It was a pleasure to spend 10 days at Giannis’ Home, which is ideally located for discovering Athens. The view is amazing—truly one of the best in the city—and the place feels like a countryside retreat within Athens. After a full day exploring the bustling city, it’s a real joy to return home to such a serene and peaceful setting.

Si estas en Atenas DEBES quedarte aquí, la vista es única e incluso privilegiada en opinión de los propios Griegos. El lugar es muy grande y tiene muchas cosas cerca. Vale muchísimo la pena, 5 estrellas. ✨️

The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

Πολύ όμορφο σπίτι σε καλή τιμή και πολύ κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο. Ο,τι πρέπει για να προλάβουμε την πρωινή πτήση μας την επόμενη μέρα.

the house and the patio are very cozy. it is easy to get everywhere with the metro. the landlady is friendly and open so you feel at home right away. a day athens is quite little but what a beautiful city.

The best place in all of Plaka! Excellent location and space. We will be coming back with a larger group in the future.

Очень милая и чистая квартира в пригороде Афин. Наша поездка в Афины в один из дней заняла всего 40-50 минут в одну сторону. Хозяева живут на верхнем этаже и все время готовы придти на помощь, это исключительно интеллигентные и деликатные люди. В 8 минутах езды находится магазин Lidl со всем необходимым, а кухня полностью оборудована. Мы отдохнули от шума города и насладились звуками деревни. Спасибо!!

Amazing place!!! We stayed for one night and we loved our stay. Christina and her mom provided everything we needed. The house is overly cozy, felt like home. It’s very unfortunate that we couldn’t stay longer. The reason to come back to Athens next time.

To było jedno z najpiękniejszych mieszkań jakie widziałam! Bliskość stacji metra zarówno lini zielonej jak i czerwonej bardzo ułatwiało komunikację po mieście. Gospodarz bardzo szybko odpowiadał na wszystkie pytania. Serdecznie polecam każdemu to miejsce na pobyt!

Τέλεια διαμονή και ο οικοδεσπότης μας ήταν πολύ καλός και μας βοήθησε με ότι χρειαζόμασταν. Μας άφησε να κάνουμε 2 ώρες νωρίτερα check in καθώς επίσης δεν μας έβαλε περιορισμό στην ώρα για check out. Πισίνα και BBQ όλα τέλεια. Σίγουρα θα επέλεγα το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα ξανά για διαμονή.

Great apartment and location. Communication wa made very easy and everything from the cleanliness of the apartment to the lovely little touches (shower gels and drinks and basics left for use) were very much appreciated. Would highly recommend

Ayapi’s place was incredible. It was exactly as listed. Ayapi is the best host I have ever had. She was extremely responsive, so kind and gave us tons of great recommendations. We would stay again just based off the host. The house was great for our very large group. It was nice to have a stay away from downtown Athens. It was a relaxing reprieve from the busy downtown.

Ένα πολύ όμορφο καλόγουστο και ιδιαίτερο δωμάτιο με υπέροχη θέα και ιδιωτικότητα στο πιο ζωντανό σημείο της πόλης. Η περιγραφή του σπιτιού απόλυτα ειλικρινής και οι φωτογραφίες δίνουν μια σαφή εικόνα του χώρου . Πολύ καθαρό και φροντισμένο σε κάθε σημείο του. Η Νικολία που επικοινωνούσε μαζί μας άμεση και διαθέσιμη , πρόθυμη να επιλυθεί όποια πιθανή δυσκολία. Σας ευχαριστούμε

We a had a fabulous family holiday! Victor’s house was beautiful, clean and comfortable for all of us (6 adults). Victor met us at the home for check in to help with all questions, recommendations, and brought us some lovely welcome gifts. We relaxed in the spacious rooms the home offered and all the furnishings were fresh and comfortable and we had a wonderful time enjoying the sparkling pool together to cool off. The kitchen was extremely well stocked for a rental which was great for meals in and it was an easy walk to many restaurants on the water for magical sunsets. We were happy we rented a car to explore the coastline, beaches and be able to drive to the Grocery or Metro for time spent in Athens. As guests who have rented homes before we all agreed Victor was a 5 star host responding to any questions or needs whenever we messaged him. Above and beyond!! Thank you Victor for a beautiful home and lasting memories of Greece 🌅

Party of nine from the UK (aged 12-52) had two weeks in August. Oleg and the owner perfect hosts, friendly, responsive and very helpful with suggestions. Excellent villa, Excellent pool and location. Very clean and loads of space. Close to the beach and many very good local restaurants. Supermarkets stocked with great choices. Very easy access to Athens (via the Metro) and perfectly located a short ride from the airport. One small recommendation is to install a fridge by the BBQ area to save the need to head back to the kitchen!! Highly recommend this villa, you won't be disappointed!!

