Jeanette’s place is a beautiful escape by the water! Peaceful surroundings, right across from beautiful beach walk and trails to the woods a short walk away. The space itself is decorated like the perfect beach cottage, and cozy couches and a comfortable bed made for a relaxing evening and great nights sleep. Thank you Jeanette! I will be back!

The amenities and welcome "package" provided by Nathon and Gloria was unexpected and generous. The space was one of the most unique we have stayed. We loved the preserved history that was displayed throughout. I don't think there was anything that was not available to us during our stay. The train passing was the highlight of our stay. LOL. Where else could we have seen that. Parking was not a problem. We also felt safe walking to the surrounding restaurants and coffee shop just a short walk away. Really cute and clean place, so happy we stayed here! It was perfect little place for a getaway to relax, even in the winter months. Everything inside was up to date and it had everything we needed. It even looked better in real life than the photos. Highly recommend!

Really impressed with the attentiveness of the staff. My only callout is expect to be surrounded by other guests, especially at the communal spaces outside – table, grill, etc. We overlapped with two different friend groups staying in a few of the properties, but everyone was really respectful and quiet. Just close quarters!

Dies ist unsere erste AirBnB Erfahrung. Die Kommunikation mit KC im Vorfeld war super. Die Unterkunft ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet, so dass wir uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Unseren Kindern hat das Kinderzimmer sehr gut gefallen und mir die Veranda. Unsere Kinder sind sehr aufgeweckt und laut und das ist für Gastgeber sicherlich eine Herausforderung. Wir sind dementsprechend froh, dass es keine Beschwerden gab. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The whole experience was perfect. There were even fresh flowers to greet me. The location is easy, a beautiful neighborhood that is very quiet and safe. I'm ready to return!

The place was absolutely beautiful, clean and had great amenities. The host was also very responsive and attentive to any questions we had to ask. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Apart from the neighbor stereotyping my family and making it weird by questioning us at check out, we had a peaceful, relaxing time and would Love to book with Ana in the future. Although, we did not meet Ana in person, we didn't need to. Somehow, she made us feel welcomed and accomodated every need. Awesome experience!

Steve and Dorry made sure all our needs were met including recommending places to eat and things to do. They are an incredibly kind couple who care about the people who rent their home. Everything was exactly as we expected! we had a beautiful view and the house was very comfortable!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again ! Close to the many wineries and cute towns, and peaceful and comfortable to come back and relax at. We enjoyed the fire pit , the view from the dock of the changing tree colors and the flow of the kitchen. ❤️

Five stars doesn't feel like enough, if anything I'd say everything was better than we'd expected based on the pictures and the reviews! First, as others have mentioned John was an incredible host, the place was well stocked and had all sorts of snacks and drinks (and a nice bottle of wine); he also bought us dinner and was very good about keeping in touch the whole time we were there. The house was amazing top to bottom, but I have to specifically call out the pool, which was jaw-droppingly beautiful and the perfect temperature despite cold weather outside. We loved the neighborhood and yard to walk our dogs, and the kitchen was great to cook in (made me miss having a gas stovetop). We'll definitely be visiting again, it was the kind of stay that sets a new bar for what to look for in a vacation!

Don't hesitate to book Katherine’s place! The views are stunning, the house is comfortable and modern. We had a very relaxing weekend watching the tides and playing ping pong.

This was the perfect last-minute getaway for my always on-the-go family in need of some quiet bonding time. The condo was simple and clean, the beach beautiful (even in the winter), and Alice and Gasper were very responsive. Would highly recommend!

Such a beautiful condo by the water! Too bad we stayed in November, we would have enjoyed the terrace way more! Mia was so responsive and helpful with my questions prior to the weekend at her place.

Julie’s condo right on the water was even better than the photos could show. Check in was super easy. I had two minor snags and Julie was instantly responsive to solve everything immediately-and even make the stay actually better. The place is spotless clean, well appointed, completely comfortable, and waking up to that expanse of water made me excited to get out of bed and see. It’s a multi million dollar view. At least in this off season this is by far the best deal in Greenport when looking at price to value to living for the moment with water for as far as the eye can see. Great apartment. Great host.

Rate was great, it was off season. Cleaning fee is a little nutz considering it is tiny. VERY clean, perfectly functional. I wasn't a fan of the mattress, way too soft for me, but maybe that is just me :-) Overall I would happily stay there again. It was quiet, the other tenants were very friendly.
