What an amazing place, right on Papamoa Beach! The house was great, all the little amenities, from the kitchen supplies to the spa-like outdoor shower, helped us to feel at home. Kristie was so responsive and flexible with our schedule. One important note: no microwave! But we were able to easily work around that and we had an incredible stay!

When we arrive at the house, it has exceeded our expectations. It has everything we need for the stay. Very beautiful view of the whangamata bay. The golden hour was breathtaking and we really love this. It was a very nice to spend my birthday in Tania’s home. The whole house was very lovely and spacious. Minimalistic style but very modern. It can fit a whole group but really enjoyed it still with my two friends and my dog. The hot tub with the view has the cherry on top. Tania was responsive with all our queries. I cant explained further more the place. All we know is that we enjoy the house and all its perks in it. Very very much recommended for taupo staycation ❤️

Rachel's place was lovely. We had a great stay and really enjoyed the spa pool and the coffee machine!

Location is excellent - the main high street is a few minutes walk away, and in 10 mins you can be on the beach. Facilities are exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Kitchen was a little dated but fully functional and had everything needed to throw together an easy meal. The shower over the bath only just reached the top of my head so anyone tall would have to get creative! Communication was excellent start to finish. Clear instructions. A very helpful book with tips and ideas of places to go. Would absolutely book again. Thank you!

We are so happy with our stay! ☺️ Such a beautiful and wonderful space and atmosphere. Very spacious and we had an awesome time and made lots of great memories there! The sleep out is right next to the main road so could get a little noisy but other than that we had an excellent stay! We especially enjoyed the beautiful lounge area with the big windows - stunning views! We look forward to coming back someday for sure.

Had a lovely quick overnight stay for a local family event. Fit hubby and I with our three kids. Toys, kids books and Netflix were a bonus to entertain the children. Everything was on hand that was needed for a comfortable stay. Clear and friendly communication beforehand and during stay. Thank you for having us!

Great location near the beach and family friendly house with a backyard full of toys. Also near great coffee/lunch spots. Comfortable beds and good curtains. Outside deck and the house overall could use an upgrade as its all outdated and worn thin.

Place was beautiful, we spent time round the pool and in the spa. Felt like a home away from home! Thanks so much for having us, look forward to staying again ☺️

I was part of a wedding party for days-long wedding festivities up the road and Jeremy and Rae's Tiny House was the perfect retreat from the chaos – as well as a blissful place for us to do hair and makeup looking out over the peaceful paddocks! Jeremy and Rae are super lovely, helpful and friendly and I really appreciated the little extras – from chocolate biscuits in a tin, to bringing coffee while we were getting ready for the wedding. Highly recommend The Tiny House for a rural escape that's not too far from AK City!

We had a great stay at Roszarri's and really enjoyed the pool! It was close and convenient to lots of things.

My group and I had a great time at this house. it was easily able to accommodate 10+ adults and had space for all of us to relax and make the most of our time there. Barry was a great host, very responsive to messaging and flexible with our groups requests. We would happily come back.

Amazing place to stay, I booked it as a birthday present for my mum and dad they loved it they said “ couldn’t have asked a better birthday” “beautiful peaceful place to relax” So I will definitely be rebooking but for me next time haha🤣.

Nicola went above and beyond for me and my friends for my 40th birthday. The house has so much character and so much to do. The tennis court and swimming pool were an added bonus on top of everything else. The house had everything we needed. Great place for everyone to enjoy.

A taste of Tuscany in Newstead is all we can say!! Great indoor outdoor flow with all the amenities to keep people active and engaged. The tennis court provided entertainment and controversy while the spa and pool provided relaxation and ambiance. The complementary bubbles received on arrival was well needed after a long trip with a talkative passenger. Great entertainment facilities and loved the touch of country surroundings, would stay again.

An absolutely wonderful stay! Beautiful area, private setting, and a great location to access everything Hamilton has to offer. If you want a quiet and peaceful stay in the Hamilton area and friendly hosts, I would highly recommend this stay!

Nous remercions Amanda pour son logement parfaitement propre et très bien situé que nous avons beaucoup apprécié ces quelques jours ! Nous ne manquons de rien tant du point de vue des équipements cuisine et salle de bain que de l'emplacement proche de la plage et de la ville (voiture recommandée). Nous avons simplement regretté le manque d'insonorisation (on entendait assez clairement nos voisins) et le petit manque de lumière dans la pièce principal (mais nous étions souvent dehors !)

Lydia's place I can't recommend enough. we were over that way for a friend's Wedding which was just 7 minute walk from out accommodation. loved John the dog, he showed us around inside even sat down ( like welcome 🤣) really good spot 👌. Apart from been unwell I loved our stay and felt really safe.

Peter's place is a rare find. Close to the hot spring, 30 min drive from Rotorua town centre. It is a working farm with horses, chicken etc. on site. It is such a special experience when you lift up your head in the room and see a horse staring at you through the window. We had great time there.

From the moment we arrived, it was bliss. Beautiful location, cute accommodation and good facilities. Breakfast bits an added bonus. Cambridge nearby was handy for BBQ bits, although we struggled to work the BBQ but our host came to the rescue! The biggest compliment we can give is that we are gutted we only had one night here. Would definitely stay here again if we ever visit NZ.

Our stay at Felicia’s was simply perfect! She took care of us from start to finish, always available and attentive. Her hospitality and kindness made our experience even more enjoyable. The place was impeccable, comfortable, and exactly as described. Felicia is an incredible host, and we wholeheartedly recommend her! Thank you again for everything!

Josh und Rosana sind einfach die besten! So nett und freundlich, ich wurde sogar abends auf ein Bier und Dessert eingeladen. Habe mich super wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist auch toll, schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und ein toller Ausblick abends. Ihr Hund und ihre Katze sind total lieb und freuen sich immer über Streicheleinheiten, absolut empfehlenswert!

super schön gelegen, ruhig auf dem Land, aber man ist auch schnell beim sehr schönen Strand in Papamoa. Toll für Kinder mit Hühnern, Kaninchen, Schafen, Ziegen. Endlich mal ein Ferienhaus mit großem Esstisch draußen. Der gesamte Aussenbereich ist toll.

Every bit has nice as the pictures and descriptions. For us, it was a perfect overnight stay between Waitomo caves and Hobbiton. We had one issue where the shower went from hot to ice cold. Even after cycling off/on, it was still cold. Unpleasant for the wife. However, the next morning it was fine. Nick was very apologetic and even proactively issued a partial refund. He said it is a new system and that had never happened before. I still gave 5 stars because of his response, and I think he will look into the issue. You might inquire if it’s been addressed. Otherwise, it was a completely lovely stay.
