Tracy's place is beautiful, modern and clean, with photo's being very accurate to reality. Right over the road from a lovely park around the lake. Plenty of roadside parking, and nothing in Hamilton too far away. Check-in via a code was easy. We had a very pleasant stay - thank you!

Perfect Stay with Stunning Ocean Views We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was well maintained, clean and very comfortable. The highlight was the stunning ocean view - it was incredible to wake up to every morning. The location was also great, just a short distance from the town centre making it easy to explore and enjoy local shops and restaurants. The hosts were friendly and responsive, ensuring everything went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway.

Pamela was absolutely lovely, and her house was immaculate, comfortable, and in a beautiful position overlooking the marina. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom well equipped and immaculate, and the garden was an absolute joy for sitting in. We would highly recommend Pamela’s house; it is easily the loveliest of all the places we have stayed on our trip to NZ.

We had such a wonderful time! This is truly a beautiful Airbnb in a stunning location. It had everything we could possibly need and Robyn made us feel right at home. Our son enjoyed all the toys, puzzles and wanted to go kayaking as soon as his eyes opened in the morning. We will be back!

We had a lovely stay. The pool was very clean, and we managed a swim despite the water being a bit cooler at this time of year. Great hosts, very responsive and proactive. The pool table was a fun addition to the property as well. Would recommend, and hope to visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay and thought the property was really lovely . The property was in a really good location - easily walkable to the centre but in a really pretty spot by the river and near the Marina and so felt like you were in a peaceful and quiet location. The property was really well maintained - modern design , very light , well furnished , good kitchen with all the appliances etc that you could need. Very clean and tidy. Air con in living room and in bedroom at bottom of house. Note that basic cooking staples ( oil , herbs etc) not included. Not a problem for us but just mentioning so you can bring your own if you want to cook. We really enjoyed the area - loads to do. Overall we were really happy.

We were looking for a beach property to just wind down for a few days, and we certainly found it. The photos of Robert and Maranda's place on Airbnb say it all, but once you get there, its the 'sound' of the beach that sealed it for us. We simply dropped our bags and went for a walk on the beach. Greeted the next day with an amazing sunrise, right from the door !! Great set up and layout inside. Really comfortable. It just worked for us, and as silly as it sounds, the little night light in the bathroom is brilliant ! Everything local ( shops, cafes, restaurants) is all within easy reach. Robert & Maranda's place is in a great location, with the beach side town of Whangamata a short walk behind you, and that awesome beach & bay right in front of you. Lastly, Robert, cheers for the tip for a great meal out on a Wed night !

This is a home that we will cherish the memories of. We are so grateful to have stayed in this magical spot, in a home filled with much love and history. We were all so comfortable and the view of the river from the property was so peaceful. You can walk along the banks and even jump in. It’s beautiful and pristine clean. Wow! Beautiful location. Great house for our two family home holiday. Stayed in April and the heating was lovely. The heated pool was a nice surprise. Plenty of private areas if you needed space. Having access to the walking track by the lake was fantastic. House is starting to need some love but still a very lovely stay.

We had a spectacular stay with our family. Amazing views from the lounge, a great location and a very comfortable house that had everything we needed. I did a triathlon, which was the perfect viewing spot for my family to watch. We would definitely stay again.

Very spacious house, right on lake edge, beautiful view. Easy to tie boat at jetty. Very Clean. Games etc for the kids much appreciated. Easy to access. Delwyn was helpful and quick to answer any queries. Road noise at night a bit bothersome, but didn't deter from the wonderful weekend we had.

This was the perfect place for us (4 sisters) treating our 90 yr old mum for her birthday. We rented both upstairs and downstairs so plenty of space and very easy for our mum to get around. The beachfront location was amazing. Gabrielle was very accommodating with a couple of requests we had and always prompt in replying. We would not hesitate to rent here again.

we've stayed at 6 bachs in Piha now, and this is the best. not cheap, but you get what you pay for. great facilities, great decor and lots of nice touches and location is unbeatable with views over the beach. one thing is that the upstairs and downstairs are 2 separate units both with their own bathrooms and kitchens. this would be great for 2 couples, one with a kid or two, but the levels are not internally connected. we just had it for the two of us and never went to the lower level.

The accommodation is 11/10 with a 6 star rating for everything one needs for an escape. Modern, minimalist really private in a bustling area. We loved our stay and will return again. Thanks to Denise. Excellent comms and a few personal touches.

Wow! What a spot! We had a very warm welcome from Denise on arrival. The Wharf apartment is exceedingly comfortable with a very well appointed kitchen, a lovely little sheltered courtyard, super comfortable bed and exceptional attention to detail throughout. Loved the history of the building and great staying in such a unique place. Beautiful leather shop and pottery studio opposite. The fish and chips on the Wharf were recommended by Denise and they didn’t disappoint! Raglan a super little town with lots of lovely cafe and arty, vintage, crafty shops. Enjoyed time out on the surf beaches watching the action on the water as well as a kayak trip on the harbour. Although on the ground floor Wharf Apartment may not have the harbour views of some of the other apartments in the Silos but you have the benefit of popping out the courtyard and within a few steps you can sit by the pier and watch the sunset! Magic spot! Excellent apartment……could have stayed much much longer!

Simon and Janet are great hosts. Friendly and helpful. We felt welcomed like friends. The EV charging was an unexpected extra. Thank you. The place is private and beautiful with views over the estuary.

Denise was welcoming and a good communicator before and during our stay. The weather was against us but we enjoyed the comfortable, well positioned apartment.
