Vrsi : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

Smještaj je bio vrhunski – prekrasno uređen, čist i uredan pri dolasku. Maja je bila izuzetno pristupačna i uvijek dostupna za sva naša pitanja i podršku, bez obzira na doba dana. Nin je idealno odredište za obitelji s malom djecom zbog predivnih plaža koje djeca obožavaju. Stari dio grada, gdje se nalaze svi važni sadržaji, udaljen je svega nekoliko minuta hoda, a trgovine i restorani su nam bili vrlo blizu. Posebno bih istaknuo profesionalnost osoblja u restoranima i izvrsnu hranu. Preporučujem svima ljetovanje u Ninu i boravak u Majinim apartmanima!

Bardzo mili i pomocni właściciele, mogliśmy jeść pomidory z przydomowego ogródka. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko na plażę, do restauracji czy do sklepu. Apartament czysty i ładny, taki jak na zdjęciach.

Amazing location and view of the water. The water is literally a staircase from the unit, excellent for swimming and water activities. Studio is simple but clean and well equipped. The wifi was a bit weak and slow, but everything else was perfect! We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Die Wohnung ist top! Matej und Nena waren perfekte Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, sauber und genauso wie auf den Bildern und in Wirklichkeit sogar größer, als es darauf aussieht. Vom Balkon und durch die Fenster von Wohnzimmer und Esstisch hast du einen wunderbaren Ausblick aufs Meer. Obwohl die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss liegt, ist es dank der Klimaanlage auch im Hochsommer darin nicht zu heiß. Bei unserer Ankunft (bei 39 Grad!) hatte Nena uns die Wohnung bereits klimatisiert übergeben, was nach der langen Autofahrt erst einmal eine Wohltat war. Außerdem war der Kühlschrank mit Getränken für uns befüllt und kleine Snacks standen bereit. So einen Service haben wir vorher noch nicht erlebt! Waschmittel, Kosmetikprodukte, Spülmaschinentabs, alles bereit da! Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß 5 min, mit dem Rad brauchst du in die Altstadt vielleicht 20 min. Restaurants und Supermärkte sind direkt in der Nähe der Wohnung. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Nice apartment right next to the beach. Very walkable to the historic center and has a dedicated parking spot! Hosts were easy to communicate with, gave local recommendations, and allowed for an early check-in. Was a great a great base for our stay in Zadar!

Schöne Wohnung, top ausgestattet. Gute Kommunikation mit Gastgeber. Aussicht super um den Sonnenuntergang über der Adria zu sehen. Wir haben die Zeit vor Ort sehr genossen.

Skvele nové a krásne bývanie, nádherne bazény a krásny výhľad na more. Parkovanie pri objekte a blízko na pláž. Na plazi chýbali stromy, nebol žiadny tieň, ináč super. 🙂👍 Ďakujeme

Lejligheden er helt fantastisk. Stor altan med 180 graders havudsigt og derudover tagterrasse med solsenge. Gode bademuligheder fra molen neden for huset. Kan stærkt anbefales!

Ivančica hat uns sehr lieb in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung war modern und sauber, vor allem das Badezimmer war top :) Vorhanden war wie in der Beschreibung eine Grundausstattung in der Küche und ausreichend Handtücher im Badezimmer. Es befindet sich unterhalb der Wohnung eine weitere Wohnung, die möglicherweise genutzt wird. Als wir da waren, war niemand vor Ort. Insofern hatten wir auch den Außenbereich für uns alleine, hier findet man sowohl einen großen Esstisch als auch eine Loungeecke zum Entspannen :) Die Umgebung ist landschaftlich sehr schön, man hat sowohl die Berge als auch das Meer direkt vor Ort. Zudem ist die Nachbarschaft sehr ruhig, außer den Schafen hört man hier selten jemanden :) wir konnten uns gut erholen. Man braucht aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto, um zur Unterkunft zu gelangen. Im Haus war alles wie beschrieben. Das Einzige, was verwunderlich war, dass es in der Küche kein warmes Wasser gab. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt, dadurch, dass kein Haus mehr vor diesem steht, hat man einen perfekten Blick auf das Karinmeer. Leider ist jetzt der Weg vor dem Haus verlängert worden, so dass es nicht mehr ganz so ruhig ist, wie erhofft. Auch wurde der Strand auf der linken Seite jetzt mit Kies aufgefüllt, so dass die Natürlichkeit leider verloren gegangen ist. Aber das hat man in Kroatien jetzt leider so oft. Das sind aber wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten. Alles in Allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem schönen Haus mit super Lage.

