Stayed for 18 nights, Fantastic place to stay short or long term. Personally my long term stay was perfect. They gave me a off street car park for my work UTE, it has its own access to the unit/room so you can come and go as you please. little kitchenet for cooking, a very big bathroom and a open plan living area. WIFI was super fast and a nice heat pump for heating or cooling. The area was definitely in more of a up market area which makes it feel very safe. It was only a 10min walk to a big Westfield mall or 2 mins by car. Would 100 percent stay again.

We had a fantastic time, wish we could have stayed longer. Vicki was really helpful and flexible. The house is in a great location, with and large deck with wonderful views, it was spotless and had everything you could possibly need (including bits you might forget). Vicki was great at providing items to help us travel with baby like baby bath and cot. Would highly recommend.

Primo location and facilities - motorbike friendly; wonderful hosts - responsive and friendly. Enjoyed our conversations!

We had a great stay at Chris’s place. Felt very welcomed with Chris providing delicious muffins and some breakfast food for us. Would highly recommend.

What a beautiful location! I now want to move into the countryside and have a beautiful house and garden. We really enjoyed our stay and found Harriet both helpful and friendly. Would stay again.

Caroline and Paul are very friendly and enjoy hosting. They take excellent care of their property. Caroline gave us seasonal peaches and passion fruit from their trees. The granola was excellent. Really nice shower with hot water. Loved sitting on the deck at night enjoying the sky and night sounds

Dave and Sarah’s place is absolutely magical. Their care and craftsmanship is present in so many details, from the fireplace to the wall of windows that open completely to the jungle. We loved waking up to the jungle view and fresh cappuccinos from the espresso machine in the kitchen. Dave and Sarah were delightful hosts who provided wonderful recommendations and a warm welcome into their home.

We stayed here for a month as were moving to the local area - we couldn't have picked a better Air B and B!! Ruth and Regan were the most amazing hosts. The location is idyllic, close enough to everything you need a short but calm and beautiful surroundings. It is well equipped, clean and spacious. Ruth and Regan checked in regularly with us to make sure all was okay and to answer any questions we had about the place or the local area, and are super friendly and gracious hosts. They were also very accommodating with allowing us to stay with 2 pets that had travelled from the UK with us. Having morning coffee outside whilst listening to the zoo animals nearby is such a treat! We will recommend to any friends and family that visit us. A perfect place to stay when exploring Hamilton and the Waikato region!

We loved our stay at Rowena’s, such a convenient and lovely little spot tucked away near town. The studio was so lovely to be in, warm and inviting with beautiful styling. Their cat was very friendly, we got a snuggle from it and felt right at home. The place was so nice we ditched our dinner plans to enjoy some pizza and wine on the deck in the evening. We were here to celebrate 18 years marriage. What really lovely place & people. Nicole made her self available if we needed her. And gave recommendations to restaurants. Otherwise left us to enjoy her property. (Hope our 2 man karaoking did not wake them lol) Hubby also enjoyed the the webber. The bath was magic! Nothing like soaking in nature. It has a very spiritual feel to the place.

Beautifully presented retro studio, ideal for what my partner & I needed. Short walk to shops, cafe with a park just across. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

This is a beautiful accommodation in a lovely location surrounded by grass & trees. We had been traveling for a couple of weeks so this was a fantastic place to be still & relax for a couple of evenings. The comfortable covered deck doubles the living space. It also had one of the best-equipped kitchens I've had at an Airbnb, which allowed us to stay in for a couple of evenings. It is located about 5km outside of town so you just need to be aware of that, but it is really easy to get into town center. Lucy was responsive & provided perfect directions.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Wohnung liegt idyllisch und ruhig, aber man ist mit dem Auto ganz schnell in der City oder noch schneller am Strand. Alles ist genauso toll wie auf den Bildern ♡ Wir eine Perle sucht, wird hier fündig.

We loved our stay in this Tree Top Studio. The spa was a lovely bonus to a wonderfully decorated Airbnb with lots of green scenery. A true paradise.

An absolutely wonderful stay! Beautiful area, private setting, and a great location to access everything Hamilton has to offer. If you want a quiet and peaceful stay in the Hamilton area and friendly hosts, I would highly recommend this stay!

This place is a delight, Trevor and Lynda clearly love hosting people as they have thought of everything that you might need. The accommodation is to a very high quality, and the grounds are magnificent. We loved meeting Billie and Toby too, they bring pure joy to the stay.

Richard’s place was modern but also homey. We loved all the kitchen tools so we could cook meals and relax on the back garden area. The bedrooms and bathrooms were so comfortable and the towels and linens were luxurious. This was our final stop on our two month visit to NZ and we could not have had a better location for the Hobbiton and Glow worm tours. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in The Shed! It was a comfortable size for the 2 of us; stylishly decorated; thoughtfully equipped; and beautifully clean. We were able to prepare simple meals; the bed was comfortable; it had a nice shower; and a heatpump for cooling/heating. You have privacy; and the area is quiet.

Had a great stay. It’s close to all kinds of things to do. Erena even had some snacks and drinks for us. She was willing to allow us to keep our bags there the last day while we did some final sight seeing. Very nice place and I recommend it to anyone staying in Hamilton!
