Tim's place is lovely very close to rye town centre and the parking space is next to the fish market and food bar.The bed was comfortable and loads of hot water in a well fitted shower room.Steps to bedrooms are very steep ,but we managed fine.Its a cottage so limited storage but enough for a short stay.Have already recommended to others and would definitely book again.

Just returned from a family trip staying at sandy toes. Had an awesome time, accommodation was amazing lots of room for 6 adults and 1 German shepherd who all had a ball. Definitely will return 👍👍 thanks Lisa 😘😘

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this great property- the direct access to the beach is very special - and the house is a real home, furnished for comfortable living rather than rental. Lots of gorgeous walks near by - great golf course up the road, handy EV charging point 2 mins walk away, and Ashford designer shopping outlet 30 mins drive away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. It had everything we needed, was very spacious, and in a perfect location. The beach is just a short walk away, and it's very easy to get into Brighton.

We had a fabulous stay at Barefoot. The house was terrific - great set up inside, extremely clean and comfortable and with all we needed (and more) for a perfect few days at the beach. The location is amazing - literally right on the beach, nestled amongst beautiful dunes which the kids adored. And being able to step right onto the sand was glorious. Mark was extremely helpful with all we needed and also local recommendations - communication always v quick and easy. Thoroughly recommend staying at Barefoot! We are sure to be back!

Stayed at Andrea’s place for Brighton Marathon. It’s a beautiful house with lots of room and has an aspect that made the most of the fabulous weather. What was great was Andrea allowed us to check out late so we could recover after the Marathon, which was a life saver as it was very hot yesterday and we were a bit shattered. So huge thanks Andrea :))

The property was exactly what we were after. Spotless and had everything we needed. Great location for getting to things to do. Would certainly recommend Duncan as a host and would happily stay here again in the future.

Lovely place very clean and cozy. Hot tub was great also very clean. Love the little touches with the eggs and orange juice. Will book again in the summer when the pool is open thanks for our stay.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at the lodge. Beautiful space to relax. Excellent communication prior meant everything was straight forward and clear. We will likely stay again!

Fabulous week, swallows nest cottage was lovely and the swimming pool was great, we were the only ones in there each time. Chris even opened the pool early for us which was much appreciated. Used the steam room too and the fabulous hot tub - had fabulous walks with our two spaniels, along the coast to Firehills was our favourite. The Cove pub was amazing, very dog friendly, warm (log fire) and welcoming, food fantastic. All in all a really lovely week. Chris and Erik very ready to help but totally happy to leave you to enjoy their lovely gardens etc. We’ll be back! Thank you Chris and Erik

James was an excellent host. Communicative, responsive and nothing too much trouble. The venue was as described and squeaky clean. Great facilities which kept us constantly entertained. We felt completely at home and would love to return. Cannot recommend the accommodation of James highly enough. Thank you once again.

I booked to stay at the cottage for my husband's birthday and it didn't disappoint. The communication between myself and Tim & Maite was great. They were always responsive and super helpful. The photos of the house don't do it justice. It’s such a lovely area and although you may see the occasional walker in the distance, you feel like your'e in the middle of nowehere. The hot tub was a great addition to the property, especially since the pool at the house was not available due to it being out of season and super cold, as explained prior to our arrival. We ( and the kids) loved the house, loved the fire, loved the hot tub, loved the games, We played the family edition of Cards Against Humanity and it was just a lovely relaxing family weekend away without computer games - it was bliss. The perfect setting and in my husbands words - it was the perfect find! Thank you so much to Tim and Maite for such a wonderful stay.

We hadden 4 fantastische dagen in het huisje van Caroline. De kinderen waren heel gelukkig met de chocolaatjes en zelf was ik helemaal in de wolken met alle prachtige bloemen die werkelijk overal in het huis stonden! De locatie was zalig rustig en een goeie uitvalsbasis voor een aantal daguitstappen. We sliepen als roosjes in de comfortabele bedden en werden elke ochtend wakker met het gefluit van de vogeltjes. Het aanwezige ontbijt was de kers op de taart want zo konden we rustig aankomen zonder al direct te denken aan de volgende ochtend. We raden een verblijf dan ook zeker aan! 😊

We had an amazing 3 nights with our small family! The caravan is great, well laid out, equipped and clean. Great selection of games plus the TV and WiFi were convenient. The afternoon sun on the terrace was relaxing and beautiful. The holiday park was small but very friendly. We went swimming in the pool every day and couldn’t believe how close we were to the beach (would’ve taken advantage of that more had the weather been a touch warmer, alas!) The facilities close by (as signposted by Shirley) were fab - harbour, walks and shopping complex. We had a day trip to Battle (1066 Battle of Hastings) which was great and interesting for the whole family. Very much recommend staying with Shirley and will likely stay again ourselves! Nice cosy home. Basement kitchen and living area was a nice space to retreat to at the end of the day - perfect location for us, easy walk to the north lanes - fantastic Japanese/korean place to eat O’shio a few minutes walk away and couple of pubs at the end of the street. We visited in Feb so was cold and didn’t use the outdoor space - but would have made a nice spot to chill out in when warmer - Mathew was good, quick to respond with info etc - check-in etc all very nice easy. Would stay again next time we back in the uk/brighton!

We stayed overnight at Martin’s place for the marathon and it was a really convenient base. Everything as described and Martin was helpful and proactive before the stay to ask what we might need. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second stay at Maria's 70's caravan. Very cosy with beautiful views of the field opposite, this time with grazing sheep! Maria and Matt are great hosts. Highly recommend.

Such a beautiful cosy perfect little place we fell in love with it the minute we walked through the garden gate, cute, quaint and abit like stepping back in time, an evening in front of the fire on the comfy sofa with a cup of tea after a very windswept walk across the nature reserve was an absolutely perfect Sunday, followed by a great sleep in the super comfy bed , and croissant and fresh coffee for Breakfast kindly left by Lynda who was such a lovely helpful host, we will absolutely be back to stay for longer in the summer, one of our most favorite Air bnb accomodations by far 🙂

Mel and Jon were absolutely the best hosts. The accommodation was stunning as was the garden and we could not have wished for better. Mel and Jon’s attention to detail was perfect, the ‘extras’ made is feel so welcome and it was simply a wonderful place to stay. There is so much to see and do locally and right on the doorstep of amazing walks. Simply wonderful, thank you.
