This cottage was a very cozy and peaceful place. Very clean and welcoming. They had activities for the kids and everything was so well taken care of. The lake and dock are great for swimming and kayaking. We had a group of 12 and we had no issues with space it was great. We did a few day trips to arrowhead provincial park and screaming heads by Burk’s falls everything was very close to the cottage. I highly recommend staying here.

We loved staying at Sandy Bottoms, the house is spacious and comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped for a family. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking on the lake, rods and life jackets were provided (thanks!). The area is peaceful and beautiful and we enjoyed watching the squirrels and chipmunks! Cindy was very helpful. We recommend the disc golf at Tom Thomson park at South River! They have discs that you can borrow at the car park.

Second stay for our family and we were not disappointed. Lovely place for some R&R and easy access to town to explore. Thanks again!

This cottage is absolutely beautiful, it's what cottage dreams are made of, and Davinia & her family put in so much love to make you feel comfortable and special. Our family felt totally entertained, we slept well, we shared laughs and made memories here that will last a lifetime. We don't get to spend long stretches of time together like this, and this space easily accommodated each of us and gave us adequate privacy we each had privacy and felt happy with the sleeping arrangements. It was so lovely to have fires every day, the hot tub was incredible, and the cottage itself has a rustic yet modern vibe to it. The drive down from Toronto was also very easy. You will thoroughly enjoy your stay here, thank you Davinia & family for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home, we loved it!

Peter was very quick with his responses and took the time to look up what was near the air bnb. The location was amazing since it was right beside a ski resort and 20 minutes away was the most beautiful skating trail in the forest. The air bnb itself was very nice. We cooked dinner and it had everything we needed and seasoning as well. The only thing would be the TV which we didn’t bring a laptop to connect to, which Peter did communicate to us we needed. It was a very great stay and Peter was ever helpful and kind ! Will come back in the summer for the lake.

Wonderful stay during the Family Day weekend with great skiing and hiking. The chalet is beautifully decorated, spacious and squeaky clean. We will come back.

I had a terrific stay at Chris's condo. The view and the walking trail on the property through the woods and too a small lookout was the highlight. I saw a barred owl a few times and found the woodpecker tree (missed the woodpecker, but saw the evidence!). The condo was very clean and the bedding and towels nice. The only thing that may have been missing was a tea towel!

Adi was basically the most amazing host you will ever have, his place wasn't just squeaky clean it was well taken care of and recently renovated, smelled amazing, the sheets and the pillow were clean as well. On top of all that he was having a private bbq in which he invited me as well, had an amazing eve. He definitely knows what he is doing. This is the only place I'll be staying next time I visit Norh Bay.

This place is absolutely breathtaking, being right on the lake, the view was beautiful from morning to night time. Usman was also an amazing host who responded to all our questions and concerns in timely manner before and during our stay. Could not recommend this host and their place enough.
