What a beautiful house with a stunning view!!!! Was a delight to stay here that we are going back in a few weeks! Nice and peaceful and relaxing.

It’s a coz and quiet place. Although we arrived the house quite late and one night short stay, we still enjoyed to talk and drink nearby the fireplace.

We had a lovely stay. The pool was very clean, and we managed a swim despite the water being a bit cooler at this time of year. Great hosts, very responsive and proactive. The pool table was a fun addition to the property as well. Would recommend, and hope to visit again.

The place is a lovely, quiet and restful with a beautiful view. Very clean and plenty of room. We had a really relaxed time and would definitely come back again.

Absolutely lovely place to stay. Spectacular views and so peaceful yet only 5 minutes from the shops in Pirongia. Our family of 4 were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Thanks Ruth and family, great host.

I've stayed in many air bnbs over the years but this one has to be my favourite of them all. John And Sue left so many personal touches. They were incredibly kind and accommodating and were absolutely lovely with our children as well. They showed us all around the farm and let the kids feed the animals which they loved. The space as well was incredible. So comfortable and relaxing with amazing views all around, and just a short drive to Raglan. Our only regret was not booking for longer.

Beautiful and restful setting. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. Especially enjoyed the thoughtful breakfast items that were included for our use.

Prue's was amazing. Beautiful views and so peaceful. They were very understanding regarding a bit of misjudged driving!!!!! When we had a storm, Prue text to make sure we were ok..We had a wonderful stay.

Amazing view and a quiet and peaceful place to stay. - Well appointed accommodation that had everything we needed. Maura was able to help us quickly with an extra night whe we realised we had made an error. Great location for the hot springs and an easy drive to Taupo. Would definitely stay here again.

We just loved this place. Our little family had the most wonderful time here. We loved being surrounded by nature and waking up to the sounds of the birds. The outside bath was such a treat. We will definitely be back!

From the description of Karen’s place being “country”, I didn’t expect that it would be in a densely populated neighborhood as it is. Still, privacy was an important consideration in creating the cottage. Being very close to Hwy 2 makes it very convenient to services. Traffic noise was often heard with windows open. Also, just below the property a highway is being built and heavy machinery can sometimes be heard during the day. There are sheep being farmed closeby on the hillside property, though the only farm animal I occasionally heard was a small deer. Karen is a very attentive host, eager to assure my comfort and meet needs. Her place is stylish, bright, and has nice views of the surrounding area through sliding glass doors. I cooked my breakfast cereal and dinner in the kitchenette, and value that amenity. I found Karen’s place to be convenient and comfortable for my needs!

We loved our night at Melissa and Charlie’s barn house. Very clean and comfortable. Coming from Auckland we had the country experience we were looking for including the beautiful pigs and roosters. We would highly recommend

Perfect setting for a relaxing evening on the deck with beautiful views. So peaceful just south of Auckland is exactly what we needed after our 1st day of driving! Off to a great start with accommodations on our 2 week adventure! Thank you Jan and John!

The home was gorgeous and Brenda was extremely responsive. She left little goodies and extras for us and was so welcoming. Such a wonderful place to stay if you’re looking for a peaceful, serene location with all the amenities of modern life. We really enjoyed our stay.

A hidden gem in Rotorua, would definitely stay again. A big, private deck looking out over rolling farmland with glimpses of lake Rotorua in the distance. A big, claw foot bath on the deck for indulgence. A roaring fireplace inside for winter, and a very good heat pump otherwise. A spacious, attractive place with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nice linen and gets lots of natural light from full height windows. Thanks so much for an amazing stay!
