Vomero, Naples : locations de vacances avec petit déjeuner

Luana ci ha riservato un ottima accoglienza, dimostrandosi sin da subito disponibile per ogni nostra eventuale richiesta. L'appartamento è un vero "gioiello" che rispecchia totalmente le foto. Ordine, pulizia e gusto nell'arredamento sono il punto di forza della casa. Per concludere, erano presenti diverse sfizioserie per la colazione. Tornerò sicuramente nel mio prossimo viaggio a Napoli.

Sehr nette Gastgeberin, immer erreichbar, immer verfügbar. Die Wohnung entsprach den Vorstellungen und hatte alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Es gab einen Kühlschrank, eine Küche um frischen Kaffee zuzubereiten oder auch ein paar Dinge für ein erstes Morgenessen. Das Bad hatte eine Dusche mit Duschmittel und war sauber und praktisch. Das Zimmer war relativ gross, sodass man die eigenen Dinge gut ausbreiten konnte. Der Ort ist sehr praktisch, da es sich mitten in den "Quartieri spagnoli" befindet und man kann vieles aus nächster Nähe und schnell besichtigen. 2 Punkte sollte man wissen: Die Fensterdichtungen sind wie vermutlich überall etwas leichter als bei uns und somit bekommt man den Lärm von aussen mit. Aber bei einem Städtetrip fällt man eh tod ins Bett, was somit nicht weiter stört. Das Bett war gross aber für mein Empfinden etwas hart. Aber ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und würde die praktische Wohnung auch aufgrund der Preis/-Leistung erneut buchen.

Un lugar con una buena ubicación. El lugar es exactamente como lo describen las imágenes y Paaquale te recibe con una variedad para tomar el desayuno antes de salir. Gracias por tomar mi reservación, seguro volveré!

Gianfranco è un ragazzo molto disponibile ed educato, la stanza l'abbiamo trovata in condizioni impeccabili, più pulita di una sala operatoria. Lui molto disponibile, tempo di contattarlo per qualsiasi cosa che tempo di 3 minuti sta fuori la porta. ottimo host e ottima stanza, consigliatissimo.

Good location, very clean and nice apartment. Great breakfast, and really nice staff, very friendly and helpful also english speaking. Franco was great at keeping in touch with us.

Ubicación a pocas cuadras del centro y la estación, pero súper accesible a pie. Todo es exacto a las fotos, súper limpio y cómodo para una breve estadía. La cama: 1000 puntos (súper importante para post paseos largos). Súper claras las indicaciones para el ingreso, y muy amable Giuseppe siempre que se le consultó, respondiendo rápido. Excelente relación precio-calidad. Tiene todo lo indispensable para cocinarse, desde utencillos de cocina hasta condimentos (sal, aceite, pimienta). Experiencia 10/10!

Karmen was fantastic and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She was always responsive and eager to assist. The loft was exactly as described—beautiful, clean, and fully functional. I would highly recommend this place. One thing to note about the neighborhood (Centro Storico): while it's a great choice for first-time visitors to Naples, it may not be for everyone. The area has a very old, distinctive charm that might feel quite different from the rest of Italy, or even other parts of Naples. It’s not a safety issue, but it does take a bit of adjustment to the unique scenery. Lastly, while the building itself is quite old and might raise concerns upon arrival, the loft inside is fully renovated and modern, providing a wonderful contrast

Non è certo la prima volta che affitto un appartamento con AirBnB, ma non ho mai trovato un alloggio così attrezzato, pieno di comodità, con tutti i prodotti per abbondanti prime colazioni (non previste!) e, soprattutto, con dei proprietari così gentili e solleciti. Anche una piccola difficoltà con il riscaldamento è stata affrontata con tempestività e attenzione. Complimenti!

This apartment is so great that it makes us want to settle down there for the rest of our lives. It's bright and spacious. It has a cozy living room, a kitchen and a lovely bedroom. It's quiet and clean. It's perfectly located, just across the street from the metro and has everything around the block: supermarkets, restaurants, a coffee bar named Leopoldo (make sure you don't miss their amazing pastries). The host Luca is a delightful and warm-hearted gentleman. He prepared everything for us and when we needed something more, he brought them to us in person. Thank you Luca. It was a lovely stay!

Gianluca è stato un host simpatico, gentile con check in flessibile. Ho soggiornato solo una notte ma mi sono trovata bene, la casa è al centro di Napoli

Antonio offre un appartamento con tutto l'indispensabile e il plus di una terrazza enorme e accogliente con una vista caratteristica sui tetti di Napoli. Il sole sorge dal lato della cucina ed è bellissimo seguirlo mentre illumina la città al canto dei gabbiani. Incantevole fare lì fuori colazione. Inoltre Claudia è stata gentilissima e disponibile a darci le chiavi in anticipo rispetto al check in e consentirci di lasciare i bagagli. Ottima esperienza, grazie!

