Robyn’s place is quiet, well equipped, and she was very responsive to our needs. We especially appreciated the books and videos. Each morning we awoke to a lovely view of the water off the deck. Couldn’t have been happier with the rental.

This flat is the perfect retreat for those seeking both inspiration and grounding in an unparalleled setting. My mother and I needed a quiet place to rest and recharge; this home overlooking the garden and sea was truly extraordinary. The apartment, with its bay windows, is perfect—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. We spent our days marvelling at the lush garden, chatting in the spa or gazing out at the open sea—watching surfers and letting the rhythmic crash of the waves lull us into deep relaxation. I can't stress enough how magical the garden is—every corner is bursting with life, from vibrant flowers to fruit trees, herbs, and vegetables. We cooked with the windows wide open, letting in the fresh air and ocean breeze, and dining outside, immersed in the scents and sounds of nature. Julls and the team were fantastic—warm, welcoming, and attentive. Just a few minutes from world-class surf and fifteen minutes from Raglan, this home is a true oasis, radiating love and care.

Great place to stay in Raglan overlooking the estuary. A short walk to the left is the wharf and just as close to the right is Raglan township. Lovely new and modern studio room next door to the owner. The owner, Marek booked a table at a local restaurant for us and was a good source of all things Raglan. Would definitely stay again:)

We had an amazing stay at Joe’s place! Exactly as described, although I would say the mattress is MORE comfortable than he lets on in the description haha The place is quiet and peaceful, perfect if you’re looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of Raglan. Great views of Manu Bay and Ngarunui from the back deck/balcony, if you’re looking to check the surf. The path down to Ngarunui is beautiful and well maintained. Limited service/ WiFi, but who cares because we were not in Raglan to stay inside and sit on our phones. Joe was an amazing and gracious host! Don’t be put off by the descriptions/ rules listed, he was very accommodating and the place had everything we needed. We could’ve stayed and talked with Joe for days!

We had a very pleasant stay at this location. Gabrielle and her husband were easily reachable and very accommodating. It's an ideal spot to unwind, especially after a flight or before heading to the airport, which is just a 45-minute drive away. The property is located right by the sea, which is a lovely feature. The interior is very clean, modern, and well-maintained. Highly recommended for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

We had a group of six and this property was spacious and lovely. The furnishings were all of great quality, all of the group commenting on how comfortable the beds were. The view is simply stunning, and if you don't have a reason to head out you could spend hours looking out to the water while catch up with family - which is exactly what we did. Highly recommended. We will be back!

I had a great stay at Kathryn’s place! There was good communication and the milk delivery was a nice surprise :) Will definitely be looking at this accommodation again for future trips to Raglan!

The cottage was exactly what we were hoping for. Close to trails, beaches, and town. Karin is very friendly and accommodating. Top notch hospitality. Visits from Georgie were the cherry on top. 100% recommend and would be delighted to stay here again. Mahalo nui Karin for a wonderful birthday stay :)

We just loved this place! It’s really homely and welcoming. The view from the deck is unbelievable. Our kids really enjoyed staying here and it feels really safe.

Our stay in Raglan couldn't have been better! The house was perfect, it was a bit old and quirky but we loved that! It was spacious yet cosy and clean, and the hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. The view from the balcony is fabulous. Would definitely recommend and come back!

We felt completely at home at Louise and Mario’s Bay View Beach Retreat! The house was beautifully and tastefully furnished—so cozy and inviting. Everything we could possibly need was there, from yoga mats to a cooler for the beach. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, allowing our daughter to bake her favorite cookies for her birthday. A special highlight was the selection of local treats that Louise and Mario provided. We loved them so much that we stocked up on delicious Raglan Roast coffee and sourdough bread for the rest of our journey. The location, the stunning water views—everything was simply perfect. We left feeling completely refreshed and truly grateful. Thank you both so much! We also hope we sorted and disposed of the rubbish correctly! 😉 We really would have liked to stay for much longer… hopefully next time!! 😉

The accommodation is 11/10 with a 6 star rating for everything one needs for an escape. Modern, minimalist really private in a bustling area. We loved our stay and will return again. Thanks to Denise. Excellent comms and a few personal touches.

Wow! What a spot! We had a very warm welcome from Denise on arrival. The Wharf apartment is exceedingly comfortable with a very well appointed kitchen, a lovely little sheltered courtyard, super comfortable bed and exceptional attention to detail throughout. Loved the history of the building and great staying in such a unique place. Beautiful leather shop and pottery studio opposite. The fish and chips on the Wharf were recommended by Denise and they didn’t disappoint! Raglan a super little town with lots of lovely cafe and arty, vintage, crafty shops. Enjoyed time out on the surf beaches watching the action on the water as well as a kayak trip on the harbour. Although on the ground floor Wharf Apartment may not have the harbour views of some of the other apartments in the Silos but you have the benefit of popping out the courtyard and within a few steps you can sit by the pier and watch the sunset! Magic spot! Excellent apartment……could have stayed much much longer!

Denise was welcoming and a good communicator before and during our stay. The weather was against us but we enjoyed the comfortable, well positioned apartment.

Home away from home. Very comfortable and modern townhouse. Karen & George were excellent hosts. They had thought of the little details to make our stay so comfortable such as yummy home made granola and home made jam. There were beach towels provided which was very much appreciated when we decided to go for an impromptu swim. The location is awesome. 2 minute walk into the Main Street of Raglan. There is little need to use a vehicle when staying there unless you want to explore further afield. Happy that an Apple TV allowed us to watch the NRL games that we enjoy The outside deck was very private and is a perfect place for a morning coffee or an afternoon gin. Parking was easy and Karen was lovely to deal with and communicated well with us. Definitely will book again with Karen & George next time we are Raglan
