The accommodation was above our expectation and the host had made sure that everything that you might need was available, the area was also breathtaking and wonderful to walk around and see the nature of what Lungern has to offer, the host was responsive and very kind. I highly recommend this place and can assure that whoever does will love it!

Everything as shown. Functional, practical, economical. Alex reimbursed some cost towards laundry as dryer was not working. Place is smaller than appears in photos. 5 mins walkable to Triemli - an important public transport node in Zurich. Grocery store 2 mins walk. Heating needs to improve, a few heaters in room will help. We requested for a heater and it was arranged promptly. Full length mirror was missing - we requested and 1 was arranged. 1 more required in other bedroom. Some small pots / pans in kitchen will help Alex save energy cost.

Beautiful, bright, and spotless apartment in a fantastic, walkable neighborhood. Extremely well appointed kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. Transportation, grocery store, and coffee shop within easy walking distance. Host Mark was friendly and responded quickly to our questions.

Let me remove any doubt that this is the place for you, and that it's more than worth the money. I stayed in Milan's apartment for two nights with my grown son and his bride. We wished it were longer. Milan accommodated our early arrival, and was even on site making final checks of the apartment when we arrived. His family owns the whole building which includes a few other apartments, and the very popular cafe down on the ground level. The only issue I saw in other people's reviews was that there's no elevator and thus four floors must be climbed. This is true, it's an older building and an elevator is impossible in the small space available. However for most of we travelers, this is no big deal, especially since he offers help bringing the luggage up. Milan is a wonderful person and consummate host. Our stay was absolutely fabulous and we hope to visit again one day.

Alisa fue muy amable, el apartamento es perfecto para dos personas, está muy bien equipado: cocina, lavadora/secadora, lavadora de platos, aire acondicionado. Muy cerca hay un supermercado y una estación de tren. El apartamento esta en un 5to piso y el edificio no tiene ascensor (Alisa lo menciona en el anuncio). La zona es muy tranquila.

Our group had a wonderful stay at Claudia's apartment! We were very impressed with everything, from the cleanliness to the excellent condition of the amenities inside. The view was absolutely as advertised, and with comfortable seating from the back balcony were able to enjoy a memorable coffee on the balcony with the warm morning sun. We had everything we needed at the apartment, and felt very comfortable and relaxed while there. We will definitely make a return visit if back in the area!

Dimi was such an incredible host! The area is also super nice, a very close grocery store and there are also a few restaurants and cafes. Also we enjoyed how close the tramp stop was. Overall, highly recommend!

Die Ferienwohnung der Abrahams ist sehr gemütlich bei Sonne wie bei Regen und wunderschön mit Blick auf den Gnadensee gelegen. Nun ausserhalb der Hauptsaison ist es allgemein auf der Insel eher ruhig. Es war ein sehr angenehmer und erholsamer Aufenthalt mit vielen Spaziergängen ins Naturschutzgebiet und am Uferweg entlang direkt ab Haustür.

Sie bewohnen ein romantisch eingerichtetes, sanft renoviertes, 200 jähriges Stöckli (kleines Bauernhaus). Jeder Raum ist geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sogar das Geschirr ist ansprechend romantisch. Die Fotos und die Beschreibung stimmen exakt. Wir haben das Stöckli im Winter zu zweit bewohnt, und durch die in jedem Raum vorhandenen Elektroheizungen, war es überall wohlig warm. Leider konnten wir den Kamin (das Cheminée) nicht benutzen, da es ein Problem mit dem Schornstein gab. Martin, der Vermieter, hat uns vorgängig darüber informiert. Reitnau ist ein kleines ländliches Dorf und absolut ruhig. Der Dorladen ist gleich um die Ecke, da gibt es täglich frisches Brot und was man so braucht. Wir können dieses schöne Häuschen und die Gastgeber wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus gemütliches Ambiente! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung ist besser ausgestattet als erwartet! Sehr lieber persönlicher Empfang! Gerne kommen wir wieder! Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Ich danke Eugen für die schnelle Antwort. Ich brauchte dringend eine Unterkunft und habe am selben Tag noch das Zimmer erhalten. Es war sehr sauber und ich konnte direkt rein. Einfach nur Herzlich wie schnell er sich um alles gekümmert hat. Danke Eugen, ich werde dich aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen!

Ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft von Valerie und Tobi! Das Haus war nicht nur geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch blitzsauber und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Valerie und Tobi waren sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber, die für alle Fragen zur Verfügung standen und hilfreiche Tipps zur Umgebung hatten. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt, ruhig für eine erholsame Nachtruhe. Ich kann diesen Ort jedem wärmstens empfehlen und komme gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

We stayed at Peter’s place for our ski holiday to Flumserberg . The gondola to Tannonboden ( ski slopes ) is a five minute walk ( in ski boots) from the apartment and the apartment a mere few metres from the shore of lake Walensee . We loved the space and cleanliness . The raclette and fondue makers were an added bonus and made eating in after a long day on the pistes fun !! I would highly recommend this apartment and not hesitate to book again .

Die Kommunikation mit Eveline war im Vorfeld schon wunderbar. Vor Ort wurden wir sehr freundlich von ihrer Mutter empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Neues Bad, neue Küche und neue Böden. Mit viel Holz und alles war blitzsauber. Die Wohnung ist im zweiten Stock eines Bauernhauses.

Wir finden das Resort Walensee, wo sich die Wohnung befindet total schön. Es ist eine gute Ausgangslage für schöne Ausflüge. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und lässt jedes Kinderherz höher schlagen. Es fehlt an nichts, von den Geburtstagskerzen, über Haargummi's und einen mega grossen Spielschrank ist alles vorhanden. Wir haben die Tage in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Vielen Dank

It was a lovely family Christmas! The apartment was very spacious and very clean. The panorama from the living room to the lake and the mountains is amazing. The owner is very responsive, always responding quickly to messages. And an important moment for us - our youngest daughter forgot her phone in the apartment, and we discovered the loss only a few days later. The owner resolved this issue very quickly, the phone was even charged so that we could see its location. We are definitely ready to return here, with pleasure!