Armando è una persona squisita e super disponibile, alloggio in ottime condizioni e come descritto in foto, consigliatissimo.

We had the most incredible stay here at Fabio’s Airbnb. The city was beautiful and easy to navigate. The apartment had an amazing view of the town, coast, and Mt. Vesuvius. The public transport via the Circumvesuviana made getting to all of our destinations very simple. Fabio was extremely responsive and helpful at all hours of the day! He gave us tons of recommendations and even offered to pick us up after we got lost on the train. His artwork is displayed throughout the Airbnb which made for a very cool experience as well. We absolutely recommend this place and this very well may be the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at!

We enjoyed the apartment. All as described. A good base to visit Amalfi, Pompeii, Sorrento, Capri on day trips as well as Palermo Sicily on overnight ferry. Much to see in Napoli as well. We used the weekly unlimited transit cards locally. Apt. is near grocery and restaurants. Safe area. Host is very helpful. Highly recommend.

Patrizia was a super responsive and communicative host. Her place had all the touches of being at home and stocked the kitchen with some local treats and drinks. The apartment was in a great location in Napoli and was a 15 minute walk from Central train station. check in and check out were flexible. Made multiple recommendations on sites to see in Napoli and restaurants in local area. Do not miss going to Tandem - best ragu I have ever had! Made excursions to both Pompeii and Vesuvius National Park. Wish we could have stayed longer and highly recommend.

Zona molto comoda super centrale. Ci siamo trovati splendidamente con gli Host molto disponibili. La stanza è piccolina ma accogliente, abbiamo dormito benissimo. Per due persone è perfetta anche se aggiungerei delle mensoline di appoggio in più (sia in camera che in bagno). Il phon come indicato era presente, ma se avete bisogno di uno potente, consiglio di portarlo da casa. In ogni caso, ci ritorneremo super volentieri. (ps. ci hanno tenuto i bagagli post check out, cosa molto apprezzata).

We stayed here for 2 days in February 2025 after 12 days in Annamaria’s casetta located on the same (very large) property, when we had an unexpected hiccup with our return flight. I cannot recommend Vomero enough as a location for a longer stay in the city and the B&B’s location within the neighbourhood is perfect, combining tranquility, views and easy proximity to shops and transport via funicular and metro. The room itself is very comfortable, on a separate level to the hosts’ own living area, and includes access to a generously-sized living room. Annamaria and Nicola are warm and gracious hosts in a city of many warm and cheerful folks. We would definitely stay again on the property.

The apartment was great, exaclty how it was descriped. Easy access to Napoli by train, station is not too far. We got help to find a parking place on evening we arrived. Daniela also recommended good restaurants for us. All in all everything worked great, we felt very welcomed. Absolutely would go back if ever visited Napoli again.

Perfect room for a weekend in Napoli. Ideally located in the heart of the city, it has everything you need to wind down after a day of exploring many wonders the city has to offer. Special mention to Gianni and his family who've been the most helpful and reactive of hosts. 5 stars !

We had an amazing stay in Naples! The location was very close to the metro and port, making it convenient to explore the city. The apartment was beautiful and quiet, allowing us to rest and relax as a family before each day exploring Naples and the surrounding area. We really enjoyed Dario’s recommendations for restaurants, and he was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We also enjoyed that the apartment had modern kitchen/bathroom/bedroom amenities, but also had lots of character with the historic ceilings. Thank you Dario for a wonderful visit, and we hope to be back soon!

Marilyn’s house looks like the pictures. You have many things around. She is very nice and helpful even if she doesn’t speak English. If I’ll decide to visit again Napoli, I’ll stay at her place again. If you don’t like noise, please chose another apartment because here the “napoletans” are driving cars trough the night also and all the buildings are very close to each other and you car here the cars noises. We had everything we needed. See you next time!

Nous avons choisi ce logement pour sa proximité avec la gare, la gare routière, le métro et le centre historique. La chambre est spacieuse, lumineuse, confortable et propre. Un kit (pain de mie, confiture, miel, Nutella, the, tisane) pour le petit déjeuner est mis à disposition dans la chambre. Pour faire le café, il est nécessaire d'aller dans la cuisine partagée avec Enrico. Une bouilloire et un mini frigo sont disponibles dans la chambre. Des sodas et vin peuvent être achetés dans le mini bar. La salle de bain/ WC privative est en face de la chambre. 2 chats habitent l'appartement mais pas de souci de cohabitation. Une terrasse avec du mobilier de jardinau dernier étage permet de prendre l'air ou/et de fumer. Enrico est un hôte très accueillant et réactif. Nous le remercions pour ses conseils touristiques.
