door and walked in, the first we noticed was the smell of a very clean house. Jared’s place was warm and welcoming. Clean with all the extras of home. Comfy beds. Super cute front patio and entrance. The back patio and pool was a great way to spend mornings and evenings in conversation. And if your Bestie locks you out at 9pm Jared can get ya back in the house as he was quick to respond and work his magic. An absolute beautiful little place to stay off the beaten path in between the best of both worlds. Two blocks from the beach and less than a block from the river. Close enough to shopping, restaurants and cute little gift shops. Ponce de Leon Lighthouse & Museum is just a hop skip and a jump down the road if you want to add a little history to your trip. My birthday getaway was filled with great beach sunrises, river sunsets, and that moon on the water is a dreamy way to welcome the nights.

We were in town for my son’s wedding this past week. We had a variety of family - both old and young - that we were trying to please. This place checked all the boxes we were looking for - spacious, clean, easy to get in and out, great pool and outside area (perfect for relaxing during the day). Lots of little touches as well - soap, shampoo, plenty of towels and extra linens, we even found some sunscreen one afternoon for the pool. We had a great stay and Jose was extremely helpful along the way. Definitely will stay here again in the future as we come back to FL to visit my son and new daughter-in-law! Thank you!

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The hosts were fantastic — they went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and well taken care of throughout our visit. The home itself was amazing, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by stunning scenery that made our stay even more special. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable getaway.

Tom’s house was great! Only issue was the pool wouldn’t heat up, but we understand things happen. He allowed us to go in a few hours early (thank god because my kids were done with the car) It was clean and exactly what we were looking for! We would definitely stay there again!

My wife and I come to Daytona every year from Wisconsin. We have stayed at many beach front condos in the area. This by far is the best one. The property was very clean and well maintained. The view from the balcony is amazing. Great sunrises every morning. It was everything the listing promised. Eric was a great host, he was friendly and communicated very well. We will definitely stay here every time we come down if possible. We would highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay at Peck Plaza! Carrie was very responsive and we had everything we needed to make it a comfortable visit. The place is very clean and you and can’t beat the view. The kids loved the heated pool and we loved the accessibility to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here and would come back again!

Megan’s place was the perfect spot to enjoy spring break with our family of four along the Daytona Beach Shores area. The condo was comfortable, stylish and had all the amenities of home, making us immediately comfortable. The building location is right on the beach and sunsets from the dining room table were amazing each day. Only niggle with our stay was the elevator in the building. Only one elevator functioned during our stay, so wait times were extended for sure and we found ourselves trekking down 16 flights of stairs to exit on a number of occasions once waiting more than 10 mins. If you are traveling with older folks, you’ll need to pack your patience for sure. Otherwise fantastic stay and we had a great spring break. Thank you!

Enrico was extremely nice and helpful from the beginning to the end. He was very responsive and answered any questions quickly. Lisa helped us get into the place and was right there to meet us. Easy and quick plus directions and instructions and made sure we did not have any questions. This place is in a beautiful area with the most beautiful views you could ever imagine. The place was very clean (spotless)and made you feel very much at home. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! 😍 Only wish we could have stayed there longer to enjoy ourselves. 😎 The restaurant at the top is also a must to enjoy the sunset and delicious food. The Dancing Octopus was super cute, comfortable and well located. Stacy and Michael were great hosts. The beach bikes are a nice way to get around; it’s a quick ride to the beach. There are great restaurants within walking distance. Check out Garlic and Norwood’s Treehouse. Flagler Avenue is also within walking or biking distance. The place is so well located, easy to get in, and the complex is nice. Stacy always responded to me quickly, and they were very flexible, helpful and nice. I would definitely stay here again if and when I return to New Smyrna Beach.

My husband and I have not stopped raving about this place since we got there. We did not want to leave. It is such a peaceful and calm place to be. It had everything we needed for the perfect trip! 10/10! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jary was great and very accommodating with us. She kept communication open with us during our whole stay. Instructions were very clear and check out was easy. Place was very clean and great view of the beach. We would love to return.

The condo was beautiful and clean. They supplied everything we needed for our beach vacation. The view from the balcony was amazing and we loved hearing the ocean waves every day. Would definitely recommend this condo to others.
