Awesome home!!!! Tons of room for 3 couples, would have accommodated 5 couples no problem. The most well stocked Airbnb I have ever rented, fridge was full of condiments and the pantry had every spice imaginable. You definitely need a vehicle here to get into town, very private setting.

The house was spacious and comfortable. Everything worked and was easy to use. Would definitely consider staying here again.

House was better than we expected. Very spacious, especially the lounge. Warm too - no electric blankets on the beds however we were plenty warm enough without them. June stay and we didn't even need to put the heat pump on! Nice back yard and good table on the deck to enjoy the sunshine. Kitchen is very well equipped, you would be able to cook anything you wanted. Recommendations in the House book were very much appreciated especially La la cafe - the hot chocolates and cakes were AMAZING! Thank you for contacting us re the left behind item - much appreciated. There were 8 of us - 3 couples and 2 singles and the accommodation was ideal for our group. lots of outside seating for the warmer days/evenings. Great communication from Bev and/or Ezra. Thanks so much - we'd love to come again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay though the downstairs amenities were a challenge as poor water pressure and dim lighting in shower were a problem .

This is a fantastically comfortable and well equipped house. It was spotlessly clean, near a lovely park and waterside walk. There is lots to see and do in the area and we loved it.

Our second stay, over new years for a week with 2 young families. We had an awesome time again - spent 80% of our time in the pool, spa or at the beach (3 min walk). Loved the new addition of outdoor shower and upgraded bathroom. Fast and easy correspondence with the hosts. Highly recommend a summer stay!

very nice place and excellent location. 2 minute walk to the beach. 10 minute walk to the mountain. 5 to 10 minute walk to all the main restaurants and shops. we had a wondeful stay

Their house is incredibly cozy and truly feels like home. John, in particular, is always so accommodating, warmly welcoming us every time we return after a long drive. 😊 We absolutely love both the location and the house itself—it’s peaceful, serene, and incredibly relaxing. We’re already looking forward to staying there again on our next trip up north. 😁❤️

Amazing location, very new and clean flat. The pool and spa were great and it was nice to have all the deck space.

Outstanding! We love G&G’s apartment. Inside, it has two spacious bedrooms, bathroom with separate toilet, hallway and cosy kitchenette/dining/sitting room. All is very clean and comfortable, with tasteful coastal decor. Outside is a large, private sitting and garden area which is a really lovely place to relax. Gay and Garry are very friendly hosts, very responsive and providing great recommendations. And there are lots of thoughtful extras (beach gear, extra toiletries, clothes rack, tin foil, games, toys and more). The neighbourhood is very pleasant, with cafe and takeaways around the corner, local supermarket and restaurants close by, and easy drive to main beaches. We found it a great place for our visit to Tauranga/Mount Maunganui, and would recommend it very highly to couples or families.

Great base for us in Rotarua. Would thoroughly recommend. Tony is a really nice guy and was always available if we had any questions. The cats were very friendly especially Socks who loved a lap sit outside. All in all an enjoyable stay.

We loved our stay with Clint and Jessie. They are so kind and welcoming and very responsive! The place was very clean and tidy and we felt right at home. Would highly recommend to anyone!

The thing that stands out with this place is the location. Just across the road from the Hot pools, you'd be hard pressed to find better. Apartment was tidy and fairly spacious with a nice little outdoor area. Probably best suited for 2 to 3 people, the 3 of us were very comfortable. Would definitely look at staying here again.

Underground car park was a real bonus over the very busy weekend. Elevator made for easy in and out to the car park. Ideal central location for beach, shopping, restaurants and walks. Well finished kitchen. Lots of utensils and kitchen items. Comfortable beds and linens along with beach towels. Would come again for sure. Great accommodations that made a great holiday location even better.

A great central location with all you need in the apartment. Thoughtful touches with the Christmas decorations and also quiet despite being in a busy complex of apartments.

The apartment is beautiful, with a big double bed and a single bed placed in the same room. The bed sheets were amazingly soft, we wished we could have slept longer but our tight schedule didn't allow it. Spotlessly clean and overall in great shape. Definitely worth the price!

Geoff & Bee's place was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. The location is practically at the foot of the mount and the building has access on two sides allowing us to go one direction for our hike around or up the mount and the other direction to go directly across to the beach. Also it is about a 5 minute walk into town with lots of great restaurants and shops to visit. Geoff & Bee's Airbnb was exactly how it was described, very neat and clean with everything we needed to stay for several weeks. The unit also has a washer and dryer which was a big plus since we exercised and went to the beach pretty much every day. Also the bed was super comfy which made for a goodnight sleep each night. The building is well run and was very quiet. We got to meet Geoff & Bee for coffee and they are an absolutely lovely couple and terrific hosts! We were at the Mount for a family holiday. We were all staying in seperate accommodation and coming from different destinations. My BNB was perfect in every way . Spotlessly clean, fantastic location, safe and friendly staff throughout the complex. Jenny was wonderful in all her communication and I was able to have an early checkin, which took the stress out of arriving. Thoroughly recommend this BNB .

Great place to stay, beautiful wee flat with everything you need. It is close to town so don’t need the car to go out for tea.
