We had a lovely stay! Great access to everywhere in town.

We had a lovely time at the Airbnb, super clean, super comfortable beds, had all the amenities/appliances needed and the appartement is in a great location. The door code makes the stay very easy as well (flexible arrival time and no key to share). I would 100% recommend this Airbnb with a lovely and accommodating host!

A great location & a stunning home that has been restored so beautifully. The suite was perfect & we enjoyed our stay throughly. Would definitely recommend & we will be back again for sure.

Absolutely loved this place! Wished we stayed longer. Beautiful place with an outstanding view. The place is spotless and you will find everything you need. The bed and linen is very comfortable. If you have mobility restrictions this place might not be for you as you need to walk down a few steps with your luggage. Otherwise this is a dream!

Excellent airbnb. Space was wonderful and location was better than what we could have asked for. 2-3 mins walk from cafe, dairy and the beach. Host was responsive and even bought an iron and ironing board to accommodate us.

We had such a wonderful time! This is truly a beautiful Airbnb in a stunning location. It had everything we could possibly need and Robyn made us feel right at home. Our son enjoyed all the toys, puzzles and wanted to go kayaking as soon as his eyes opened in the morning. We will be back!

We had a great time at Suzanne’s place. Perfect location with lots of things to do close by. The apartment is very comfortable with everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this place and we would love to come back.

Really enjoyable stay, difficult to find a fault in all honesty. The accomodation was quiet, clean and was in an ideal location for us. The finish on the house was great as well. Pretty much all new kitchen, bathroom etc. plus the air con was great!

We instantly felt at home here – super cosy and welcoming. Everything looked just like the photos, maybe even better! The apartment is modern, stylish, and really well thought out. You can tell a lot of care went into the design – it’s clean, spacious and has such a warm, comfortable vibe. The kitchen was spotless and had everything we needed. Lots of space for the four of us, and we loved the quiet location – peaceful even at night. All in all, a perfect stay. Super generous, super clean, great communication – definitely a 5-star experience!

We loved our stay here! House was as described and the view was beautiful! It was so nice to be able to use the paddle boards and hot tub and the outdoor space was lovely!

This is the absolute best airbnb to stay at! We had three families staying and there was heaps of room! Spotlessly clean, awesome beds and we felt right at home. I had a great stay! The house was just like the pictures. I felt right at home. The house had a nice supple of cleaning supplies (laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, body wash, etc) so it felt like you were house sitting for a friend. There were games in a closet to keep us entertained when we didn’t feel like watching tv (access to on demand and Netflix!!). There was a basket of pamphlets from local attractions in the house and Portia was easily available and offered recommendations if needed. The was also easy for food delivery drivers to find if you wanted to stay in for the night. I highly recommend this house if you want a quiet spacious place to stay.

John's beautiful big home was perfect for our needs. Great location, so many bedrooms and luxuries like the spa and being nicely furnished was sublime.

We used Joss and Wayne's place for a team building retreat. It was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen for our self-catering, beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Joss and Wayne were great hosts - showed us where everything was and then left us to it. As well as the great kitchen, there was also a lovely outside area with a BBQ for relaxing at night. Great venue. Would highly recommend.

Stayed in Rotorua for a couple of nights and this was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring to relax, enjoy the hot tub and sunset views from the deck. The property is really comfortable with plenty of space and all the amenities you would need. Also close to the volcanic parks - we visited Waimangu and it was amazing but there’s also Te Puia just down the road. Highly recommend this place for families or couples. Wonderful stay here. Big kitchen and lovely outlook. Was a good place to finish up our holidays. Heaps of restaurants and bars near by, it’s a good walk but you’ll need it after eating at Rice Rice Baby. A perfect location to visit Hobbiton and local sites. Thanks for having us.
