Ingrid’s place was beautiful and perfect for us! The apartment was huge, super clean, and had everything we needed! The location is great and very walkable - lots of little cafes/pubs and grocery stores nearby! Hubby enjoyed many hours sitting on the balcony watching the people go by and marvelled at the huge boats squeezing through the draw bridge opening! Totally recommend!

The apartment was just as described, very stylish and within easy reach of the train station. Lots of the attractions are within walking distance and there is a tram stop and metro station very close by. The host was very helpful and we would highly recommend staying here on a trip to Rotterdam.

Great property and just as described! We stayed here for 9 days and loved the place. There were so many great places to eat and drink in the surrounding area. When we come back, we will definitely look at this place again. Thank you!!

A very attractive location. Five to ten minutes from historic city centre. Apartment very clean and simply furnished. It had everything we needed except maybe handles on mugs, I’m English . I didn’t meet Martine but received friendly messages. I felt she would come round if we needed help. Great fish shop in the street and a delightful olde worlde haberdashery shop. I hope to return in the near future.

Très agréable séjour. Yorick était présent à notre arrivée et a pris le temps de nous expliquer les différents équipements. Il nous a confié les clés et informé sur les commerces à proximité. La ligne de tram 8 nous a permis de circuler partout dans la ville. Yorick est un artiste confiant, avec une personnalité bienveillante. Mon petit fils a beaucoup aimé en soirée utiliser le piano droit électronique.

Gute Lage zum ÖPNV Richtung Strand oder Rotterdam, Hogvliet-Supermarkt in wenigen Metern erreichbar, alles sauber, nette Kommunikation, einfacher Check-in per Schlüsselbox, schnelles WLAN, super gut ausgestattete Küche - alles da, was wir zum Kochen brauchten, außerdem frisches Obst und Wasser im Kühlschrank - super lieb! Wir mussten die Reise wegen eines dringenden Arzttermins einen Tag verschieben, was kein Problem war. Danke, Drifa!! :)

I stayed there for 6 weeks. Check-in was very easy. The place is right in the middle of the old Delft with a lot of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. The train station and tram stop is about 10 min walking distance. The house is quite old and not very well isolated, but it was not a problem even with the very cold temperature outside as they provide an extra electric heater. There is a washing machine and dryer in the hall to share with the other guests. Overall I was very happy with the place and would definitely come back.

Wir waren bereits das 2. Mal bei Sylvia und es war wieder alles perfekt. Ein wirklich schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Sehr gut für Familien geeignet. Die Kommunikation mit Sylvia ist super. Wir können es vom ganzen Herzen empfehlen!

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Bilder sind authentisch. Perfekte private Atmosphäre. Sehr sauber. Küche gut ausgestattet. Der Whirlpool hat zur perfekten Entspannung beigetragen. Strand und Ort sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber war immer ansprechbar. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Beim Betreten des liebevoll restaurierten und wunderschön hergerichteten Hauses, fühlten wir uns direkt zu Hause. Die herzlichen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten sowie der handgeschriebene Willkommensgruß rundeten das Gesamtbild der hervorragenden Gästebetreuung einmal mehr ab. Vom Anfang bis zum Ende kümmerte sich Lieke um uns, vom Check-in über Tipps bis zu lieben Urlaubswünschen war alles dabei. Das gesuchte Urlaubsfeeling stellte sich sofort ein. Das gemütliche Wohnzimmer, das wirklich exklusive Bad und die gemütliche Küche haben uns besonders gefallen. Die Küche ist mit allem eingerichtet, was das Herz begehrt. Der Blick in den kleinen Garten und die großen, zu öffnenden Türen machen die Küche zu einem absoluten Wohlfühlort. Bei geöffneten Türen zu kochen, sich dabei halb drinnen, halb draußen zu unterhalten und schließlich draußen zu essen war ein Genuß. Die Kirchturmuhr störte uns überhaupt nicht. Für uns ein magischer Ort, eine Ruheoase mit positiver Energie! Wir kommen bald wieder :))

