I highly recommend Sheri’s cozy cottage. It’s in a great neighborhood, pet friendly, great accommodations, quiet, and Sheri was an amazing host. She goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. I was very impressed that she left snacks, blankets, and bowls for my pups. I will definitely book with her again! Also, the location is close to the Rose District which is in the heart of Broken Arrow. Great for “Foodies!”

Booked Adam and Kara's place on very short notice and the house was perfect and ready to go, no problem. We stayed with our two kiddos and it was convenient, easy, and comfortable. The home was exactly as described and the access to the laundry room was especially helpful. The water pressure and temperature was great throughout the house. Coffee maker was also a huge bonus. The YouTube video they provided was a big help to learn how to use the machine. Will definitely be back!

We had a great stay. There were lots of things provided for kids that we didn’t expect or even think about. There is a park in walking distance for kids to play. I felt like this was a great place to stay for a family with young children. Very updated, clean, and made you feel at home. We will definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area.

Our stay was fantastic! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our kids loved the foosball table and bunk room! We had a great stay! The home was spacious and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable with plush linens. There was plenty of room to spread out, or come together in the great room. The Host was responsive and friendly. We were able to arrange a late check out so as not to have to drag our luggage around since we had an evening flight out of town. Check in and access was easy. We'll definitely stay again! Thank you!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean, and I felt at home. The backyard was spacious with great green space and lots of trees. Check-in was very easy.

My siblings and our kids (group of 12) came to town from all over the country for a family event. Thomas was extremely communicative AND gracious. We needed all the beds and air mattresses. When it turned out that two air mattresses had leaks, he was quick to replace them before bedtime. The large living room & ginormous couch was an awesome place for us all to hang out and catch up at the end of each day. There was an unusual snow storm in Tulsa just before we arrived and remained in frigid temperatures (also v unusual). The house stayed warm & cozy throughout. We were conveniently located to where we needed to be in Broken Arrow. A great trip.

Our stay at dawn’s house was incredible! The house is spacious and perfect for large families. It had everything we needed, and the surrounding scenery was absolutely beautiful. Plenty of room and beds for everyone to relax and enjoy. It’s the ideal place for a family getaway, and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