I don’t think words can do justice to our experience at Senka and David’s place. The apartment was stunning - you can really tell that the owners care about their guests very much because the apartment is amazingly well equipped and absolutely spotless clean. The proximity to the beach was also perfect. But the best part about our stay was Senka ❤️ She was so attentive, making sure we had everything we needed, she offered recommendations for places to visit/eat at and even brought us some homemade Dalmatian food to try. We really couldn’t be more grateful for such a wonderful stay and for dear Senka who made our stay even more special. We will definitely be back!

Alles wie beschrieben, uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gefallen. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und die Nachbarschaft sehr ruhig.

Die Villa und der Host sind einfach nur ein Traum! Absolute Empfehlung!

Mali sme skvelý pobyt v tomto apartmáne na ostrove Vir. Apartmán bol jednoduchý, no veľmi čistý a útulný. Výhodou bola skvelá lokalita – blízko pláže, reštaurácií a obchodov, čo nám umožnilo pohodlný prístup ku všetkému, čo sme potrebovali. Goran bol veľmi priateľskí a ochotní, vždy pripravení pomôcť s akoukoľvek otázkou alebo požiadavkou. Celková atmosféra bola pokojná a uvoľnená, ideálna na oddych a načerpanie novej energie. Radi sa sem opäť vrátime! Ďakujeme

The place was nice, with everything we needed. The bed was good, a nice shower and nice to have an airco! The kitchen had everything we needed. On top of that all was the garden super! Specious, quit en has a nice bbq place! Loved it en most definately would come back!

I highly recomand this place. The view from the tarrace is stunning! The kitchen is very well organized, it was a pure pleasure to prepare diner and breakfast here, there is every equipment you need and even more. The beds are comfortable, the whole apartament is very clean. The Island has a lot to offer and a lot of beautiful small beaches are nearby. You don't need to have a car to reach the apartament from a ferry. Altough I recomand to rent bikes and visit far locations. We'll defenitely come back soon :)

Lovely apartment and fantastic host. Andre was super responsive and had a bit of an issue outside of the flat and he was really helpful in getting it sorted out for us. Truly went above and beyond! Only thing to mention is that the joint balcony is up a ladder which was fine for us but worth noting as people could struggle with jt

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Michelle. Nous avons été accueilli par Andreas qui a été très accueillant, attentionné et toujours de très bons conseils. L'appartement est conforme à la description et l'emplacement est idyllique pour des vacances paisibles loins des lieux bondés de monde. Je recommande cet appartement allez y les yeux fermés...

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

Notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé. L'appartement est conforme à la description. Il est très lumineux et la terrasse est très agréable lorsque le soleil est là. La communication avec Luka était très fluide et il a toujours répondu très rapidement à mes messages. Nous n'étions pas préparées au réveil à 6h30 avec les cloches de l'église tous les matins. Cela surprend les premiers jours. Nous avons pu visiter tous les sites que nous voulions malgré un temps mitigé. Nous avons aimé notre séjour. Je recommande.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - die Wohnung war sauber, geräumig und modern. Wir haben die Terrasse mit der wunderbaren Aussicht auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang geliebt. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Nin, Zadar, bzw. die Erkundung der vielseitigen Landschaft mit dem Fahrrad oder E-Scooter optimal. Ein schöner Sandstrand ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren absolut lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Pobyt w apartamencie u Kristina w Bibinje był wspaniały. Dom położony przy samej plaży. Kontakt z Kristina rewelacyjny i natychmiastowy. Byliśmy tam z żona tydzień i było super. Sklepy niedaleko, bary i restauracje. Plaża czysta. Bezproblemowe zakwaterowanie i zameldowanie. Apartament bardzo czysty. Było wszystko co potrzebne a nawet więcej. Świetna niespodzianka od gospodarza Kristina to przepyszne praliny i nalewka, które czekały na nas w apartamencie jak przybyliśmy. Na pewno tu wrócimy!
