Mike and Nicky were very nice and accommodating. They provided clear instructions and helpful tips about local restaurants. The home was very clean and has all you would need for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend and stay again!

The location is great - right by the beach with plenty of restaurants and food trucks to walk to! The place itself has 3 beds (not 2 beds and a pull-out couch) which is a luxury to even find! The hosts were very easy to communicate with and they respond within only seconds or minutes. We had a small issue during our stay which they immediately resolved! Overall, it was such a comfortable and easy process! We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Great location and parking space made day trips with a car much easier to do. Very walkable location and close to the beach. Still a good view of the ocean and surfers, though some obstruction from nearby hotels/apartments. Elevators can get busy, but outside of the “rush hours” mentioned it’s easy to get up and down. Laundry machine located directly on the floor (end of the hallway) was also quick and easy to use.

Great location because we wanted to be away from the crowds. Great starting point for us to be able to get to the places we wanted to see. Loved having our own parking space. Vinny was very helpful and responsive.

The place was for me larger than average and better fit my 4 person family including 2 teenage boys with the extra room and beds. Worth the money with free parking. There was lots to do with a not too busy pool amd hot tub with resort like shower area with sauna, and many places to eat and shop. many activities close by including the beach, zoo, aquarium, zipline, etc. The weather was perfect as the other side of island was colder, rainier and cloudy. I would recommend the Polynesian Cultural Center. The room itself was pretty browns and yellows with a touch of Hawaiin and Chinese decor. The laundry was right outside 1 room away which was nice. The views were great! Highly recommend.

parking was tricky but overall fine if you just need a place to crash and then do everything outside. view from the room was very very nice. beach towel, umbrella was inside the closet. overall very good location. waikiki monarch hotel parking is too costly $45/day so be on the hunt for parking in the street or go to honululu zoo public parking for cheap rates

I had an amazing stay at Matt’s Airbnb! This was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy and I appreciate the thoughtful touches like towels, blankets, toiletries, and more. The location was perfect close to restaurants convenient for transportation and of course 7-Eleven. Communication with Matt was excellent. He was very responsive . I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful stylish convenience places to stay in Honolulu.

Beautiful location close to everything! Beds were very comfortable and shower was nice. Spacious and great views. Would love to go back and stay again!

We spent about a week in this lovely modern apartment in Waikiki. We loved it, and would happily rent this place again. The pictures give a pretty accurate view of what is in store for you, so we will not dwell on appearance. We will mention a few things may not be obvious from the description: * The sliding glass doors to the lanai open so that most of the condo is open to the outside – we found that quite wonderful. * Because this condo is on the 11th floor, it is high enough that the noise and bustle of Waikiki is muted. * The bedroom area has full-size floor to ceiling shades (electrically operated, of course) that enable the bedroom area to be visually isolated from the rest of the apartment. * The ‘grill’ at the adjacent Outrigger Resort (143 feet away according to Google Maps, but not including vertical) had good food and local musician’s playing every night (you’ll generally need a reservations)… * Slightly farther away – at the next hotel beyond the Outrigger – we found the

My husband and I were pleased that we were able to book Janet's condo again; our family was last here in 9/2022. This condo is nicely situated in Waikiki; many popular Waikiki restaurants are within a 5-15 minute walk. The beach is also a short 5-10 minute walk from the condo. Our host provided beach towels and chairs which is a nice perk. There is also a pharmacy and many ABC stores close by. We were able to see some of the fireworks on Friday as well as the fireworks on Sunday from the Honolulu Festival from the condo. At the time of booking, we weren't sure if we were going to rent a car and Janet offered a great parking spot option if we needed it. She provided very clear check in instructions and we appreciate that she was able to accommodate our early arrival due to our flight schedule. Would be happy to stay here again!

The Airbnb location was amazing because it was in a quiet area but walking distance from all the nice restaurants, waikiki, and beaches. The parking was nice to have and easy to get to and from the Airbnb location. I love how the place was pet friendly if you want to travel with a furry friend. Everything was perfect and funny we actually met Janet in the elevator. She was super sweet and friendly. Super accommodating to getting the room ready for us to check in early.

