Vrbnik : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Marijas place is VERY close to the beach (just walk a short 2 flights of stair down - not suitable for wheelchair users tho) and you can park right next to the house in her garage, which is super handy. The place is very clean and interestingly laid out, its on the 1st floor of her house and then you have the kitchen 1st, then the terrace and then the living room and bathroom and up the stair is then your bedroom. We found it to be really beautiful. Since we travelled with a dog, we were mostly interested in Montys dog beach, which was a shorter walk from the apartment (cca. 15min). Entry is free and you can pay for a cabana (40€) or 2 loungers with a table and umbrella (20€) for a whole day. The water there is also more clean than on other beaches (where dogs aren't allowed to swim, but can be with you on the beach, prepare for some stares though) . There are also very good restaurants all along the beach by the apartment and dogs are allowed in, if you ask them. :)

We zijn met ons gezien (met 2 kinderen van 11 en 14 jaar) 2 weken verbleven in het mooie verblijf van Marija in Garica KrK. We hebben het er geweldig gehad! Een mooie centraal gelegen locatie waardoor alles op het eiland goed bereikbaar is, Het appartement was geweldig, alles was aanwezig en we hebben enorm genoten van het lekkere zwembad. Voor vragen konden we erg snel schakelen met Marija - er werd direct gereageerd. Al met al een heerlijk vakantieverblijf waar we zeker nog een keer terug zullen komen!

Große Villa mit traumhafter Aussicht. Sandra ist eine liebenswerte und sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Sie gibt sich sehr viel Mühe mit der Instandhaltung des Hauses. Es gibt 8 Apartments. Aktivitäten sind besser mit dem Auto erreichbar. Großartiges Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Truely spotless and neat apartement with a great balcony & view over the sea and mountains! Really quiet house, super efficient AC and good bed & pillows- we slept so well. Coffee machine and cereal bowls were great as we like to have slow breakfasts on holidays. Bars and grocery store just around the corner, walking distance from the shopping area. Luka was very friendly, and we really enjoyed our stay. If I’ll come back to Rijeka, I know, where to stay. Thanks for making our holiday special!

First time in Rijeka. Was overwhelmed by the options but so glad I booked this one. The apartment is large and well laid out. Looks even better than in the photos! Full, well stocked kitchen for doing real cooking. Lots of storage. Washer AND DRYER (very had to come by!) Spacious bathroom and shower. Great internet and Wifi for remote working. Balcony always had a nice sunrise and sunset view. And conveniently on the second floor (i.e. no lugging bags up six flights). Well located on a main road so easy to get anywhere by uber. Parking garage (included) across the street. Sixt car rental and a nice gym a half a block away. A couple nice parks nearby. Everything else (downtown etc) is less than a ten minute walk. But definitely the best part was Ursula the host! Super friendly and easy to communicate with. Greeted us when we got there and showed us around. I didn't have any issues during the stay but the few questions I had she immediately responded to! Will book again!

Tamara’s place is outstanding in every way! It is comfortable, quiet, spacious and elegant. We love the view of the bay. The trees and landscape are nicely done as well. It is a short walk to the water or town and easy to park the car. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen easy to use and the washer is so nice. We highly recommend it and hope to visit again.

La villa était encore plus magnifique que sur les photos. Rajna est une hôte incroyablement attentive aux détails, qui se consacre à rendre chaque instant inoubliable. Tout était impeccable : la villa, la piscine, l’espace commun. C'est un véritable 1000/10. Nous nous réjouissons de revenir car c’est de loin le meilleur Airbnb de tous, tout simplement incomparable. This place is great for a winter vacation. The kids had a blast sledding on the nearby snowy hills, and there was so much to do inside the house too. Using the heated pool and sauna was fun while watching the snow fall outside. Guess we'll have to visit during the summer once to try out bbq and outside playground . The hosts were super quick to reply whenever we had questions. Highly recommend staying here.

