Very nice stay. Alan was very informative before and during out stay. Deniz was on hand and liked that we ordered a bottle of water with her and had it delivered within the hour for a very reasonable price. Microwave was not working when we went to use it but it was taken away and a new one delivered 1 and 1/2 days later and set up. Nothing appeared too much trouble. We went as a group of 4 adults and would definitely recommend this stay.

This place is every bit a peace of heaven! Senol and his wife Susie have created a magical experience in the mountains off the Mediterranean coast. This amazingly private property has the perfect pool and the views and sunsets are spectacular. If you want to relax but still be in driving distance of many well kown ancient sites and amazing beaches, this is the place to be. Senol is a great communicator and extremely helpful in general. He made reservations for us in 2 "off the beaten track" local restaurants that we loved! We will be back!

Konaklamamızdan son derece memnun kaldık. Evin manzarası harikaydı ve temizlik açısından mükemmeldi. Fotoğrafta gördüklerinizden daha güzel bir ev ile karşılaşacağınızı söyleyebilirim. Ev ile ilgilenen yetkililer çok kibarlardı. Tek küçük sorun, ev sahibinin bazı taleplerimize olumlu veya olumsuz geri dönüş yapmamış olmasıydı. Mesajlarımıza yanıt alabilseydik çok memnun olurduk. Yine de genel olarak çok keyif aldık ve bu evi kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz. İleri bir tarihte tekrar gelmeyi isteriz.

Leider mussten wir wegen einer (sehr ärgerlichen) Annullierung des Fluges mit SunExpress unseren Urlaub stornieren. Saime hat uns trotz der nahezu unmöglichen Weitervermietung kulanter Weise die Buchungskosten erstattet. Das hätten wir definitiv nicht erwartet. Auch im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation sehr angenehm mit sehr schnellen Reaktionszeiten. Wir werden auf jeden Fall einen neuen Versuch starten, sobald es unsere Zeit erlaubt. Моя семья провела в квартире 2 недели. Это было очень приятное время! Квартира небольшая, но просторная. Нам вчетвером было комфортно. Из окон видно море. Вокруг дома фруктовый сад со всем разнообразием средиземноморских деревьев. Гамака мы не нашли и садовая мебель уже не похожа на фото, но это не испортило впечатлений. Прекрасная терраса, на которой круглосуточно вас будет освежать приятный ветерок. Рекомендуем это жилье, тем, кто любит загородную расслабленную атмосферу. Лучше приезжать сюда на машине. Тогда для вас не будет проблемой добраться до пляжей, магазинов и достопримечательностей. Рядом с домом есть песчаный пляж с долгим заходом в воду, галечный пляж, можно доехать до красивых бухт и Каша, Калкана. В местном порту мы встретили множество огромных черепах. Рынок в Демре работает ежедневно. Там вы найдёте фрукты, овощи, морепродукты. Хозяева очень предупредительны и отзывчивы! Всегда были на связи и решали возникшие вопросы быстро. Спасибо!

Görseller ile villa tamamen aynıydı mevsimden kaynaklı olmasına rağmen yağışlı hava da bile havuzu doluydu. Mahremiyet mükemmeldi. Gökhan bey her şeyle kusursuz olarak ilgilendi sürekli irtibat halinde kalabileceğini söyledi her konuda kolaylık sağlayıp bilgi verdi havalar düzelince tekrar gitmeyi düşünüyoruz . Her yer tertemizdi . Mutfakta her şey bulunuyordu Huzur dolu bir tatil geçirdik

Had a great Christmas lots if rain but did not matter we was in a peaceful place made our own fun would not hesitate to come back my friend lived it so much was talking of buying in area

The apartment has a wonderful elevated balcony overlooking Kas with stunning sunset views and within easy reach of the shops. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. We will return.
