Loved the house and location. We are already planning a weekend trip with some family members!

I give this place 10 stars! Michelle was awesome to work with. She was AVAILABLE the entire time...from booking to check out and even let us know she found our grandaughters stuffed bear! The house was spacious and beautifully decorated and even the smallest details were given special attention-such as little paper cups in the bathrooms, coffee pods, spices, dishwasher soap, shampoo and cream rinse in every bathroom! Linens and towels were plush! We could walk to the playground, putt-putt, gym,pool, and tennis. PLUS there were no "hidden fees" to use the facilities. It was really nice to have access to an indoor pool as well. I would HIGHLY recommend this Air B&B, especially great for families! ALSO, we loved that Edisto does NOT have hotels or high rise condos...there were cool little shops/restaurants and we drove to Charleston to visit Patriot's Point in a lilttle over 1 hour! (Savannah is just a little over 2 hours drive) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VACATION SPOT!

We just got home from a two week stay, and what a luxury to spend two weeks in Julie's Mt Pleasant home. Julie is a thoughtful and generous host, and her home is clean, well appointed and filled with "extras." We have been to Charleston many times, and have stayed in the City, Isle of Palms, and Sullivan's Island but the Village is now my favorite place. It is peaceful and quiet, great for long walks, and an easy drive to the beach on Sullivan's Island or the City for amazing restaurants. But make yourself a cup of coffee and grab a book and sit on her amazing swing and you may not want to leave the house! We will definitely be back again.

David’s home is beautiful and my family and I had a wonderful time here. The interior was gorgeous! The kids loved the hot tub too. A really lovely home and perfectly located to explore Charleston. In a brilliant position in the middle. We loved our stay!

We stayed for 3 months while looking for a place here. The team were always there when we needed anything. Swim spa is something else, very nice. In all we felt right at home, neighbors are friendly. Would recommend

Michael is extremely responsive and friendly with communication. He accommodated this last-minute trip (same day), and the house was perfect. The beach is within easy 10-minute walk (2 min drive) and the path is well maintained and pleasant. The amenities of the house pool, hot tub, fire pit, games etc. made for relaxing fun family time. There is more than enough space to spread out if you want privacy and the elevator is beyond helpful when moving luggage around. We would absolutely come back and stay here again. Thank you, Michael, for use of this ideal home.

We had a fantastic stay. Brandon was very responsive and the house was perfect for our extended family. The kids loved the pool and the beach is right across the street. We would absolutely stay again.

I cannot say enough great things about renting from the boys of HHI. They were so responsive thru out my booking process, leading up to the trip and during my stay. The house was wonderful and they had so many touches that made you feel right at home. The house had everything we needed and more for our stay. It is so rare to stay at an AirBnB and have the luxury of staying at a hotel (shampoo, body wash, coffee, snacks etc) but that’s what they provide. Highly recommend!

We had such a good time on vacation at this Air BnB. We will definitely be back! Everything was as described and the Westin amenities were great.

I would love to gate keep this place but I will share! Walter was a wonderful host and very responsive. The condo was perfect. Plenty of room for 4 adults and then some. I have been visiting Hilton Head for over 20 years and have rented many places. This one is top 3 for us. The view from the balcony of the ocean was perfect. We spent a great deal of time out there, even during a storm. The walk to the beach was easy and less than 3 minutes. Location is mid-island so everything is very accessible. I cannot recommend Walter’s condo highly enough. We can’t wait to visit again soon.

Well appointed and nicely decorated condo and the view and location were perfect. We sat on the deck many mornings sipping coffee enjoying the bird life and later enjoyed short walks through the garden gate which brought us to a beautiful marina surrounded by restaurants and shops. shops. Charles was a great host and thorough with directions on website. If you find this condo available… book it.

Had a great time at this rental! It met all of our needs and exceeding expectations! very close to beach access and pools. In perfect spot facing the garden area.

We truly enjoyed our stay at villa! Host and Home was very attentive and responsive. They were easy to communicate with and replied quickly. The villa was very clean, and provided beach equipment that made it easy to walk to and enjoy the beach. The short walk to beach was ideal, and having the beach wagon made it even better! One of our favorite amenities was the washer/dryer inside the condo- this made it easy to wash our clothes without having to sit and wait at a shared laundry room. We also enjoyed the pools, game room, and pickle ball court- these were well maintained and provided fun activities when not at the beach. Would book through host and home again!

Mindy & Seth’s place is very cute and a great location with lots of amenities. They provided everything we needed and the bed was extremely comfortable. They were especially quick to respond and very friendly! The kitchen was great for small meals and coffee. Five stars for host responsiveness, clean beds and price. Perfect for solo travelers and couples but would not quite recommend for more than two people, comfortably. Even though there are 4 places to sleep, it was a little crammed for a family and not quite child-friendly (easy to exit the unit/lots of stuff in low drawers & cabinets). There is also very limited space to put belongings so I probably would not recommend for a family traveling with luggage, car seats/strollers, other bigger items. Suitable and recommended for light packers! Appropriately priced for space. Thank you Seth & Mindy for your hospitality! : )