Schönes Haus mit super Lage und Features wie zB Grilllounge oder den Terrassen. Aussicht ist grandios (aber keine direkte Sonne mehr ab dem späten Nachmittag). Die Wohnungen sind in einem super Zustand und gut ausgestattet. Werner, der Gastgeber, ist sehr nett und hat gute Tipps parat bezüglich Restaurants usw. Ein paar Punkte, speziell bei großen Gruppen: Das Haus steht sehr nah an einheimischen Nachbarn und somit gibts schnell mal Probleme (v.a. Lautstärke). Natürlich absolut nachvollziehbar, dass die Nachbarn auch ihre Ruhe wollen besonders wenn stets größere Gruppen da sind aber dies sollte in der Beschreibung konkret stehen. Leider auch keinerlei Beleuchtung auf den Terrassen oder den Outdoorbereichen. Auch noch zu erwähnen ist, dass der Werner fast jeden Morgen vorbei kommt und sich um die Pflanzen /den Pool kümmert, wenn man das als Mieter nicht übernimmt. Hat uns nicht gestört aber manche empfinden das vielleicht als unangenehm. Fazit: schönes Anwesen für ruhige Urlauber

La casa è bellissima, corrisponde alle foto pubblicate, ma dal vivo e’ ancora più bella. L’abbiamo trovata pulitissima, e davvero super accessoriata, dal robot aspirabriciole a tutti gli utensili possibili per la cucina, tantissimi piatti, tazze, bicchieri, coltelli di ogni tipo, c’è perfino il capouccinatore. L’idromassaggio e’ meraviglioso. La posizione e’ davvero ottima per raggiungere in pochissimo tempo tutte le spiagge dell’isola. A 5’ di auto ci sono tanti supermercati molto forniti. Thomas dell’agenzia immobiliare è gentilissimo e davvero disponibile, e la proprietaria altrettanto. Davvero un soggiorno 5 stelle! Davvero un soggiorno

Alloggio un po' caro, ma devo dire molto carino ed in ottima posizione, e ampiamente bilanciato dalla gentilezza e disponibilità di Irena. Consigliato

This home really is as nice as the pictures make it seem. There is lots of room for even a large group to spread out and relax. The kitchen is very well equipped and the beds were comfortable. It was too cold for the pool while we were there but the hot tub with the amazing view was a great alternative. Something to note is that there are no interior stairs between the two floor, only the stairs outside. This wasn't a problem for us, but may be important to future visitors. The home feels remote and private with no neighbors close, but is just a short drive to the city. Lidl is about a 15 min drive. You'll definitely need a car here, but we had an amazing time exploring northern Croatia. The hosts that met us for check-in were very kind and had lots of recommendations for things to do. We would definitely recommend this home, especially if you're visiting in the summer!

Es war rundum eine tolle Unterkunft. Sehr sauber, sehr ruhig gelegen und alles was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und freundlich und genügend Platz. Wir wurden vom Vermieter persönlich empfangen und es gab sogar Willkommensgeschenke. Selbst im Bad war bereits alles vorhanden. Domagoj war zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit, freundlich und gab uns gute Tipps. Trotz das die Familie mit im Haus wohnt, ist man für sich allein und nicht aufdringlich. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei, was überhaupt kein Problem war. Es war auch ein Hund im Haus der Familie vorhanden. beim Check-in und Check-Out waren sie ebenfalls sehr kulant. Vielen lieben Dank für diese tolle Wohnung. insgesamt waren wir 1 Woche vor Ort.

We hebben een fantastische verblijf gehad. We hadden alle 4 appartementen met twee gezinnen en dit was ideaal! Elk ons eigen, maar toch gezamenlijk kunnen ontbijten op het schaduwrijke terras van de appartementen. Alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig. Het centrum en de supermarkten zijn op loopafstand en de mensen in Cres zijn bijzonder vriendelijk. Plek voor onze boot was ook snel geregeld bij de trailerhelling vlakbij het centrum. Tegenover de appartementen was een ruim (gratis) parkeerterrein waar ook onze trailer van de boot gratis mocht staan. Al met al: topverblijf!

