This is such a lovely home. Beautiful views. So peaceful. So clean. Has everything inside. I would definitely return here with my sister. Very clear communication and easy to reach. I enjoyed the Little Rock pool. The patio is so lovely. We had a braai there on our first night. This was a staycation for us and the home had everything to keep us entertained for the weekend. I loved it. Pictures don’t do it justice!

We had an absolute dream stay at this incredible place! The view from our accommodation was simply stunning, and the place itself was beautifully maintained and full of charm. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The view from our accommodation was truly breathtaking, and we felt so lucky to wake up to it every morning. The place was beautifully decorated and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was so much to do in the area, from outdoor activities to exploring local attractions. The accommodation was perfect for our family, with plenty of space and amenities to keep everyone happy. Our hosts were absolutely wonderful, going above and beyond to make our stay special. We nearly didn’t go because of the amount of rain they had recently but I am so happy we went. Our host and her husband truly went the extra mile for us and we really couldn’t thank them enough. Loved our stay.

It was hard to leave the beauty of the mountain views from our cave behind. Cave dwelling was a unique experience for us all and the hikes recommended were outstanding! Estelle and Steve were very kind and helpful, thanks for sharing your paradise with us, it was so very different from any other place we have ever been to!

The accomodation was amazing, the Cathkin Estate peaceful and the walks fabulous.

A stunning getaway. This was our second trip here with family and won’t be our last. The location is breathtaking and the house is beautiful, comfortable, and well stocked. Vicki, Rick and George were very helpful and accommodating. Thanks for sharing this slice of heaven with us!

Really enjoyed our stay at the milk cottage. The cottage itself was very beautiful, well layed out and equipped with everything we needed. There were also books which our 2 year old son enjoyed reading and playing with. The property was also amazing with play areas and lots of toy trucks and a deck where you get a spectacular view of the maize plantation and the drakensberg.

Such a large Beautiful family home. 3 bathrooms for the 5 rooms meant never having to wait. Pool table and table tennis was great night time entertainment and made for good family rivalry. 😜

We had a great time at Charlstons place in Dragon View Estate! The home was a prefect base to explore central Drakensberg.
