Lovely flat, in a perfect location. There’s nowhere better to stay in rotorua. Kristin was a great host, responsive and has brilliant recommendations on things to do.

The home was very clean, comfortable, and well-located. Our family of 5 adults enjoyed our stay and we truly appreciate the extra nice touches that Tracy provided to make her guests feel welcome!

The place was immaculate and had everything we needed, including beach towels which was helpful. There was a proper oven & hob, and a full sized fridge that Cheryl had left some basics in to get us started. Cheryl met us on arrival and gave us full instructions on everything and some useful local recommendations. The beach is just around the corner and very long with hardly anyone on it. We had several long chats with Cheryl & loved getting to know her. We would have no hesitation in staying there again or recommending. Thank you Cheryl & Mark for a lovely few days

We had a lovely time at the Airbnb, super clean, super comfortable beds, had all the amenities/appliances needed and the appartement is in a great location. The door code makes the stay very easy as well (flexible arrival time and no key to share). I would 100% recommend this Airbnb with a lovely and accommodating host!

閑静な住宅の裏手でとても静かにくつろげました。Whakarewarewa Forestの Waipaカーパークまで自転車で15分ほどです。自転車に乗ったり、ポーチで猫と本を読んだり、自転車のメンテナンスをしたり、自由にのびのびと過ごせました。ホストのTonyさんはフレンドリーで長期滞在の私に気をかけてくれ、タオルの交換や消耗品の補充などを積極的に行ってくれました。食料品の買い出しはNEW WORLD、洗濯や軽い買い物は近くのLandromatまで自転車で通いました。徒歩だと少し遠いかもしれませんが、City Busのバス停が近くにあるので大抵は問題ないでしょう。

Great small apartment which offered everything a couple would need when visiting Hamilton. Very close to the main centre and other attractions. We loved how quiet the neighbourhood was and felt safe.

Shar’s place was clean and well organised. Good location but a little noisy at night being on a busy street. We were generally satisfied with our stay at this apartement. But there were a couple of points that I would like to note. One of the twin beds was not very comfortable and it was better to sleep on the couch the next night. The apartement was very clean inside but the balcony was not. I think improvement on these would make this aparement a truly perfect 5 star holiday home.

We booked the Modern Apartment by Rugby Stadium, as business accommodation for guests travelling from overseas. Elaine was a fantastic host and catered to their needs. Communication was top notch; the Apartment was very clean and conveniently located to Hamilton CBD. Couldn’t fault it at all. Thanks for hosting us.

Really loved this place! It was decorated very nicely and had some great amenities to make the stay very easy. The bed was not comfortable for us, but that might be a personal preference (spring bed that caves in a bit with two people). Compared to what we would have paid for a hotel/motel room per night - this was an exceptional price. Definitely recommend.

This flat is the perfect retreat for those seeking both inspiration and grounding in an unparalleled setting. My mother and I needed a quiet place to rest and recharge; this home overlooking the garden and sea was truly extraordinary. The apartment, with its bay windows, is perfect—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. We spent our days marvelling at the lush garden, chatting in the spa or gazing out at the open sea—watching surfers and letting the rhythmic crash of the waves lull us into deep relaxation. I can't stress enough how magical the garden is—every corner is bursting with life, from vibrant flowers to fruit trees, herbs, and vegetables. We cooked with the windows wide open, letting in the fresh air and ocean breeze, and dining outside, immersed in the scents and sounds of nature. Julls and the team were fantastic—warm, welcoming, and attentive. Just a few minutes from world-class surf and fifteen minutes from Raglan, this home is a true oasis, radiating love and care.

What a wonderful little spot in the corner of the road with mind blowing Panasonic views. We have had a memorable stay at the property which we found to be exceptional in all our needs and ticked all our boxes.

We loved our 12 day stay and didn't want to leave. Spacious rooms, high ceilings, heated bathroom floors, adequate kitchen, bifold doors opening into lovely private courtyard gardens and then there is the panoramic view of the lake. Oh and the delux spa!! What a treat. Luxurious accomodation. Value plus! We will be back.

We had a terrific stay at Shelley's apartment. We appreciated being a little out of town in a quiet area with great views. Th location is still within easy reach by car from anything that you would want to do around Rotorua but with more privacy and calm than a city accomodation. The apartment is great - all the furnishings and facilities are high quality. The two bedrooms are not large but roomy enough for two and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean and there is a well appointed kitchen area - we had most of our meals in the apartment. Just like eating at home. Shelly is a great host - very friendly and responsive with communications. A very helpful person.
