Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay! We are in our early 70's and appreciated the spacious walk in shower with grab bars. Generous breakfasts with yogurt, fresh fruits and vegetables, croissants, hard boiled eggs, and OJ. We ate outside every morning. It is on a busy road but very little road noise. You can hear them playing Reveille every morning at 8am at the marine base but you have to listen for it! We elected to drive to a different beach every day that has bathrooms so never tried to walk to "their" beach. They do provide beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, bikes, boats, beach towels, and a clothes line to hang your wet bathing suits. The Safeway across the street is super convenient. Comfortable bed, AC works great, good lighting, lots of hangers in the closet. Definitely recommend and hope to stay here again next year!

We had a long flight and were having a hard time finding a store to get distilled water for my oxygen machine and were tired and frustrated at the problem with parking in the area and she actually walked to a store a purchased it for us. Also because I got sick at the end of our trip we were supposed to be out by 11 am but our flight wasn’t till 6pm so we wanted to just hang out at place and she actually offered us I night free if we needed it which I thought was wonderful we didn’t accept cause would have had to change flights but we didn’t leave till around 1:30 no charge she was a wonderful host

We spent about a week in this lovely modern apartment in Waikiki. We loved it, and would happily rent this place again. The pictures give a pretty accurate view of what is in store for you, so we will not dwell on appearance. We will mention a few things may not be obvious from the description: * The sliding glass doors to the lanai open so that most of the condo is open to the outside – we found that quite wonderful. * Because this condo is on the 11th floor, it is high enough that the noise and bustle of Waikiki is muted. * The bedroom area has full-size floor to ceiling shades (electrically operated, of course) that enable the bedroom area to be visually isolated from the rest of the apartment. * The ‘grill’ at the adjacent Outrigger Resort (143 feet away according to Google Maps, but not including vertical) had good food and local musician’s playing every night (you’ll generally need a reservations)… * Slightly farther away – at the next hotel beyond the Outrigger – we found the

I cannot say enough about Jo and her peace of paradise. Jo welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The tiniest touches were thought of, from coffee (with cream/sugar), snacks, even q-tips! My husband and I were super hosts ourselves (until we sold our property) and some of the touches that Jo had in her home were even more than we had ever thought of/offered at our place; but will add in any future properties we buy. The views were breathtaking and the property was well cared for and we felt perfectly safe and comfortable. Thank you Jo, for going above and beyond to show amazing hospitality!

Honestly probably the best place to stay in Waikiki. The view was stunning and the beach was a 2 minute walk. You're also kind of away from all the craziness of downtown which is exactly what I was looking for. Super easy to check in Francisco was proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

This was a perfect location for us. Downtown Waikiki was easy to walk to, but being on the east end also allowed us to get out of town easily to explore other areas like the North Shore.

Mike and Nicky were very nice and accommodating. They provided clear instructions and helpful tips about local restaurants. The home was very clean and has all you would need for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend and stay again!

The Ko Olina condo was spacious, peaceful and located in the most beautiful beachfront setting. You had views of the ocean from every room including both bedrooms. The kitchen was very functional with upgraded appliances, dishes and appurtenances. The grounds of the condo were wonderful with swimming pools, hot tubs, barbecues, and a large koi pond. Outside the gated facility was a walkway leading in both directions to other beachfront hotels and restaurants or to the private lagoon straight ahead. You will be hard pressed to find a nicer condo on the island of Oahu!

Excellent location, right in the Ilikai hotel, easy access to the beach and 5 min away from Ala Moana shopping center. Sunset from the balcony is wonderful. However, some of the utensils are not clean, possibly because no one cooks here lol.

Beautiful home with ample amenities. The resort had many activities and the host provided beach necessities we couldn’t have brought from home. Cooking and laundry services were great, welcome book and area suggestions were very helpful. A great home base for our busy week all over the island.

This place is a hidden gem. The beach was easily the best we have stayed on in Hawaii. We saw sea turtles swimming near shore and whales in the distance, daily! The unit was clean and just as pictured. They had everything we needed for a fun day at the beach. We also enjoyed exploring the state park north of the unit. The only drawback, and it was minimal, was the traffic in the evening getting to and from the unit.

The Beach Villas at Ko Olina truly was a Place of Joy. The Beach Tower condo was the perfect spot for our family-6 adults, 2 children and 1 infant. It's close to the water so you can hear the waves, but quiet. We enjoyed morning coffee on the lanai & listening to the daily happy hour music. Our SUV's were too large for one of our assigned parking spots. (1 standard, 1 compact). The front desk found us another spot ($25 fee). We packed a toddler bed, double stroller & life jackets, but the condo had what we needed for our infant (pack-n-play, wagon, high chair). We rented a second wagon that had a "sun roof" that allowed us to haul our gear in the condo's wagon while the infant had a place to play and sleep while we were out by the pool or lagoon. We shopped for provisions at the nearby Target and Costco. Island Country Market by ABC is within walking distance and is a great place to pick up a coffee, breakfast sandwich, deli items, liquor and many souvenirs. We'll return!

This Airbnb single handedly made our first trip to Hawaii!! This is the most beautiful Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in and hope to have the opportunity to come back in the future. Worth every $$ and would have stayed longer if I could. A true gem!

We are repeat visitors - says alot!! Love the location, the space, the view...love it all. Wouldnt stay any other place on Oahu or the North Shore. The bungalow had everything we needed, beach chairs were a big plus. William was very responsive with any issue we had.

What can you say about perfection? This place was so beautiful and comfortable! The unit itself was well appointed, quiet, and had all that we needed. The view… jaw dropping. The ocean was just out the door complete with swaying palm trees and cooling breezes. The sound of the surf was the perfect accompaniment to meals and quiet chats. Our host was friendly and helpful, and provided excellent hospitality. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for your welcome and sharing your home with us!

Denice's place was exactly as described and looked just like the listing photos. She and her team were very proactive in providing necessary instructions for check-in and check-out. They were very responsive when we had questions and provided solutions promptly. The unit was set up with a high-chair, a pack-n-play and the twin beds in one of the bedrooms were set up exactly the way I had requested. There were lots of beach toys, chairs, a cooler and snorkeling gear for our use. Neighbors were respectful, quiet and we felt very relaxed having the unit as our home base. One thing to note is that the curtains are not blackout. But who needs sleeping in when you're in such a beautiful place to explore? It was a lovely stay and we will absolutely stay here again!

This home is beautiful and a five minute walk from a beach with clear waters. It is a little remote but if you’re willing to drive a little there are tons of activities in the north shore! Amanda is also a friendly host!

Our experience was above and beyond anything we have encountered before. Our questions were answered promptly. Our requests were considered and accommodated if possible. Alternative solutions were suggested if our requests could be met in a different way. The staff at the Beach Villas were outstanding especially Sherry and Neal. Our special celebration with family was an exceptional and memorable event thanks to Gabriel and the staff at the Beach Villas. We can’t thank you enough!

This condo was AMAZING! It was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The lanai was our favorite part; it looks out over the quiet pool and you can see the lagoon, palm trees, and the Pacific Ocean. Ahhhhhhhhhh. We started and ended each day on the lanai. The hosts were very gracious and met us at the check-in desk, helped unload our bags and took them to the condo on a luggage cart. This was very much appreciated after a long and delayed flight from the mainland. They truly Live Aloha. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed to cook most of our meals, and the beds were very comfortable, especially after a long day exploring O’ahu. The quiet pool and the lagoon pool were perfect for swimming, and the condo is a short walk to the lagoon. The hosts provided beach chairs and beach towels. This was the perfect place for our Hawaiian holiday, and we already miss it.