Great location, close to many restaurants and shops. One thing to remember is parking is not provided. Spacious studio with two balconies! There was also a full size fridge outside on top of the mini fridge so you can be well stocked up should you decide to stay longer term than a few days. The A/C was strong, there were shampoo and soap provided, and the check-in was easily. Things to note: Just remember, like it said in the posting, there is no parking provided. If you don't mind, $30 overnight parking is right around the corner from the entrance. The only issue is the payment for parking doesn't guarantee parking once you leave your spot. There are only 14 spaces so it's limited. Overall, I would definitely stay here again! I'm also happy I could bring my cat. Not many AirBnBs allow animals so that was a blessing!

It was near a lot of things , convenient walkable to the beach Nice balcony view of the mountains and the ocean Liked the fact that extra things were provided such as beach chairs etc No complaints

The views from this room are amazing! It’s perfect for two people, it’s quite cozy and peaceful. The whole check in and check out process was on point with no hassle. Place was easy to find, instructions were clear!

The place is amazing. Kitchen was fully stocked. There was an entire closet full of beach and pool items. The porch had amazing views. It was my favorite spot to sit and relax. The grills at the pool worked amazing and the kitchen had all the tools needed for grilling. Place was clean and everything we needed was there. Tons of room and three bathrooms was a huge plus with a large group. Would definitely rent again if I ever make it back to Hawaii. Only complaint thats not really a complaint is dont forget your key card! Everything is locked including the elevator and gate for pool and beach. Never needed to worry about safety. Key card also only worked for your floor.

Great place to stay, highly recommend especially if you have kids. They had all the beach stuff you will need (toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc). They also had a pack n play and a high chair for littles. The resort itself has a great pool and beach access. They let kids feed the fish every morning too which was a fun activity for my 19 month old. Was also really nice being on the ground floor. We could open up the slider and let our little guy run in and out. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect place for our family to spend our Hawaiian vacation. The secluded community that this complex was in was very safe and very quiet. Enjoyed that we were able to roam around the entire community without fear of dealing with homeless encampments like the rest of the island. The condo was perfect for a family of five with very nice amenities. If I was to ask for one thing, it would be more supplies as there was not enough shampoo or toilet paper to suffice a family of five for 10 days.

Denice's place was exactly as described and looked just like the listing photos. She and her team were very proactive in providing necessary instructions for check-in and check-out. They were very responsive when we had questions and provided solutions promptly. The unit was set up with a high-chair, a pack-n-play and the twin beds in one of the bedrooms were set up exactly the way I had requested. There were lots of beach toys, chairs, a cooler and snorkeling gear for our use. Neighbors were respectful, quiet and we felt very relaxed having the unit as our home base. One thing to note is that the curtains are not blackout. But who needs sleeping in when you're in such a beautiful place to explore? It was a lovely stay and we will absolutely stay here again!

Excellent location, right in the Ilikai hotel, easy access to the beach and 5 min away from Ala Moana shopping center. Sunset from the balcony is wonderful. However, some of the utensils are not clean, possibly because no one cooks here lol.

Our family of 5 (3 teens) had a wonderful time at Sabrina's place! It was a perfect homebase for our vacation- whether heading out to some of the touristy spots on other areas of the island or spending days at the local beaches. The area is beautiful and safe- a 10-minute walk to the Turtle Bay Resort & Kuilima Cove. The home was clean, bright & cheery and well-equipped with everything you would need to prepare your family meals and a day at the beach. We really appreciated all the pans, utensils, appliances - toaster, coffee makers, blender, etc.- and the beach items- wagon, chairs, towels, umbrellas & one snorkel set. If we visit Oahu again, we would love to stay here!!

This was by far one of the best air B&B’s I’ve stayed at, and the host was amazing with everything from instructions & even texting several times to let us know of events happening in the area we may want to check out.

Our experience was above and beyond anything we have encountered before. Our questions were answered promptly. Our requests were considered and accommodated if possible. Alternative solutions were suggested if our requests could be met in a different way. The staff at the Beach Villas were outstanding especially Sherry and Neal. Our special celebration with family was an exceptional and memorable event thanks to Gabriel and the staff at the Beach Villas. We can’t thank you enough!