We werden hartelijk ontvangen in het huis van Sil en John. Sil was erg vriendelijk en zorgzaam. Het was geen moeite voor haar om net dat beetje extra te doen: de houtkachel aansteken, een extra deken brengen – niets was haar te veel. We mochten zelfs zonder problemen later uitchecken! Het huis was precies wat we zochten: een mooi interieur (zorgvuldig ontworpen en onderhouden door de eigenaren), schoon, knus, rustig en met veel privacy. Wat we vooral erg fijn vonden, was de privacy in het huis én in de tuin. Ook waren er duidelijke en uitgebreide instructies bij het inchecken, wat erg prettig was. Het was een heel fijn verblijf. Hartelijk dank aan Sil en John – het was prachtig! Voor herhaling vatbaar ❤️

Heerlijk lang weekend gehad, mooi en fijn huis met heel veel voor de kids aanwezig!

Hele fijne woning waar je je bijna thuis voelt, duidelijke en snelle communicatie. De hottub aankrijgen ging minder soepel dus eigenlijk helaas niet echt kunnen benutten maar dat kan ook aan ons liggen. Verder zeer tevreden over het verblijf!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und von der Aufmachung sehr schön. Kleiner Balkon mit block auf das Wasser, großes helles Wohnzimmer und gut ausgestattete Küche. Zu Fuß ist man in 5-10 Minuten bei der Metrostation und in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Mit dem Auto ist es ein bisschen komisch zu finden aber ansonsten war alles sehr gut. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist extrem gut und wenn wir nochmal nach Rotterdam fahren werd ich wieder nach dieser Unterkunft schauen.

Marina’s place was lovely and really well placed right n the Market square. Only a 10min walk to the Gouda rail station as well.

Very nice and cozy place. In very quiet neighborhood. Parking in front of flat is a plus. Apartment feels very specious and it was nice to spend time in it. We will definitely come back

Great location, very near lovely canal for jogging and walking. Hosts were welcoming and responsive!

Sono stato in questo alloggio circa 5 giorni per lavoro a Rotterdam, ci ero già stato e avevo già affittato altri appartamenti, ma questo era veramente top. Le descrizioni corrispondevano in tutto e La host super gentile e carinissima ci ha accolto all'arrivo anche se siamo arrivati tardi alla sera. L'alloggio era fornito di tutti i comfort e lo skyline era fantastico sia di giorno che di notte. Da ritenere presente se dovessi ritornare a Rotterdam.

This is an amazing apartment! Both the unit, the furnishings and the building as a whole feel brand new, Surprised that the walls separating apartments appeared to be concrete so not a sound is heard from the neighbors and the gorgeous floor to ceiling windows do a great job of blocking out the sounds of the city while letting nothing but that incredible view come through! The view is west facing so nightly sunset viewing becomes an event. Michiel and team are terrific hosts, meeting you upon arrival to check you in comfortably and answer any questions. This place is upscale living at it's best - highly recommend.

Everything about our stay at this apartment was perfect. It was very comfortable for 4 people. Sabine was extremely helpful with any questions we had. We would stay here again if we came to Leiden.

Wohnung genau so schön wie aud den Fotos und alles super sauber. Durch den persönlichen Check-In haben wir uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist zwar etwas teurer als andere Ferienwohnungen, dafür sehr modern und gut gelegen (bis auf die Parkplatz Situation und der viel zu weit entfernte Mülleimer). Wir können die Wohnung ruhigens Gewissen weiter empfehlen 😊

Tim and Tourias appartment is a lovely place. Check-in was easy and communication fast. The rooms are modern and spaceous, the kitchen has everything needed to cook a nice meal, and the walk-in shower is certainly a highlight as well. Big TV, couch, and A/C make up a comfortable movie evaning. The place is located in Bodegraven, a small and quiet town. Supermarkets and the train station are only a short walk away, and other cities can easily be reached by train for day trips. We had a wonderful vacation there!