Our stay at the villa was incredibly satisfying. The place was even more spacious than the pictures suggested, and had everything we needed. The city center is within walking distance and the neighbourhood has some nice restaurants. Finally, our host was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

I highly recommend these accommodations as the area is very peaceful neighborhood, however, you are just a short cab ride away from everything. The host is the kindest and most attentive I have ever encountered. We had to extend our stay in Greece and she accommodated all our requests. Our stay was a memorable experience that we will never forget.

Ερχόμαστε στην Αθήνα κάθε χρόνο τα τελευταία αρκετά χρόνια, έχουμε αλλάξει πολλά airbnb αλλά είμαστε απόλυτα διατεθειμένοι να μην αλλάξουμε ποτέ ξανά!! Η Άντζι μας έκανε να θυμηθούμε τον λόγο που δημιουργήθηκαν τα airbnb, μία διαμονή σαν το σπίτι σου και επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη σε σχεση με ένα απρόσιτο ξενοδοχείο. Ήταν απλά υπέροχα, σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά που τα έχει ολα, με εύκολο πάρκινγκ, μία γλυκύτατη αυλή και ένα σπίτι πολύ άνετο, εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα καλουδια, με μόνιμα ζεστό νερό και θέρμανση! Το γούστο της καλλιτέχνιδας παντού, καθώς σε όποια γωνιά και αν κοιτούσες υπήρχε χρώμα και φροντίδα! Σε ότι χρειαστηκαμε η Άντζι ήταν εκεί, απόλυτα φιλοζωη και φιλική προς τον σκυλάκο μας. Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχουν τα πάντα φαρμακεία, φούρνοι, σούπερ μάρκετ κτλ ενώ το μέτρο είναι σε 14 λεπτά με τα πόδια!! Άντζι και Σταύρο ευχαριστούμε πολύ!! Κάνατε τις διακοπές μας αξέχαστες!!

The bungalow was exactly what I needed for my stay only too short. Hope to stay longer next time and really enjoy the beach which is steps away. The sunsets are amazing. The place was comfortable and private, clean, check in and out was easy. Antulio was easily accessible if needed. Will stay there again.

Elena a été une super hôte, beaucoup de communication. L’appartement est très proche du métro, très pratique avec toutes les commodités. Nous avons voyagé avec 2 enfants de 4 ans et 9 mois. Nous avions un lit parapluie prêt à notre arrivée. Il y a un super marché juste en face de la maison ce qui est très pratique. Nous avons passer une très bonne semaine ! Ευχαριστώ Elena !!

Χρειαζόμουν διαμέρισμα διότι έκανα ανακαίνιση στο σπίτι μου οπότε έπρεπε να μείνει η οικογένεια μ η οποία αποτελείται κ από έναν σκύλο ο οποίος είναι σχεδόν μεγαλόσωμος,οπότε επικοινώνησα με τον Παναγιώτη για να τον ρωτήσω εάν θα μπορούσε να δεχτεί μεγαλόσωμος σκύλο διότι οι περισσότεροι host δεν δέχονται μεγάλα κατοικίδια,οπότε μας δέχτηκε στο πανέμορφα διακοσμημένο διαμέρισμα για αρκετές ημέρες.Τωρα στο διαμέρισμα η μητέρα μ ξετρελαθηκε με την κουζίνα η οποία ήταν πλήρης από διάφορα σκεύη κ ένιωσε σαν το σπίτι της,τα μπαλκόνια πολυ μεγάλα το κρεβάτι πολύ άνετο η γειτονιά είναι ήσυχη το μπάνιο ήταν όσο πρέπει!το πλυντήριο δούλεψε άριστα κ σχεδόν κάθε μέρα!Ο Παναγιώτης σαν host ήταν άψογος κ πάλι τον ευχαριστώ διότι η οικογένεια μου δεν κατάλαβε ότι έλειψε από το σπίτι της,τον συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα κ στο μέλλον με απόλυτη σίγουρα εάν χρειαστώ κάτι θα είναι η πρώτη μου επιλογή!!!

Great location for eating, touristy things and public transport. Quiet apartment with nice back deck. Would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Konstantinos! A beautiful place, near the beach, which was paradise. Close to Athens and the temple of Poseidon. Konstantinos was a great host, quick respons and helped us really well. Hope we will return some time.
