Had a really great stay here. Close to everything. Beautiful resort. Lots to do and the staff was always friendly. The bed was comfy, which is very important to me, and although outside was very noisy from bike week you would never know it from the room. In walking distance to almost anything you would need. We will definitely look forward to staying here again.

Maddy was an amazing hostess! She was very responsive when I reached out to her for assistance. The condo was absolutely beautiful and very clean! The condo also was supplied with all your basic needs such as in the kitchen area, there were cookware and utensils for use. For the bathroom, there were extra wash clothes and towels. There were even bath gel, shampoo and conditioner. In addition to tooth picks, Q-tips and disposable facial clothes for make-up. For the bedroom area there was a purifier, extra sheets and extra pillows. The best part of my trip was waking up to the sunrise in the morning and the view of the beach! There is a shopping plaza right across the street in case you need to pick up anything you need as well. I have to say, this is the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Daytona Beach. I will definitely be booking my next trip here soon! Thank you Maddy for being such an awesome hostess!

We loved staying here! It was amazing to enjoy our morning coffee on the balcony, overlooking the ocean. We loved time on the beach and our kids were thankful for the skim boards and other beach toys that were provided. What an amazing weekend away for us!

Really loved this place, and loved the country c diner which was within walking distance. Loved the deck and dock right out the back door. I have stayed at a lot of airbnbs and this one was one of my favorites!

George recommended a few local spots for entertainment, bait and groceries. The river house is easy to find and a very relaxing house with plenty of space. The dock with a screened sitting area, table and 4 chairs was a bonus. The kids used the crab traps and fishing poles and caught channel catfish, speckled perch, bluegill, stingrays and some crabs. We rented a pontoon from Welaka boat rentals and the dock to the river house is only 5 minutes from the marina. We headed up Salt springs run to Salt springs and swam with a manatee that come up to the boat. There is a nice smokeless fire pit with plenty of wood on the back patio with a picnic table, BBQ grill, several chairs and tables. All the beds were comfortable and there are plenty of linens with extra blankets/pillows. The long driveway to the River house has wild coffee plants, wild iris, blackberries, ferns, tall native trees, deer, turkeys and plenty of bald eagles and osprey for you nature lovers. We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The stunning views and incredible amenities had us spending more time enjoying the home than exploring the town. From the beach chairs and hot tub to the grill, everything was thoughtfully provided to make our stay comfortable and fun. The kitchen was fully stocked with high-quality pots and pans, making it easy and enjoyable to cook breakfast, lunch, and even grill burgers—while soaking in the most amazing beach view! The layout of the home gave us the freedom to tailor the experience to our group's needs. Whether someone wanted to relax with a nap or head to the beach, it was effortlessly convenient. The beds were so comfy, ensuring restful nights, and the cleanliness of the entire place was impeccable. This home had everything we needed and more, making it a perfect destination for our Daytona trip. We’re already looking forward to planning future stays here!

Very comfortable, roomy and attractive accommodations. The venue was very quiet and scenic with the lake in the back yard. For our party it was very nice to have a dining table with eight places. Especially, regarding our full day activities away from the site, it was a great place to come back at the end the day to relax and get a good night's rest before the next day's activities. Unfortunately, we were not able to take advantage of the provided recreational aspects afforded with the accommodations.

We cannot say enough about our stay. We had an amazing time with eight people in the home. Two parents with five teenagers who had plenty to do. We were able to enjoy the beautiful dock to go fishing, rented a boat for the day, drive easily into Jacksonville for a Jaguar’s football game, drive to Orlando to pick up one of the teenagers from the airport and have an amazing crab pot dinner. To get to nice grocery stores, shopping, and good restaurants, most places were a 15 to 20 minute drive but everything was worth it. The house was wonderfully stocked with extra toiletries, pool toys, fishing poles, pantry items, spices, dishes, and beach towels. The teenagers, especially loved the ping pong table, the local beach, and how fun it was to catch so many fish. The only negative to the trip was the jacuzzi gave us some trouble, we had some critters here and there (but to be expected in that environment), and the spiral staircase can be difficult to get up and down. We can’t wait to return.

A beautiful beach home with all the amenities. Beds were comfortable. Great location. A semi private beach access with plenty of parking.

The stay at Bryan's property was perfect. The house is lovely, clean, and perfectly decorated for a pleasant and peaceful stay. Bryan was very responsive to our every need. It is the perfect getaway home to relax and enjoy. I would highly recommend both this house and the Host.

Everything was perfect! There are many things to do inside the building as well as outside, the days go by quickly, I definitely recommend it, beautiful views of the sea, the pools, the boardwalk. I will rent it again for my next vacation.

Enjoyed the location, safety of building, and pool area. A nice size for couple. Overall enjoyed very much!

We loved our stay at Peck Plaza! Carrie was very responsive and we had everything we needed to make it a comfortable visit. The place is very clean and you and can’t beat the view. The kids loved the heated pool and we loved the accessibility to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here and would come back again!

Megan’s place was the perfect spot to enjoy spring break with our family of four along the Daytona Beach Shores area. The condo was comfortable, stylish and had all the amenities of home, making us immediately comfortable. The building location is right on the beach and sunsets from the dining room table were amazing each day. Only niggle with our stay was the elevator in the building. Only one elevator functioned during our stay, so wait times were extended for sure and we found ourselves trekking down 16 flights of stairs to exit on a number of occasions once waiting more than 10 mins. If you are traveling with older folks, you’ll need to pack your patience for sure. Otherwise fantastic stay and we had a great spring break. Thank you!

Beautiful view, great living space to hang out, watch TV or play games. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious with plenty of room to have multiple people prepping for meals. Loved the quick beach access and plenty of great restaurants that were close. I would encourage replacing the king mattress, it has seen it's better days along with the pillows which could be standard or queen but the towels were plentiful and the primary bathroom was very roomy along with private, thanks to the pocket door. We really enjoyed opening the sliding glass doors for the fresh air and soothing ocean waves. Thanks for helping our family make a wonderful holiday memory Marissa!

This condo was amazing for our one week stay in Daytona! The beds were comfortable, the condo was clean, the furniture was great, and it had everything that we needed for our family of four. The location on the beach was awesome! Having the washer/dryer and garage for our rental available made things a lot easier for our stay. Ardina was excellent with her communication and responsive to all questions and information. We would highly recommend this condo for anyone who is planning on a family vacation to Daytona. Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect—just a short, easy walk to a beautiful beach. The property itself was lovely, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire visit. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach getaway.

the view from the 14th floor was amazing..besides the pool not being open everything was excellent for the 1 night I stood there
