First and foremost, the view of the ocean from the unit is absolutely gorgeous! Both the master bedroom and the living room have floor to ceiling windows with clear and close up views of the oceans. The unit itself is extremely cozy and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home. The building itself is a bit on the older side and there isn't much around the surrounding areas, but this didn't matter as there was a very nice heated pool and the beach was just on the other side of the pool with private access to the building. Robert was responsive and periodically checked in on us. All in all an amazing experience and would love to visit again!

This is hands down the nicest place I have stayed in Daytona over the years and we will be returning! Loie was so nice and helpful and made the whole experience extremely pleasant! Nick, the property manager was also super nice and helpful! I cannot praise them all enough! Gorgeous views from the balconies, every amenity you could possibly need, and super clean and well kept. Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. It felt like being at home!

Annie was VERY good at communicating and helping me through the entire booking process. The room was comfortable and very clean, which I appreciated. The elevators were a bit wonky but she told me that ahead of time, so not really an issue because I only had carry on luggage and a small backpack. The check in instructions were very detailed and clear. Annie was very helpful showing me where to park and pointing out the "tow-away" zones which are strictly enforced, so if you have questions ASK! Overall, I would def recommend any of her units and I'll probably be booking again next time I'm in town.

Our stay was a very last minute change of plans due to our reservation being canceled in Daytona, with no warning, and we were notified only when we tried to check in! We quickly searched for a new rental and Salty Dog came to the rescue! They had a very quick response time - which at the time, was the most important because we did not have a place to stay! They were able to quickly email me the documents for me to sign and give us the door code for immediate check in. The condo was perfect! They literally have everything you need, other than our groceries. Fully stocked kitchen was so nice to have! A HUGE bonus for the provided 5 beach chairs! They even had a cooler and umbrella in the closet for use. The furniture and beds were all comfortable and clean. I loved that they had extra cozy blankets in the closet for couch cuddles after a long beach day. Pool was clean and not crowded. And what a stunning view from a large balcony! Perfect! Can't wait to return. Thank you!

If you are a young family w children, or grandparents w grandchildren, this condo is exactly where ya need to stay! From the crib, to a pac n play, to a closet full of beach toys and chairs and sun umbrellas…. To an entire closet stocked w games, puzzles and a kids karaoke machine. The giant and spacious outdoor deck was the icing on the cake. The jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower were enjoyed by all. The beach is a few steps across the street (the street has a crossing light for further safety) and behind the entire complex is a wooden boardwalk safe for kids, with secret fairy gardens embedded along the route. Everyone was so kind . Our property managers Daniel and Cindy went above and beyond! My son accidentally broke off the storage key in the door lock, and maintenance was there within five minutes to assist.. very responsive and caring. The condo was stocked w essentials until we could get supplies We can’t wait to return! Thank you ! 10 star review

We loved our stay in NSB with Ronnie & Marlo! The place was so accommodating for the 8 of us. Great parking, the pool area was well maintained and easily accessible. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in New Smyrna!

Mark was a wonderful, responsive host. The kitchen was fully equipped with anything you could possibly need. There is also plenty of great beach equipment and toys. The condo complex also had a great variety of activities and the unit was conveniently located in close proximity to it ALL! We had a great time!

We loved our time here. It’s spotless, incredibly comfortable and the best views. Absolutely perfect location and set up.

Our stay was wonderful . Everything thing was clean and very comfortable. DeDe was very responsive to questions and responsive it a very small need that we had . . Would definitely stay again.

We have visited NSB several times a year for the past 18 years. It is one of our favorite places! We have rented in many different complexes and in Ocean Walk the last few times due to the pristine grounds, easy beach access, fitness center and pools. Marlene’s condo is perfect! It is welcoming and very clean. The condo is located near the beach walkover and directly behind a pool and the fitness center. Marlene provides everything needed for a beach vacation including a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella….Many times condo rentals advertise these items but they have seen better days! Not here, every item worked perfectly. We will be back!

Very nice apartment pictures are just are just as shown. Only thing we would have changed was that the indoor pool was closed along with hot tub. We know it’s March but it’s indoors we thought the indoor pool would have been open, other than that nice apartment.

Loved the place. It’s very spacious! Much larger in person than photos. Clean. Well equipped. Enjoyed the community amenities.

Highly 🙌 recommend anyone traveling with dogs! Nancy goes above and beyond for your pups. She welcomes them with fresh treats made with love by one of the locals, provides bowls to use, blankets to cover the couches, and doggie poop bags! AND surprises them with their own souvenir! Our pups really enjoyed finding their 🦀 🦀 and playing at the beach with them! From my first conversation with her, I knew she was definitely a dog person 🐾. We travel with 2 dogs and one of our dogs has MegaE with Addison’s. It can be challenging to make sure he’s comfortable. The space is spacious for a kennel and Bailey Chair. I appreciated the main area floor not being carpeted. It made for easy cleanup when our pup regurgitated from barking. The neighbors below are friendly with dogs of their own and the neighborhood is dog friendly too! 🐾 The location is fantastic and quiet! It has easy access to the beach within walking distance. New Smyrna Dunes are a must to check out with pups!!! 🌊🐾☀️🏖️ Thanks Nancy!

Our stay on the river was wonderful. Lots of room, excellent river view from the house, great outdoor seating facing the river, and convenient to have a covered boat dock for our boat. Denise was quick to respond with any questions we had and she was extremely kind and accommodating when we had boat trailer troubles on the day of our departure. Denise’s place is definitely a good place to stay if you are looking to fish on the river or enjoy the lake (which is only a short boat ride from the house!).

We loved this place. Terri was wonderful. She replied quickly to all our questions before we arrived giving us great dinning recommendations. The house is fabulous. Two large bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms, nicely decorated and very clean. Great back yard. Ideal location. Close to the beach and the international speedway. I highly recommend this place.

The place was great. Looked very similar to the photos with some minor areas of wear and tear ( thatch work on the awning). Kids loved the pool and the hot tub! Was a great set up for catching up with family in the area! Close to lots the area has to offer.

I got to use Cossett's place for my wedding and it was the perfect setting with plenty of space and great location

JoAnns place is amazing, my friends and I enjoyed the stay very much. It has friendly neighbors and a peaceful surrounding. Would stay again for sure!!
