This is our family’s third stay at Charlotte’s and we hope it won’t be our last! Our family feels very comfortable staying here and can’t rave about it enough. There is everything you need, it’s a great location and Charlotte is amazing as a host and communicator. We are so grateful that Charlotte has had us back time and again.

Absolutely amazing location amongst rolling farmland. Beautiful, private beach within walking distance, no light pollution equaling breathtaking stars and for the nerds out there - Weathertop from Lord of the Rings is nearby! The house has everything you’d need, including one super soft bed and one super firm bed, satisfying both kinds of picky sleepers. The hosts were very friendly and responsive while also allowing us privacy - if you’re looking for peace and solitude, this property is it! There is zero cell phone coverage in this area but the WiFi worked perfect. We will definitely be back!

House was better than we expected. Very spacious, especially the lounge. Warm too - no electric blankets on the beds however we were plenty warm enough without them. June stay and we didn't even need to put the heat pump on! Nice back yard and good table on the deck to enjoy the sunshine. Kitchen is very well equipped, you would be able to cook anything you wanted. Recommendations in the House book were very much appreciated especially La la cafe - the hot chocolates and cakes were AMAZING! Thank you for contacting us re the left behind item - much appreciated. We are so happy with our stay! ☺️ Such a beautiful and wonderful space and atmosphere. Very spacious and we had an awesome time and made lots of great memories there! The sleep out is right next to the main road so could get a little noisy but other than that we had an excellent stay! We especially enjoyed the beautiful lounge area with the big windows - stunning views! We look forward to coming back someday for sure.

Great place for a family to stay. Beautifully presented & hassle free check in, made our weekend stressless. Added bonus of a kayak & paddle board kept the kids entertained all day. Highly recommend

I was part of a wedding party for days-long wedding festivities up the road and Jeremy and Rae's Tiny House was the perfect retreat from the chaos – as well as a blissful place for us to do hair and makeup looking out over the peaceful paddocks! Jeremy and Rae are super lovely, helpful and friendly and I really appreciated the little extras – from chocolate biscuits in a tin, to bringing coffee while we were getting ready for the wedding. Highly recommend The Tiny House for a rural escape that's not too far from AK City!

My family very much enjoyed our night at Rachael's place. The kids spent hours in the pool and we had a bbq in the lovely outdoor space. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. My bed was comfy with nice bed linen etc. I especially enjoyed using the beautiful bathtub. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. We'd be happy to stay there again

We absolutely loved this place. The patio views are way better in real life than in the photos plus we had perfectly clear skies to watch the stars from the hot tub. We spent most of our time in town or on the patio and enjoyed the views day and night. Even though it’s near town and the owners live upstairs, we felt like it was really private. We had 2 adults and 2 kids 14 and 16 years old and there was enough chairs and space for all of us. The toilet and the shower are separate which makes sharing one bathroom easier. We also loved having access to the paddle boards and kayaks, we just didn’t have enough time to use them. It’s worth noting that one of the bedrooms is attached to the living room and the kitchen isn’t a full kitchen. This didn’t bother us one bit as we spent most of our time outside and eating out but is worth knowing for planning purposes. We will 100% stay again the next time we visit raglan. The house was quirky but perfectly lovely for family times with a view

A taste of Tuscany in Newstead is all we can say!! Great indoor outdoor flow with all the amenities to keep people active and engaged. The tennis court provided entertainment and controversy while the spa and pool provided relaxation and ambiance. The complementary bubbles received on arrival was well needed after a long trip with a talkative passenger. Great entertainment facilities and loved the touch of country surroundings, would stay again.

An absolutely wonderful stay! Beautiful area, private setting, and a great location to access everything Hamilton has to offer. If you want a quiet and peaceful stay in the Hamilton area and friendly hosts, I would highly recommend this stay!

Exceeds expectations and all the comforts of home. I settled in and loved my time at Cosy Cottage. I highly recommend it; especially if you love the beautiful countryside and scenic vistas.

I had a fantastic one-night stay at this Airbnb! Mel was incredibly welcoming, providing clear instructions, and very courteous. The space was clean, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I would absolutely stay at this tiny home again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway!

Simple but a serene place to stay, lovely place if you have dogs, heaps of area to play around it.

Eloise’s place was perfectly located for our needs. Everything we needed was either a short walk or less than 5 minute drive away. The accommodation was comfortable with enough space for two people to spread out.

We had a comfortable 4 nights at Steve’s place. Enjoyed the lake views and garden, kitchen was well equipped and ease of access to the lake.

Such a beautiful gem just a few minutes away from Raglan. I’d definitely book again! Thanks Sarah and super gentle Wilco for hosting us, we loved our stay!

Loved the bungalow - it took you back in time with the leadlights but reminded you with all the modern amenities that you were still in the 21st century. It was so close to Claudelands to take a walk to the Zuru night glow and it seemed like everything else was only 10mins away. Thank you for having us and answering all the questions. We had the best time would absolutely visit again.

Over our two week stay and mutliple AirBnbs, this property was by far everyone's favorite. Unique is an understatement as none of us had ever stayed in a property like this. The location was terrific as we were able to walk into town as well as down to the wharf. We loved how each living space was separate offering alone/quiet time or communal/family time in the main space. The sea breeze felt amazing coming through the windows, the deck was spacious, and the outdoor shower was quite the highlight. We have already recommended this to friends in Auckland as this would be great for families or small friend gatherings looking for a slow vacation and digital detox. We appreciated that there were no TVs and if you want WiFi, you have to be in living room area (no WiFi in bedrooms... I assume by design). Great place.