Ubytování u Orsica a jeho rodiny bylo nádherné. Apartmán je velice útulný, moderní a skvěle vybavený. Všude je krásně čisto. Kuchyně je plně vybavená pro vaření a v bytě nechybí ani spotřebiče jako je myčka a pračka. Manželská postel je velice pohodlná. Předností apartmánu je jeho umístění v kouzelné uličce historického centra Vrbniku, takže si člověk může na krásné terase vychutnat místní atmosféru. Přitom je zde ale soukromí, protože ulice není rušná a dům je dobře odhlučněný. Celkově má apartmán úžasnou atmosféru díky svému umístění a nádechu historie. Pláže jsou odsud vzdálené cca 10-20 minut pěšky (záleží, kterou si vyberete). Orsic i jeho rodina jsou velice přátelští a napomocní, skvěle se s nimi komunikuje a dali nám tipy na dobrá místa v okolí. Celkově hodnotíme pobyt jako perfektní a moc toto ubytování doporučujeme, v budoucnu se rádi zase vrátíme!

Mooi ruim appartement in kleinschalig appartementencomplex. De ingang van de verdieping is gelijkvloers met de bijbehorende parkeerplaats (dus geen trappen lopen). Mooi uitzicht over de baai. Heerlijke ruime hoekbank en prachtige tv (in woonkamer en slaapkamer). De locatie is prima in rustige buurt. Je hebt wel bijna altijd de auto nodig om overal te komen (Lidl wel op loopafstand ). Strand is binnen paar autominuten, maar lopend is het niet echt een optie (flinke afdaling/klim). Igor is een fijne host en reageert snel op vragen.

Iva’s place was perfect! Had everything you could want - full kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, large shower, comfy bed. There was a very thoughtful selection of other items like a clothes drying rack, wardrobe storage, writing desk, shampoo etc. Iva’s dad was very helpful in showing us around our room. Parking is not for the faint hearted; if you are used to narrow Croatian roads and are happy with reversing your car and turning around in tight spaces you will be fine! The location was very good, with a nice view and close walk to the castle.

Sanda ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin. Sehr zuvorkommend und proaktiv. Auch die Unterkunft war sehr nett, auch wenn die Küche eher klein ist, findet man alles was man braucht. Die Lage der Unterkunft war auch sehr gut und dank der tollen Tipps von Sanda, konnten wir schöne Unternehmungen durchführen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr gern weiter!

Alles war super! Das Apartment war extra schon einen Abend früher für uns fertig, damit wir schon am Morgen Check-In machen durften. Als wir Probleme mit der Tür hatten, hat uns Vedran sofort geholfen. Die Kommunikation lief super und alles war perfekt! 10/10

Antonina is one of the kindest ladi I have ever met. 3 days before my arrival, she sent me a message that said on the day of my arrival, croatia had a public holiday, so she offered me shopping, which I have accepted with a little shopping list. Never charged me a penny for that. She just wouldn't take money of me .... Antonija was waiting for me at the door with an explanation of how the things worked in the apartment, and that was nice. In general, I wish all the hosts were like Antonija kind friendly and supportive. If I could, I would give 6 stars for the reason of her personality? Apartment really comfortable every thing you need in apartment was there. Balcony view is just awesome. We all have loved it with heavy Hart we left, but we truly wanted to stay one more day, even a week!!!!!ps. Antonija new I'm coming with two small children, so there was little treat for them at the apartment..... Antonija is THE BEST !

We visited this place in late August, early September. The place is as described and easy to find. Having a parking spot is a huge plus. However, it's about 100 meters or so away from the house. You need to walk a few steps to get to it too. The house is on the hill above the main attractions. So, coming back up the hill may be challenging for some people. The apartment itself is great and had everything we needed. The temps were in the thirties Celsius during our stay and air conditioner was working great. The hosts were really friendly and responsive and helped us to find things that we needed. We had great time during our stay there.
