Christine's place was very pleasant and we felt very safe there (very important for we girls who stayed there). We came and left the townhouse at all hours due to a very hectic schedule and always felt secure. I would love to stay in this comfortable townhouse again.

We enjoyed our stay at Melody‘s place. It’s very close to the beach and the beds were comfortable, plus, it was nice to have our dog with us. It was clean and overall enjoyable, especially for the price.

We were lucky to find this awesome place when my daughter was 16. We keep coming back every year (and sometimes multiple times per year!) - and we just celebrated her 22nd birthday there! I think that says a lot about how special it is! The house is cozy and beachy and always clean, Monica & Sean are super responsive and friendly, and it’s exactly a few steps to the beach. NSB is a super special town with lots to do, great places to eat, sunrises and sunsets to soak in, the smell of salt in the air, the sound of the waves, the feel of sand between your toes and the beach breeze and waves to dive into. Sometimes you get to see a dolphin or a manatee. Sometimes you find a starfish or turtle nest. We always leave with pockets full of shells and awesome memories. Definitely go here. But leave some dates open for us. 🙃

We enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was very comfortable and well furnished. The flight of stairs to the first floor and the flight of stairs to the bedrooms were challenging to our knees. Having a garage for our boat and beach stuff was very much appreciated. It was in a lovely location. I recommend getting the annual pass for the dog beach online before going. It is $20. The entrance fee to the beach without a pass is $11. The front and rear porches and front door were inaccessible due to construction and will be for a few more weeks at least.

This location can't be beat. It was perfect for early beach visits and afternoon pool time. There is easy beach access right out the front door and close to a shower so you can rinse off when you leave the beach. The community is very clean and quiet. The space is equipped with all you need for a relaxing beach vacation. WiFi worked great throughout the home. The space seems a bit dated, however that is part of the charm. I felt at home and very comfortable, especially with my small children. I can't recommend this place enough.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days over Christmas while visiting family in the area and it worked out lovely!!! We had our dog with us, so this was the perfect apartment for us. Nice fenced in yard and felt very private but yet still walking distance to Daytona Beach and restaurants! We had booked this very last minute and Aurelia communicated promptly and clearly with check in instructions. Very clean and tidy with everything you would need in the kitchen to make some meals if you are staying awhile. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Definitely check out Pat’s Riverfront cafe just around the block for some great basic breakfast or lunch with a nice view! Would definitely stay here again- what a gem!

Perfect location for our needs. The home is more spacious than expected and loved the style of the furnishings and decorations. The host is super helpful and very responsive. Great touches throughout and felt very welcomed.

We had family in, they enjoyed their stay, clean, spacious, house was great and terrific location between Daytona and New Smyrna Beach.

We stayed for 5 days at Brooke’s townhouse. The house was spotless upon arrival with plenty of space for our family of 5. Played tennis, swam in the pool, and lounged on the beach daily. Quick and easy walk to the beach through the property. Plenty of toys in the garage to keep the kids busy. Also plenty of extras, ie spices, silver ware, cook ware, keurig pods. Would definitely stay again!!

We rented this place to attend our brothers wedding and it was the perfect home base for our well as we explored the area. This home is clean and extremely well equipped with all the supplies you might need. They have a super cute area with books that was a great surprise and I loved sharing that with my sister! The kitchen had all the equipment you could need to cook and it’s also very close to a grocery store. I would definitely reserve this home again!

Great location and perfect place to stay and relax or visit the Central Florida area.

This was the perfect spot for me to stay for a weekend trip to visit central FL. The house was spotless and had everything I needed. I cooked the first night and wasn’t missing anything. The 2nd night I wanted to try some local spots and Erik was able to give me some good suggestions just a short 5-10 min drive to downtown Sanford which is super cute. The beds were comfy and the amenities were updated and modern. I also am a single woman and felt very safe in this location. I also loved there was a private gym on the property so I could get a sweat out in the AM. Erik was great to communicate with helped me with check in, check out, and suggestions on places to eat at and visit during my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this host and Airbnb for your next stay. Location: 30 min from theme parks, 10 min from down town Sanford, 45 min from beach. Overall cannot complain

We have been staying in NSb and Daytona for nearly 10 years and this is by far the best place we have stayed!! Super clean!We felt right at home and had a very short walk to the beach! Washer and dryer were huge plus for us with have a 20 month old beach lover!! We can’t wait to come back!!

We loved staying there. We felt right at home. On 2 floors, it was perfect: bedrooms on the 2nd floor, kitchen and living room on the 1st. Kolleen is a very good host and was quick to respond. She also shared with us addresses of restaurants and activities. She takes very good care of her guests.

Initially we were looking for a beachfront but we booked late and couldn’t find anything suitable. Kaisey’s place was within a very short walk to the beach and it looked brand new so we booked. We were very impressed with the quality top to bottom renovation, the cleanliness, the new furnishings throughout, the comfortable beds and cotton linens, the well stocked lovely kitchen with brand new appliances, and the myriad of well thought out amenities. The garage was also very convenient for us as we had golf gear. The only minor drawback was that the townhouse is located on a traffic ridden street - however given all the other benefits this would not deter us from booking again.

The place is exactly what you expect to see when you walk in, clean space for our week, but the 5th bed is just a mattress that lays on the floor, not a bed.

Wonderful host. Accommodating to myself and my service dog. Proximity to downtown NSB and beach is par to none. Proactive communication regarding property work that was being done down the street. Responsive host. 5/5 recommend. Quiet neighborhood which was great as we were looking to disconnect for a couple days and rejuvenate which is exactly what this property did for us! Thank you!!

Christina’s place was perfect for our family trip to the beach. The house was very clean and inviting, the location was great for spending lots of time on the beach and walking to dinner, and it was well stocked with amenities for food prep and beach time. We’d definitely stay again.

Great area, it was quiet, friendly and close to everything. The town house was clean and cute. All amenities listed were available. We enjoyed our stay here.

Von anfang an hat alles super geklappt. Super haus. Ruhige lage, alles funtioniert, geschirspühler etwas alt, aber tadellos. Die wichtigsten dinge sind vorhanden. Bar gleich 5 minuten zu fuss um die ecke. Würde sofort wieder buchen

Kavita’s home was beautiful. My family stayed for a few nights for an event, but I’m wishing we had booked it for longer. It’s in a great spot for families and groups on vacation. Very clean, a lot of amenities and Kavita was very responsive. Thanks for having us!

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The house was spacious and comfortable. The walkability to the beach and closeness to stores was perfect. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the games in the garage and didn’t want to leave. I would stay there again if we returned to the area.
