We had a fabulous stay at Pinki’s cabin! The sunsets were AMAZING and the tranquility of the location something special. Great place from which to explore Karekare and piha as well as just relax on the deck. The cabin was perfectly set up for 2 people. Outdoor shower a real plus too. Only thing I would do differently next time would be to bring some mosquito coils and/or plug-in diffuser to help keep the bugs out of the cabin in the evening. And, if the weather is forecasted to be warm overnight, an electric fan. We would highly recommend Pinki’s place for your next stay!

This honestly has been my very best BnB experience. Stunning location, beautifully positioned, warm cozy accommodation, great outdoor area and incredible views. Hosts were like friends I’d not met before. They showed and detailed the area from a locals perspective. So tentative and genuine. I’ll definitely be returning…

This place was so much more beautiful than expected. Adele made everything so comfortable and exceeded expectations, making us lots of goodies upon arrival and preparing the hot tub so it was warm for us. The place itself is so perfect, gorgeous views and modern feel whilst still feeling natural and peaceful. We only stayed for a weekend but could’ve easily spent a week and still wouldn’t have felt long enough. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you so so much Adele ☺️

We wanted a pretty, peaceful and relaxing place to stay and this was perfect. Spotlessly clean, really comfortable bed, deliciously relaxing hot tub….. everything you could need was catered for. Waking up to magpies warbling , cattle mooing , and the stream babbling in the background was delightful. The off grid electrics and fire heated hot tub were all easy to operate. Thank you Vivian, Barry and family for a wonderful stay at your beautiful piece of paradise ! We would love to visit again and have recommended you to our friends and family .

Wow! Wendy’s place is pretty incredible. Such breathtaking views from every door/window. Really comfy beds and everything you could need for a short stay. Will most likely be back soon :)

Great little spot and fantastic that we could bring our dog. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Full sky tv was a novelty and much appreciated. Great escape from the rat race.

What a beautiful spot! For anyone in Auckland looking for an escape for a night I couldn’t recommend this spot more, and for anyone travelling from far and wide you won’t get a better sunset then this! Beautiful surroundings , an AMAZING bed ( best we have stayed in ) and a beautiful bathroom and area. All around 10/10! Will be back for a massage for sure. So peaceful day and night and some of the brightest stars you will be. Couldn’t recommend more 😊

Maybe one of the best views in the area, The location is really good. You don't really notice the road because you can't see it and it is below you. You are lined up with the public roadside overview, which also doesn't intrude on the space, it's private, but it means you have an amazing view. indoor outdoor living, I really liked it, but am used to cabin living. It's a bach, a bit quirky. You cook outdoors, which could be challenging if it were raining. Altogether I found it to be a very pleasant place.

A real highlight of our trip to NZ - we are so impressed and inspired by Lee & Terry’s fabulous taste and care of Pau Hana. We felt truly relaxed and taken care of in this space.

This place suited us perfectly with rustic and meditative charm. We valued the tranquil private location along with great communication with Saskia. amazing outdoor shower with comfortable bed and warm cozy lounge by the fire. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Nicky provided great communication leading up to the stay, which was very helpful. An invite to check in earlier and check out later was offered, which was very generous. The cabin was as described - comfortable, compact, but well designed; a generous kitchen with everything you'd need, awesome hot water pressure in the shower, and a fab view overlooking the water and nearby vineyards. Location was very handy to beaches, vineyards and local walks. Otherwise, thanks for sharing your property with use. Loved our time on the island.

I had the most beautiful weekend at Craig’s cabin. I was travelling solo and Craig and Rachael were so welcoming from the second I arrived, it felt like coming home! Everything was perfect - the most charming cabin, a gorgeous outdoor shower, a fridge stocked with breakfast and coffee, with a view you’ll remember forever.. all seconds away from the most idyllic beach! Close to everything you could want and the bus right out front..although I did find myself not wanting to be too far away from the company of Craig and Rach! Thank you Craig! The cabin feels like a total act of love and it’s a gift to be able to step into your wonderful awe-filled beach-side world.

Nice place for 1 or 2 days, very well located and equiped. Just parking could be a challenge, and long stairs to walk up to the cabin too. I loved the hammocks , they were great!!

Wonderful stay in the cabin, clean and comfortable. Walkable to Oneroa village and vineyards as well as the ferry wharf, great location with bus stop also close by. Would recommend for a weekend on the island.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friends and family while visiting Auckland.

Such a nice set-up in easy walking distance of the ferry and Oneroa. Very clean, very comfortable and so peaceful sitting on the hammocks on the deck!
