The studio apartment is located in a secluded and quiet spot among the trees. It's in a beautiful building and it's a 7 minute drive to the centre of Skopelos. It has an amazing beach only a 5 minute drive from there. Everything was clean and tidy and the host was super responsive. Only a couple of things were odd but they didn't lessen our experience. Even though there's a box for the key, we met with Rania's sister to guide us to the place which was a sweet, but unnecessary touch. During the check out instructions they asked us to remove all the rubbish ourselves, and then to also place all our towels in a box. I found it weird that there's a cleaning fee but we still had to remove the trash ourselves.

from asking about booking to the end of our stay this was all made so easy with amazing communication, the airport collection and drop off was so handy and the use of the car made our stay so much more enjoyable. the villa is perfect in every way, so we'll equipped, very clean and spacious, and the pool was a bonus. we will definitely look to return.

Die Unterkunft von Evelin liegt mitten in der Altstadt, direkt an einem Kirchturm. Turmglocken ertönten am Sonntag 7:30 Uhr. Uns hat es nicht gestört! Von der kleinen Terrasse, kann man gut ein Stück vom Meer sehen. Der Gang zum Hafen gleicht einem Trim Dich Pfad. Uns hat es gefallen. Die Ausstattung der kleinen Wohnung ist luxuriös. Evelin ist eine freundliche, lebendige Frau und sofort erreichbar, wenn man eine Auskunft benötigt.

Pobyt u Rania byl pohodový, Rania dobře komunikovala a pomohla nám, když jsme potřebovali, např. s koupením lístků na loď ze Skiathos a kontaktem na půjčovnu aut, která nám auto přivezla, kam jsme potřebovali. Klimatizace se nám rozbila, ale po nahlášení, byla hned opravena. Umístění domu nám vyhovovalo, pěšky by to bylo trochu daleko všude, ale měli jsme půjčené auto. Ocenili bysme, kdyby doporučení na výlety atd. bylo v angličtině, nějaké malé občerstvení - alespoň voda v ledničce by nás po dlouhé cestě potěšila, vybavení nebylo úplné, ale věřím, že kdybychom Raniu požádali o pánev nebo o fén, tak by nám to donesla...Ubytování bylo čisté, vyměňovali nám ručníky a povlečení za 2 dny. Skopelos je moc pěkný zelený ostrov. Dovolená se nám moc líbila.

Εξω υπάρχει και μια μικρή αυλή. - Ισόγειο - Πολύ κοντά στο κεντρικό δρόμο της Παπαδιαμάντη - Δίπλα ακριβώς υπάρχει μίνι μάρκετ Εξαιρετική επιλογή για διαμονή στο κέντρο της Σκιάθου!

Immaculately clean, perfect location, and the definition of luxury. The pool and hot tub are spectacular! Private parking and 5-10 minute walk to all the hot spots in Skiathos. Chris was so kind and generous to us. He really takes great care and has great pride in his place. The furniture inside and out is extremely comfortable. High ceilings, high windows, truly a must see. Perfect for our honeymoon!

Πολύ ωραιο σπίτι με εύκολη πρόσβαση και ησυχία. Βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά σε σούπερ μάρκετ και φούρνο. Επιπλέον, μπορείς να επισκεφθείς το Πατητήρι με τα πόδια. Τέλος, ο ιδιοκτήτης κ.Γιωργος ειναι τρομερα εξυπηρετικός και αμεσα διαθέσιμος για απορίες και ερωτήσεις ειτε για το σπίτι είτε για τα αξιοθέατα του νησιού.

What can I say.. we’ve just returned home after a truly amazing holiday made even better by Evan and his family in this perfect villa location. Missing it already, he was the perfect host and we will definitely visit his villas again in the future. Don’t bother looking anywhere else, this is the place to go for a special family holiday!

"We are incredibly grateful! Our stay was simply perfect. This trip marked our first visit to Skiathos, where we attended a family wedding. Initially, we were unsure about whether to choose a villa or a hotel. However, we are absolutely delighted with our decision to stay at Serenity Luxury Villa. The villa's proximity to the beach and restaurants, as well as its short distance from Skiathos town, made it extremely convenient. We cannot express enough appreciation to Ira and Lina, who took care of us throughout our stay. They were attentive and made sure everything was running smoothly, from regularly checking in on us to maintaining the pool and providing daily cleaning services. One major highlight for us was the pool's ability to be covered, which was essential as we had a toddler with us. Thanks to this feature, we could relax without any worries. Without a doubt, we will be returning to Skiathos in the future! It was a 5-star experience that exceeded our expectations!
