Nice flat up on the hill overlooking Rotorua. Very pretty view of the city and the lake. Surrounding farm and garden also provide a pleasant atmosphere, though we were away most of our time. Easy access to most of Rotorua 's attractions. The queensize bed was comfortable. Nice selection of breakfast foods.

What a superb space and wonderful stay at Marian’s Loft. I have known this property since I was a little girl holidaying at The Mount every year with my family. It was very special to stay here. the location is amazing with Mauao right in the doorstep, hot pools across the road, both harbour side and ocean side equally 2-3min walk and town 5-10 min walk. It was just perfect for my visit ‘home’ from the UK. Thank you Marian for sharing your lovely property. We hope to be back.

Awesome cosy loft that feels like a flash adults treehouse! Beautiful comfy bed and lovely morning sun streams through the avocado tree into the barn loft. Easy access for a private stay and really nice spot for coffee in bed with the tress all around. So easy to get to the motorway to the Mount or up the coast towards the Coromandel.

What a great place to stay! Close enough to the city and all of its attractions and far enough away from the ‘sweet’ smells of Rotorua. We enjoyed the wonderful daytime views and starry nights. The accommodations were comfortable like our own home.

Chloe and Andy were amazing hosts. They were very responsive and answered all of our questions right away. The studio was cute and charming, just as described. We had everything we needed and then some.

Beautiful location. Quiet and peaceful meant a great night sleep. The loft was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. Hosts were friendly and helpful. The only very slight negative was the driveway was a bit hard to find - but that was google maps fault. I talked to Liz about this and she now has a new link to help people find it. Highly recommend staying here.

Steph waited for us to arrive and walked us through the checkin, as well as where to park our car. Apartment was a described, spacious and extremely comfortable. Only downside to our stay was a rather rowdy crowd in the square below on the Saturday night, Sunday night was very peaceful.

Great crash pad in a good location. Moon was very helpful and accommodating. Slept well, had a great shower, all good!

We had the best stay at the Loft for my birthday! My partner & I thoroughly enjoyed it. Learnna was so responsive & helpful making check in & check out a breeze. The loft has been decorated absolutely beautifully & had all the amenities you could want & more! We loved the kitchen for cooking dinner & don’t get me started on the bed - so comfortable! Really felt like a home away from home. Hoping we get to come back down again for a weekend sometime soon!

My stay at the Loft was just delightful. Paul is very welcoming and the Loft was spotless. Would definitely recommend if you need a relaxing place to stay in Hamilton!

This is a fabulous Airbnb and honestly a highlight of our NZ trip! A good central location to visit Waitomo, Raglan, Putaruru, and several other cool rock climbing destinations! Paul, the host, was kind and welcoming, with lots of great recommendations and excellent taste! The Airbnb is stocked with all the amenities, cool photo books, good coffee and breakfast snacks! We loved the designerly decor of the property and the warm hospitality. Also loved the gated parking spot. 10/10 recommend! Only wish we could have stayed longer, thanks Paul!
