Such a lovely place to stay. Lynne was very helpful and accomodating for a helpful and smooth check in, we were welcomed and shown everything. Local cafes and eateries were displayed on a printout (very helpful). Very clean, lovely space and ver central to walk anywhere you needed in town. Would deffinately recomend to friends and would stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had another great stay at this little hidden gem. This was our second time staying at Wayne and Kim’s little apartment and we were not disappointed. It was super super clean, well presented and full of little surprises . . . A bowl of fresh fruit, several different flavours of coffee pods and a bathroom drawer full of essentials were just a few of the personal touches that awaits you . . . A secluded spot with a really comfy bed . . . We couldn’t ask for more . . . 110% recommended

We've stayed here a few times and that itself speaks volumes. Affordable, conveniently located and in a lovely safe feeling neighbourhood. The room is spacious, always immaculately clean and fresh, and with a fabulous firm and comfortable bed, which is something one doesn't always get. Glori is a very responsive and charming hostess. Top notch accommodation and highly recommended.

Super super clean - lovely kitchen with everything you need - lovely soft beds and special little treat of some wine and chocolates Perfect for our needs and Chris and Kathryn were always super quick when we asked a question !

Had a great stay here. The kitchen was well stocked with basic supplies, close to bus stops and local parks. I recommend this stay.

A beautiful well-proportioned studio on the top floor, with lift access. Peaceful, clean and well equipped. Lovely haven for 4 night stay in Hamilton. Easy walking to shops & restaurants. Off street protected parking appreciated for downtown location.

We used this beautiful house for our wedding and it could not have been more perfect !! You could not get a better location. The house was perfect for us all and extremely well equipped. We had the best time and being close to all local amenities made it easy to access. Would highly recommend and next time we are in NZ will most defiantly use again x

What a beautiful home, everything about it to the community it’s surrounded by is so safe and feels just home especially being away from Home. Everything we needed was right at home and such a pleasant area so clean! Highly recommend Rods place and if I ever come and visit I would hope to stay there gain! 👌😍❤️

House was better than we expected. Very spacious, especially the lounge. Warm too - no electric blankets on the beds however we were plenty warm enough without them. June stay and we didn't even need to put the heat pump on! Nice back yard and good table on the deck to enjoy the sunshine. Kitchen is very well equipped, you would be able to cook anything you wanted. Recommendations in the House book were very much appreciated especially La la cafe - the hot chocolates and cakes were AMAZING! Thank you for contacting us re the left behind item - much appreciated. A taste of Tuscany in Newstead is all we can say!! Great indoor outdoor flow with all the amenities to keep people active and engaged. The tennis court provided entertainment and controversy while the spa and pool provided relaxation and ambiance. The complementary bubbles received on arrival was well needed after a long trip with a talkative passenger. Great entertainment facilities and loved the touch of country surroundings, would stay again.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Amazing amount of space, great indoor outdoor flow. Loved the different spaces where we could go to as we were a large family. Having different areas eg the garage/games room and outdoor trampoline for the kids, the upstairs balcony and spa for the adults, we all loved having our own space. Great location, although driveway was very steep. Was a great property to have all the family together in one place. The Groundswell team were very responsive and catered to our needs appropriately. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Would come here again.

The house was simply perfect in all respects. The location, amenities, facilities; the whole experience was seamless and an absolute pleasure for all. I would definitely stay again and I thank Rebecca for a lovely time. :-)

The house was perfect for my stay. It’s beautifully clean and has everything you need. It’s quiet and comfortable and close to town at the same time as being very private. I’ll come back and I recommend to others.

Carla was a lovely host. The first 2 days we were like ships passing through the night (each doing our own thing and missing each other). She messaged to check if I needed anything. There was no pressure to socialise. When we did meet, she was able to give recommendations. Place is as described. Her cat came to check me out a couple of times and the only time you hear her dog is when she gets home from work. Location was nice and close to Hamilton Lake (great for the Hot Balloon Festival). Great place to stay for solo or coupled travellers.

Beautiful wee spot! Very close to supermarket/restaurants/bars/cafes etc, loved the high ceilings and comfy bedding

Wonderful stay here. Big kitchen and lovely outlook. Was a good place to finish up our holidays. Heaps of restaurants and bars near by, it’s a good walk but you’ll need it after eating at Rice Rice Baby. A perfect location to visit Hobbiton and local sites. Thanks for having us.
