Julls is simply amazing. The communication with Julls was very good and she helped us with everything we asked. The house was perfect and answered all the needs we had as a family. Julls supported our staying and really did the beyond for us. Definitely a place to come back to. Great view, close to Raglan, and a few nice beaches. Also recommended is to pass the turn to the lodge and see the beautiful lookout 12 min away from the house (te toto gorge lookout) Julls you are the best we love you and appreciate all you did for us. Gorgeous views.  Convenient location. And spotless!   Phil’s place is simply fantastic.  The waterfront home looks out to the Opotoru River estuary, which is an intertidal/coast plain estuary. There is an abundance of birdlife to observe. There is a pleasant walking trail along the bay, accessible from the backyard. My daughter and I were lucky to have a clear night with a new moon.  Even with some ambient light, we could see the Milky Way and the Large Magellanic Cloud (LMC) with naked eyes from the comfort of lounge chairs on the deck.  To describe it a starry night would be an understatement. The place located conveniently between Raglan and the surfing spot at Ngarunui Beach. This is a new house in a new development.  It’s a thoughtfully designed, comfortable home with simple but beautiful spaces facilitating indoor/outdoor living.  The host was very accommodating, prompt, and clear in communication.

Rurus nest was a stunning tiny home with beautiful finishings. The space was gorgeous, the bed was comfy & the Outlook from the deck was exactly what we needed. Nikki was so helpful and lovely, we had the best stay!

A taste of Tuscany in Newstead is all we can say!! Great indoor outdoor flow with all the amenities to keep people active and engaged. The tennis court provided entertainment and controversy while the spa and pool provided relaxation and ambiance. The complementary bubbles received on arrival was well needed after a long trip with a talkative passenger. Great entertainment facilities and loved the touch of country surroundings, would stay again.

We had a great holiday in Raglan, and the accommodation was fantastic. It was setup well with everything we could realistically expect to be included. The bunk room was well loved by the kids and each bunk was a king single, so even the big kids were happy. The two main bedrooms were very large with a nice queen bed. Two showers and two toilets were a luxury! Huge TV and WiFi helped with down time. There's a nice BBQ too. The house is very well appointed with quality fittings, so it feels like a premium stay.

We loved our stay! The thoughtful touches like fresh fruit and chocolate made us feel so welcome, and the peace and quiet was ideal. The space was spotless and well set up, with desks in each room - perfect for me to catch up on work! Would definitely recommend!

Wow, what a stunning place. So quiet and tranquil. instructions were very detailed. Home baking on the table was delicious. lovely to lie in bed watching the stunning view. Perfect place to go to chill and reset. Thank you for your hospitality. Highly recommended Airbnb property.

Having stayed at a B&B the night before, we were wishing to stay on one more night somewhere more quiet and more us. Unable to use a booking service we normally do, due to their website undoing maintenance, I soon spotted cozy cabin. We were not disappointed at all. Quick response to booking request, welcome arrival after a long day in the bush hiking. Clean, tidy, nice use of recycling timber for building this beautiful cabin. Loved outdoor bath, could have slept in that! Being so new, still had a lot of privacy screening to provide by the lovely trees planted for screening. Great outdoor facilities, camp fire, sitting area, BBQ. Little bit of noise from the close main road was the one and only down side. Overall great experience. Thank you Mandy.

This place was so much more beautiful than expected. Adele made everything so comfortable and exceeded expectations, making us lots of goodies upon arrival and preparing the hot tub so it was warm for us. The place itself is so perfect, gorgeous views and modern feel whilst still feeling natural and peaceful. We only stayed for a weekend but could’ve easily spent a week and still wouldn’t have felt long enough. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you so so much Adele ☺️

At one of Raglan's busiest times, we were fortunate enough to find this lovely oasis. Stuart sent us a great video showing exactly what to expect, and the communication was great. We sat out under the stars in the evening listening to the birds, and it was lovely to wake up there in the mornings. We took the tracks along the back of the property, visited a recommended cafe, and then walked to the beach. We hope to visit again sometime.

Beautiful spot. Secluded and quiet yet only a few minutes drive to Raglan. Would most definitely stay again 😊
