Great Airbnb in a beautiful location close to many interesring places but far from any human being

We had never been to Sapphire Springs before and were lucky to find availability for two nights at the end of our holiday. The facilities were excellent, my daughter loved the play equipment, trampoline and mini golf, and the pools and bush walks were fabulous. One thing we noticed was how happy and friendly all the staff were. It really makes a difference to the experience when the staff are like that. We’ll definitely be back!

We just loved this place. Our little family had the most wonderful time here. We loved being surrounded by nature and waking up to the sounds of the birds. The outside bath was such a treat. We will definitely be back!

Great little stay in a beautiful property. Very spacious with lots of room! Loved the spa 😍 Quite close in proximity to house, but their space is at the other end so it’s the garage between you and we still felt private

Just loved this place. The autumn made it such a beautiful place with light fog, the animals and Mt Te Aroha. What wonderful hosts that made us feel so welcome.

Had a great stay at Jason's place, Jason and his dad were very friendly and helpful with any queries and made us feel welcome. We really appreciated the bikes and enjoyed riding around the town. The cabin was cosy and very well equipped. We would love to return

Soooo schön! Eine besondere Unterkunft,  so viele liebevolle Details. Die Fotos geben gar nicht wieder,  wie phantastisch diese Unterkunft ist! Durch die vielen kleinen Gebäude fühlt man sich wie in ein kleines Märchenland versetzt. Besonders gut hat uns das Badezimmer gefallen,  es ist eine kleine Wellness-Oase! Die Küche ist mit hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet. Man muss sich auf ein kleines Abenteuer einlassen. Leider konnten wir nicht länger bleiben, aber wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Die Kommunikation vorab war etwas holprig.

A lovely spot overlooking nature. I had a restful night and everything that I needed for my quick trip.

Gail is a friendly and engaging host. We had a lovely stay in Gail’s well equipped and relaxing cabin. We enjoyed the company of Gail’s two dogs, Chloe and Jess. The Whiritoa beach is a lovely spot and just a short distance from the cabin. Lovely general store with tasty takeaways. Highly recommended. Evan & Lizzy

We feel so grateful to have stayed at Heather's Airbnb. Heather put so much care into our stay. Such a wonderful spot while we celebrated our friends. Lovely charming studio accommodation, nice decor, well appointed, offered everything we needed in a peaceful garden location that was like a piece of paradise. Hosts were very friendly& responsive. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent value & would highly recommend.

The Airbnb sits on the top of a hill by itself overlooking the farm, and has a wicked view of Tauranga Moana and Mayor Island - so beautiful! The layout was open, but private and we enjoyed the indoor/outdoor flow. The trek down to the river was so worth it, and we got to spend a few hours by the river, just enjoying nature and sounds of the water and birdsong, which we had all to ourselves. The sky was so clear that night, so we enjoyed the outdoor fire while watching the stars. This was a top 5 place for us and we hope to be back at some stage. Thank you Matthew and whanau for being so accommodating and friendly - we appreciate the hard work it took to make such a beautiful Airbnb :)

Looking for good value for money, I found Glen's place and opted to stay here at the beginning of the week solo and then returned at the end of the week with my husband, as we were supporting our son's rowing club at Maadi, Lake Karapiro. I was wanting to feel safe in a suburban part of town while travelling solo. This I did, with a secure roof over my head. Enjoyed a wee adventure to the Blue Spring/Te Waihou Walkway(Leslie Rd) also. Many thanks for your hospitality Glen!

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft in einer Ferienanlage. Sehr ruhig und herrlich zum Entspannen und Abschalten. Man kann kochen und muss nicht nur auf die Mikrowelle zurückgreifen. Sehr interessante Dusche :) Mit den zahlreichen Decken im Bett hatten wir so unsere Probleme und die Matratze war für unsere Bedürfnisse zu weich. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

We loved our stay! It was quiet, cozy and cute. There were many thoughtful details that made our stay feel homey (even when we were checking out!). Philip was friendly and communicative, and very helpful in making local recommendations. We would recommend this stay to anyone visiting New Zealand 😊
