L'appartamento è molto grazioso e pulitissimo. Dal terrazzo, dove si possono consumare i pasti, si gode di una bellissima vista. La zona è silenziosa e sicura. In 15 minuti a piedi si arriva nel centro di Patitiri. Tuttavia ci vogliono buone gambe, perché ci sono parecchi scalini da fare.

Can’t recommend Ionnas guest house enough. Breathtaking views, very quiet and relaxing area. Stafylos beach is a short stroll down hill. Stafylos is one of the best beaches in Skopelos! The taverna down the road is also amazing. Highly recommend! I also loved that this location is a short drive from Skopelos Town—which for us was perfect. Skopelos is definitely an island I recommend having a car to get around. Aside from the taverna and the beach canteen there isn’t much else like a supermarket, so be prepared with any supplies you might need. Looking forward to returning and staying in Stafylos :)

We have just got back from a fabulous time in Skiathos.. we were there for 9 days and stayed at Depi’s View House.. the house is very elevated, giving you the best view of the harbour.. whilst sat on the gorgeous terrace.. but this also means to reach it there are alot of steps and slopes… we didn’t mind this at all.. but if you are not very mobile it’s not for you! The place is immaculate with patio doors from the main bedroom and the living area.. leading on to the terrace.. it’s very spacious and well equipped, even has a small washer.. we would definitely revisit. Maria is a fabulous host, any questions we had were answered promptly..

Lovely stay. Apartment had everything needed. Lots to do in Skiathos even at the end of October.

Ci siamo trovati veramente benissimo! Stamatis e la moglie sono persone davvero disponibili e accoglienti e ci hanno dato moltissimo consigli su cosa fare. È stato un po’ come sentirsi a casa 😊 il terrazzino illuminato è la chicca di questa casa! Consigliatissimo!!

Så fin bolig! Helt ny, og som beskrevet var der nogle småting der ikke helt var lavet færdig, men det var ikke et problem, vi havde et skønt ophold. Dejlig bolig, ny og ren og tæt på byen og supermarked. Gigi er rigtig flink og brugte tid på at forklare os om boligen, om byen og om hele den smukke ø. Tak Gigi!

Wunderschönes, sehr gemütliches Studio in Skopelos Stadt. Die Gastgeber waren extrem freundlich und supernett! Die Lage ist direkt an der Promenade, aber dennoch ist es abends nicht zu laut, weil die Fenster gut abdichten. Auf 2 Stockwerken verteilt (verbunden mit einer Holztreppe) ist es ein richtiges Zuhause, wo man sich gleich wohlfühlt. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestsattet, das Bett ist sehr bequem. Alles ist mit viel Liebe und Sorgfalt eingerichtet. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Pensate a ciò che serve in una casa e questa ce l’ha!!! I genitori di Laura sono meravigliosi, ci son venuti a prendere al porto e ci hanno riportato al nostro rientro. La casa è sopra il porto e ci si può arrivare a piedi tramite un sentiero e poi strada in 5 (in discesa) e 10 minuti(in salita). La casa è meravigliosa, vista e spazi all’interno tutto fantastico! È stato difficile andarsene! Grazie di tutto

Great host, apartment and location. Nikoloas it a great host. We have used airbnb several times and he has been the best host we have had. There were toiletries, toilet paper, cleaning products, water and wine when we arrived. He cleaned the apartment and brought fresh bedding and towels half way through our stay, as we were staying for 2 weeks. We have been to Skiathos 3 times and his place was our favourite place to stay. We hired a jeep to tour the island. There is parking at the apartment. The views from the apartment are stunning and there is a spacious balcony with good quality furniture. There is a good sized fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, panini grill, oven and hob. If you wish to self cater you will be able to do so. The location is excellent a few minutes from town. The bed was very comfortable. The shutters keep the apartment nice and dark when you wish to sleep. We cannot thank Nikolaos enough for our wonderful stay. We will be back!

Gorgeous apartment exactly like the pictures, very clean and new with lots of essential household items that lasted the whole stay. Lovely high ceilings that make the apartment feel airy and cool which is helped by the excellent air conditioning. We had some lovely mornings drinking coffee on the balcony taking in the fabulous view of the harbour that always had something interesting happening as the various yachts, boats and ferries were coming and going. The apartment is very close the the shops and bars and easy too walk down to the supermarket, if a little harder coming back with the Skopelos hills! However, despite its closeness, it's quiet and you feel away from it all as soon as you close the door and get back to those views. The host collected us from the port, and took us straight to the door of the apartment which made the final steps of the journey very welcoming and was easy to arrange over Airbnb chat as we boarded the ferry from Skiathos. Would definitely stay again.

We spend two weeks in this beautiful spot in a quiet and authentic part of the island with views and walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. We enjoyed sleeping to the sound of the waves at night, going for a swim on foot in the morning and spending time on the balcony in the evening watching the stars. The apartment is clean, comfortable, well equipped, and very close to the other villages and beaches. Mrs. Soula is a great host and a very sweet lady who made sure with had everything we needed. Thank you!!! We will definitely come back to Milia!

Nice and very central place in lovely Skiathos. A super base for restaurants, shopping, beaches, and close to the harbour. Because of its central location you will hear people and scooters in the evening, but we slept well 😊.

Chiqui’s is an absolutely fabulous place to stay- lovely and quiet but also walkable distance to restaurants and the beach. The apartment was perfect for our family of four, the pool is superb and Annalisa and her family are amazing hosts! We can’t wait to come and stay again!

Beautiful little apartment in the heart of Skiathos. The apartment is quiet but only a street away there are restaurants and bars. There's a small supermarket close by too. AC is fab and the kitchen is well equipped to cook if you wish. We found the bed with spring mattress a bit uncomfortable after a few days but we did stay for a whole week! Overall fantastic location and value!

Argyro et Ioannis are very kind et nice, in a very Greek spirit. They gave us a lot of useful informations on the island. The apartment is nice, especially for his beautiful garden et the very central position. We recommend!

Soggiorno splendido, posto meraviglioso, Akis super gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutarci. Ci ha aiutati negli spostamenti dal/al porto e anche per quanto riguarda il noleggio del motorino. Ci ha indicato i locali migliori dove mangiare e le spiagge da visitare. È sempre disponibile se richiedi un drink al bar della piscina. Ottimo posto, lo consiglio assolutamente!

We spent there first part of our honeymoon and it was amazing. Specifically the whirlpool with beautiful view. I can really recommend this place if you are looking for a nice and calm place to relax in quiet. Just one think what I miss in the kitchen was a cutting board and a sharper knife for more convient cooking. ❤️

We loved our stay at Paraskevi’s! It is spacious, clean, private, has everything we needed, including a nice front-yard where we spent most of our time. It’s walking distance to the most beautiful beach on the island and it’s surrounded by amazing nature. Also a short drive to Skopelos town, supermarkets, other great beaches. The communication was very pleasant, Paraskevi is a nice and friendly person, always available to help. She was flexible and we felt very welcome. Our stay was also made spacial by Nikol, a great lady who takes care of the apartments daily, who surprised us with hand-picked fruit, taught our kid some Greek and was overall so cheerful and warm. I highly recommend the place since my husband and I are already talking about when we’ll be able to visit again.
